This Taco Bell is really aged- the bathroom is small, stained and no hooks for your purse. Food took longer then usual- they were getting the drive thru and door dash first. Honestly the absolute worst Taco Bell I've been to. If they're not messing up your order, they're forgetting/ignoring it completely. Everytime I go here there is an issue with my order. Food missing, tasting odd/old, improperly prepared, taking over 30 minutes for a simple order, etc. Not once have I had a pleasant experience here. Will not be coming back and will make it a point to spread the word. Also the workers are rude and will ignore you standing at the counter waiting to pick up your online order, even after you ask multiple times for help. Last two times I have went, they have got my order wrong. 1st time I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and two soft shell tacos. They gave me 2 beefy 5 layer burritos. I come to this Taco Bell almost every single day, and usually it's amazing. I have a 30 minute break at work and so I always order ahead, and select drive thru and usually it's super easy and quick. Today, despite being the ONLY car in the drive-thru, I was told I had to come inside. Went to order, and they tell us their "system is down" and should be up in 15 mins. We go park, and all the employees are out backing smoking weed. I pre ordered on the Taco Bell app some of their nachos. I got to the restaurant and sat in line for over 15 minutes only to find out that they didn't get a chip delivery, so they couldn't complete my order I had to get out of line and cancel the order. Here is my two issues with this. First, my company writes ERP software and can track if we have have the parts to complete a customer order when they are placing an order and if not, will not let them complete it. I have seen the same ability on other store apps. So they couldn't let the app know they were out of chips. Second, it took from Saturday when we placed the order till Wednesday for them to drop the hold for the order on my account, even though I canceled it. I went back through the drive through again for another order. It took me another 20 minutes to get through. After I got home, I found out they cheated me out of a $3 item. I go to this location regularly, and unfortunately leave disappointed often, it's right off the highway during my daily commute. I can tell you from many experiences this is one of the worst Taco Bell's out there. The people that work here are incompetent, always have a confused look on their and do not care at all. I visited this location yesterday and I was the one of two cars that sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes until my order was taken. I can understand if the inside of the store was busy but their was no one inside of the restaurant. Once I pulled up to the drive thru window to pick up my order they forgot one of the items. As I sat waiting of of the workers notice I was still at the window and asked me if I had been helped and when I informed her about my missing item she was very apologetic.
