I have been a paying customer at this taco bell for a long time. But this last time, there was a restaurant employee who was very rude since the beginning and wouldn't let me in the building. She said the dining room was closed when it was supposed to be open, but as soon as I left; she unlocked the door allowing people to come in. When I came into the building, she yelled at me. I initially tried to still be polite, but after multiple unreasonably rude behaviors, I yelled back. The employee called the police to force me out of the building for trespassing. The police were just doing their job but it is unfortunate that racist people can use them in this manner. read more

Let me start this by saying I've worked in fast food before, but there is no excuse for the laziness we experienced. We were here during a slow period when they had plenty of time to clean and tend to customers, but they did not. We got multiple box combos, but only one had a box, and it was mismatched with all the other food randomly put on the tray and wasn't organized in the slightest. Another couple came in while we were eating and said they had an online order and were turned away saying they didnt have it in the system so they left and immediately went through the drive thru and returned about 2min. later with their online order in hand. Instead of checking and actually putting effort to look for their order that was already made they told the couple and their toddler they didnt have their food causing the little girl to cry, and they did nothing to fix the issue. The building was dirty, and it was obvious the workers had not been cleaning the lobby because we had to search for a table with clean chairs and even still had to wipe food off of one of them. As someone who has worked in fast food, they are the type that support the stereotype that fast food workers are lazy and disrespectful. Go to any other restaurant or fast food spot in Eureka. Employees were rude and food was put together AWFUL. Dining room closed due to being short handed- which I understand - but when 2 of the 3 employees are outside the front entrance smoking chatting w a friend - and I'm the ONLY customer there- it doesn't look really good. New management or some sort of management showing up and being involved would make a big difference. There is a Taco Bell at the 141 exit and also one in Pacific. read more

Go to ellisville instead, much better location. Last handful of times I've tried to get anything here the employees always have some sort of bs excuse as to why they can't simply do their job. As someone that used to work at this very location, this is one of the better fast food jobs one could have, so some of these excuses were straight up blatant lies. THE HOURS AT THIS LOCATION ARE 7AM TO 8PM DAILY. (8pm, on a FRIDAY, at TacoBell? What?) BUT THEIR WEBSITE LISTS IT OPEN UNTIL 1AM (false) AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE. So, you arrive in the middle of the night to a pitch dark parking lot/ drive thru. No food. No employees. This is an ongoing issue. They are constantly understaffed WHEN they're open (see:slow) and owners hide behind/blame management and hourly employees when it isn't their fault. (They actual people IN the store are fine. Never had a problem with them.) TacoBell has no interest in holding the owners to their franchise agreement. (Hours of operation, staffing levels, food safety, and so on.) So be careful. Today its just bad business practices leading to long wait times and a website stealing your money when you order online after 8pm. I stood there for close to 13 minutes before my way to work, which is a half hour early. They didn't even acknowledge me not once but saw me and walked away. No complaints, but the restaurant has recently been renovated and is brand spanking new. The location is NO longer closed. Food was up quickly, was hot and was delicious. This Taco Bell is so strange. We've gone twice, once before going to Six Flags, and once after. The first time, they were out of lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and some other stuff I can't remember. I think they could only make like 3 things. The second time, they told us it would take 20 minutes to make our four tacos. There were three people ahead of us in the drive-thru, and the parking lot only had like 4 cars in it. I'm really not sure why it would ever take 20 minutes... I could feed that many people IN MY HOME faster than that... BUT - and here's where they get the three stars - they are SO NICE there! They warned us when we would have a long wait (I've not always had that experience at other restaurants), and they helped us figure out what we *could* order when they were out of almost all the food. I went to this restaurant after Six Flags and I took my sister, her friend, and my friend. Our experience was terrible. I try not to be so picky but this was obviously a big enough deal to write a bad review. First of all, the employee messed up the order twice and was very rude in the process. I was charged for something I did not buy. It was very complicated and she was not helping while my bran was scattered as I tried to figure out what the order should be. It's a Taco Bell. We've never had any huge issues with this location. The drive-thru is perfectly average. The food is generally hot and according to the menu. I've never known anyone to get sick from this place. The only issues I've had were regarding being out of sauces, and that's not a recent issue. If you like Taco Bell, this one is as good as any. Try a cheesy gordita crunch if you've never done so -- delish! read more

Why do I have to pay for extra stuff I don't get? I ordered a crunch wrap with extra beef, it was smaller than a normal one so I took it back up. I don't normally bother reviewing chains or fast food, but this location is laughable being included in a "fast" food category--I have been in the drive thru for longer than 30 minutes, more than once! Forget ordering anything slightly altered, they frequently make standard orders incorrectly. And the latest straw, ordering a taco pack as one of three cars in the whole parking lot and the only car in the drive-thru and being told it would take TWENTY MINUTES to make my order.
