It's ridiculous I'm writing a review a review for a Taco Bell but the service was so terrible I feel like I had to share. The food tasted fine but when they told us our dine in food was ready we asked for some lids for the fiesta potato. The worker who was serving us stares at me and says "but you ordered dine in food", I reply "yes but we need some lids" she continues to refuse to give us some lids and kept repeating how they have rules on how they serve their food. We were traveling during our road trip and simply just got extra food for later and needed some lids, but the lady kept refusing. She then throws the lids onto the table and tells me 12 year old sister to get it herself. It is ridiculous that even at a simple Taco Bell we are being treated as if we're stealing food. Her behavior was completely rude and unnecessary, she kept rolling her eyes and when I told her no need to be disrespectful and rude she kept on talking back and treating us with terrible behavior. Just visited here on 12/26 at 3pm and felt the need to leave this. The woman running the till was an older lady who was doing a great job. She may have been a little slow but she was doing fantastic. The number of people being rude by rolling their eyes, being sharp with her, and especially the woman behind me exclaiming over and over that this was ridiculous, that she didn't have time for it, etc...really? You couldn't spare 5 extra minutes with your son and show him how to be kind and compassionate to a senior citizen who is still supporting herself by working? She is one great employee and people could have been supportive--good grief, it's the day after Christmas and the restaurant was slammed! AND it was the kitchen running slow getting orders out--it wasn't even her fault! What really got me though (store owner, take note) was the other employee, who I am assuming was the manager, being an absolute jerk to her. Having to hear the manager treat the employee like garbage made me so sick I couldn't even finish my food and started crying. Good managers would step in and help, not huff and puff and roll your eyes and talk down to her. That woman has years of wisdom on you. I would rather this whole restaurant be run by seniors with great attitudes doing their best (like this woman was today) than with managers like the one we witnessed. Value the seniors of your community! I give 5 stars to the woman doing her best today and 1 star to the manager who needs a lesson on respect.
