No complaints with the staff in the drive through. They were very friendly. However.... The quality of the food. Ugh. The meat they serve is always so wet and greasy. I got my tacos, two of them, moved around the corner of the building to eat them in the parking lot, and they taco shells were already soggy and falling apart. Was able to pick up the tacos and eat half, the other half I had to use a fork that was in my lunch bag in my truck. It's sad. I order tacos, not a taco salad. They need to start making these in upside down ingredient style, lettuce first, then the meat on top to prevent the tacos from falling apart. read more

Things to improve?!? SERVICE!!!! Placed our order on the ridiculous kiosk which take 5 times as long to order as just talking to a live person. They have 5 people working on the line, we wait 15 minutes for our food at 2:15 in the afternoon. Nothing!! Check on it. They haven't even started our order because they are only working on orders from the drive through. What kind of way is this to run a business? Not a good way. Demanded a refund and walked out. I stopped here (drive thru) on my way to visit family. I go to Taco Bell in my hometown at least twice a week, and this was by far the friendliest customer service I've ever gotten at a Taco Bell; I was surprised. My food came out fast. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that my cheesy roll up was completely stuck/melted onto the wrapper, which was a little frustrating. Service was fast and friendly. Very clean, even from what you could see from the counter into the kitchen. Drink machines were set to the perfect potions I call them the Baja Blast had the perfect crisp! Food could have been a little hotter. So y'all might want to make sure everything in the kitchen is set properly. I didn't get sick though. So win win! read more

Y'all can't just close whenever you want and then ignore the customers. That's ridiculous.

Taco Bell is one of the places we ate at while staying in Eastland. We went through the drive thru. We weren't given a receipt and that would NOT have mattered at most places. When we drove through and realized our order had 3 things missing but the price didn't reflect 3 items missing, we turned around and went back through the drive thru. The girl who just waited on us literally seconds prior questioned whether we had a receipt or not. As we pulled up to the window, she asked if we'd look in the bag for the receipt. It wasn't there. But, we just drove through...only one car ordered after us at that point...She couldn't have forgotten us that quickly. She pretended she didn't remember us, though our food was still in the bags--hot, she decided it was questionable whether we had even purchased food from there at all! I leaned over my husband and told her "So, you leave out the receipt? Why not look on the cash register for the last orders in the past 10 minutes??? I know you have to be kidding with me!" She looked into my eyes and I think the flames in my pupils were starting to get to her and suddenly she remembered the three items! Weird, suddenly, she remembered us, remembered everything and produced the 3 items we were missing. Hmmm, I think she was just having fun, otherwise, she's not a very nice girl. LOL :) Well, I'm not into holding grudges, but, never mess with a momma when she wants her fast food fix....NOW!!!!! lol :) I'm gentle...yes...I'm very, very, gentle; just don't try me!!! haha I'll go back...but, next time, I'm not driving off until I've located my receipt...seriously! read more

I pulled in to place my order and only when I got to the speaker was I notified that their card machine was down and they were only taking cash. I then got stuck in line and could not go anywhere. It took twenty minutes for me to get my three-item order. Even at 2pm, and they weren't busy. No one during our visit smiled or seemed cheery. :( the poor cashier girl looked visibly miserable. This is one of the worst experiences we have had at this establishment. The woman in the drive thru taking orders, Ashley, was extremely rude. Also, the drinks tasted like bug spray. When we told the drive thru person that the drinks tasted bad, he was very kind and changed the drinks out for us. Unfortunately, it did not do any good- still tasted like bug spray. The drive thru at this establishment takes a minimum of 30 mins EVERY time we go through there. This is the reason it has been over a month since we had been there. But once again, they could not produce quality food/drinks. So, therefore, we won't be returning for a very long time- if ever! read more

The drive through is exceptionally slow. It took me 5+ minutesto make it from the ordering board to the window with only 3 cars in front of me. Once I got up there my order came in a minute (crunch wrap supreme & Mexican pizza) so that wasn't too bad. read more
