To start off, the wait at 11:00 pm was about 10 minutes, the worker who took our order at the speaker was extremely rude and rushed us through our order, and when we pulled up to the window we asked to verify one of our meals we were met with a grouchy attitude because she forgot to ask what kind of drink we wanted with our meal and processed to tell me I didn't tell her it was the three crunchy taco meal. I was ultimately astounded by the way this lady spoke to my boyfriend and I, it was beyond unprofessional... I do not know what this lady's problem was but she was rude from the start of the interaction to the end, if I am going out to get food, I'm hoping to be able to enjoy the food, instead I felt absolute rage at the way this lady speaks to her customers. I entered the drive thru at 2:30pm and ordered a bean burrito with no onions, a burrito supreme, and 2 drinks. I was the only car in the drive thru and was asked to pull up to the door and someone would bring it out to me. I waited for several long minutes and my order was brought out to me. I pulled into a parking spot to check my order because the last few times I've ordered a bean burrito with no onions, it has indeed had onions on it. This one did as well, so I went into the restaurant and took the burrito to the counter where young man replaced it for me. I went back to my car, took a bite, I was dismayed this burrito as well had onions in it. I went back into the store a second time and told the young man behind the counter. He relayed that information to the back, and then I waited. And waited. And waited. He saw me still standing there so he went back to the back to ask where the burrito was, came back and told me he was trying to get her to make it for me. By this time it was 3:15 and I had to leave to pick up my young son who was waiting for me at a friend's house. I literally could not wait another minute, so I left the bean burrito with onions on the counter and told him I had to leave. I left without having my order after being there for 45 minutes. I cannot contact Taco Bell through the website because our TB location is not listed. Ultimately, this is not a big deal considering everything else going on in the world. I just know this location has been better in the past, and wish it would return to that level of customer service. this place is a scam, i asked for nacho fries and i paid 30 dollars for my food, BUT this restaurant is horrible and i never got my nacho fries, it has a 2.5 start rating for a reason. i feel robbed of my money and i could've went to the mcdonald's across the street. coming from someone who hates kfc, i would rather eat there. read more

The food was tasteful and overall was excellent! I really enjoyed it. The customer service was beyond excellent, very polite and quick on their toes. The place looks updated and clean. Only thing is bathrooms are locked until asked other wise but they were also very clean read more

I used to like their tacos, but not anymore. Bought some a couple of months ago and they had a funny, unpleasant taste. Thought it was just a bad day for them. Not so. Got some more tonight and they're so bad that I couldn't eat them. Strange taste and I am done with Taco Bell. Got them to go so service and ambience don't apply. This is the Wareham store. Do not go to this taco bell. it's terrible. chips are actually disgusting 99% of the time. they need someone to go in there and show them how to change their oil. Impeccable service, employees were great and the food was incredible. It bussed me up so hard.

I'm actually appalled that people give this location more than 3 stars. If 1 star went to food for its mediocre consistency, 0-to-1 star for customer service through drive-thru, and maybe 0-to-1 star for speed of service... we might be on to something! This location should be shut down for its uncleanliness, the ceiling tiles have mold and dryer oil and food-stains (visible from drive-thru, gross). All the people inside should also be prosecuted for endangering the community. read more

We stopped in for lunch on Tuesday. The employee that was at the register was named Jameson and his personality was amazing. He was super friendly. As we sat eating our lunch we watched him help people navigate the menu, he walked around the dining room asking every table how everything was, helped an elderly couple clean up their table and never once stopped smiling. I'm in the restaurant business and I'm not easily impressed. Take good care of him, he is such an asset to your company! read more

We will never go back there. The people working are all rude even when you call to complain they laugh like it's fine. Our taco supremes were supposed to be hard shell they were beyond soggy and not supreme, as though they had been sitting for hours. They tasted cold and nasty. The soft taco supremes were thrown in the bag so all of the ingredients were in the bag not in the taco. Called to complain and ask for the district manager and the "manager" I spoke to asked if we wanted to drive back and he would replace 2 tacos!!!! We bought 9 taco supremes and a KFC meal. And the only one who was able to eat was one of my children. Trying to find corporate information is something I will be searching for to inform them how horrible that branch is. If you want a good dinner DO NOT GO THERE!!!! We spent $37.00 and we might as well have thrown the money in the trash. read more

We don't expect much from fast food, but the oil that fried the taco shells is/was rancid. This deserved a phone call, but no one cared. You could smell it even before eating. The last owners weren't too great about food safety or quality and I guess these ones are not either. Smaller portion and diminishing returns. read more

I get to the window & they tell me the prices have changed, so i say "oh alright i'll just get two things then" they get mad at me & the guy working the window threatens to quit, the manager throws my bag of food on the counter & walks away. However not authentic their food is- you can't beat the price with an old lady's purse.
