Waited to order for 20 minutes and when we arrived at the speaker they would not respond. Once we arrived at the window they informed us that we were "too far past the speaker" even though we were directly in front if it. So we had to drive back around and get a new spot in line. The smell of burnt tortillas filling the restaurant - is the least of my complaints at this location. The staff are very rude and don't give a single F. I was inclined to double check the inside of my burritos because I did not trust them with my food. A first for me at a Taco Bell. I didn't say anything and was told out the side of a employee's mouth "You'll just have to wait." I had two other employees just assume they knew what I wanted to then be wrong. They're all like anti-social. No hellos or eye contact. Very fake smiles. Go to any other TB in the area besides this one. I ordered 10 soft tacos with no lettuce at the drive way, I always check to see if there is lettuce on them before I leave but this time every taco was filled with lettuce so I ran back inside I'm assuming the manager is the one who assisted me she rolled her eyes and snatched the bag out of my hand and they hand picked the lettuce off but there was lettuce still smashed into the meat. then the manager handed me the bag back and threw free taco coupons in the bag(thank you) I just wanted my tacos cooked as I wanted. read more

Went to here approximately forty minutes ago and I don't think I've experienced such bad management before. Orders a supreme taco party pack, chulpa, four soft tacos, and two Pepsis. The young women at the window was wonderful as was the young man who handed me my food at the drive thru. The issue came when I tried to bring the box into the car and the bottom fell out. I was obviously very distressed by this as now there's food all over my car. The young lady didn't know how to handle it and it wasn't her job to. That was her team lead's/shift supervisor/manger's job to do. Sharron. Unfortunately her way of handling it was (after giving the young lady a coupon to pass off for a single free taco) was telling me to pull forward because she had other customers waiting. I had to go back around and ask for a replacement for the 3 tacos I lost completely (not even a full new set since most were salvageable) and while waiting at the window here the same woman who told me to pull forward (Sharron I assume) tell her staff memeber she didn't want to deal with it. I assume she thought because the window was closed I couldn't hear. Again, the young woman at the window and the young man who handed me my food were perfectly kind and the bottom of the box was probably just faulty product. Fiesta veggie burrito is healthy and not healthy. The ingredients are healthy but the size makes it too many carbs with the rice and beans. It would be healthier if it was 1/2 the size at 32 carbs. A whole burrito is not a good choice for a diabetic and CKD patient. It was pretty tasty! read more

Placed our order because it is completely self serve for dine in. Had a question but either the employees didnt know how to assist or didnt want to assist. Added and payed for extra cheese on tacos and quesadillas. When did Merriam-Webster change the definition of extra to none? Reference pics below. I returned to the counter with food and receipt to address with employees and get our drink cups, but again, very little interaction, they handed me a small cup of cheese. This is a testament to all Taco Bells I have visited in the last couple of years. I assume that's the reason there was no one else in the dining room and only one car went thru the drive while we were eating. WAKE UP PepsiCo. You've almost put Pizza Hut out of business, KFC is studying at the same school and Taco Bell's are just empty buildings. These three restaurants were previously my top three fast foods but no more and I miss them but I'm not laying out my money to get subpar food and then to be treated poorly for doing it. I'm out! This is easily the best Taco Bell i've ever been to. I go here at least once a week while driving for work but sometimes i will go completely out of my way to come to this specific location. The food is always fully loaded and looks exactly how it does on advertisements or the menu. The people are always so kind and efficient, they've never gotten my order wrong. I only go through the drive thru but just from looking in the window, especially through the window where you pay it always looks really clean and very organized. If you're the manager or someone higher up reading this, give these people a raise, they're bringing in revenue from Cincinnati, Blue Ash (where i live) and i wouldn't be surprised if other people do the same. Some taco bell's i've been to make you feel gross eating their food but here i can tell everything is fresh and could genuinely be a healthier alternative to some other fast food depending on what you order. I don't ever review places, i literally downloaded yelp to write this review hoping this amazing locations workers get some recognition. read more

Customer service was awful the only thing the cashier said was $11.30. No hi, no thank you, no do you want any sauces. I had to ask for my receipt and Mild sauce. This location is notorious for not giving a receipt, every time I have to ask. I only have to ask because when something is wrong and I bring it back for a correction the manager argues and won't fix your order unless you have a receipt. Almost like they know they are going to mess up so not giving a receipt allows them to not correct the mistake. read more

I go to taco bell and expect it to be missing things, not correct, rude people, and overall not good. But this specific location had the friendliest people, everything so was right and fresh (which is rare lol), and overall had nothing but good vibes. So surprising how good it was. terrible. the drive thru worker was rude and acted like we were the biggest inconvenience and the "manager" all but threw our food at us. i don't go to Taco Bell with high expectations but this exceeded the low in my low expectations. food, if that's what you want to call this, was AWFUL (my dogs wouldn't even touch it). 0 stars.
