4 visits to the new remodeled location. Have yet to receive silverware or napkins with a single order and opened my Mexican pizza to see if only got this terrible excuse for food.. like I do not complain often but come on.. one single slice has stuff on it. The rest are naked.. the last year every combo went up over a dollar nothing changed but the quality reduced.. dude at the window was cool. Not his fault but whoever put this in the bag should be held responsible when a combo cost $12 and I get 1/4 of the food I ordered. Stop spending money on decorations, try spending it training people to do their jobs correctly. read more

At the drive thru today, asked for "Fires," and asked again when she handed me the bag of stuff, and she said there were Fires. Well, not one Fire. There was two of us and there was only one napkin in the bag. The taco supreme hard shell was cracked along the bottom length. Sometimes you actually get what you ordered. When that happens, I go to the ice cream place to celebrate. One time, a taco supreme tasted like someone put hand soap in it. Nice place if you're ready to die. read more

Service was good. Food was terrible We will never return. Avoid this restaurant. So many better options.

I went through the drive thru after work to get food for lunch. I started my order and the woman says "Hold on a sec.." and I patiently waited for about five minutes. I then said "Hello?" And she again tells me to wait. I start getting a little impatient and say "Hello?" again and am told again to wait. I was about to drive off and just say forget it when she finally told me to resume my order. I got my order and went home. The beefy five layer burrito I got was terrible. It was essentially a soupy mixture wrapped in tortilla. This is my go to choice when I eat at Taco Bell so I'm disappointed that this one was so bad. Don't expect kind employees and good service here. I would just go to Moe's instead if you a want good, quick burrito. read more

Ummmmm.... hellloo???? Is anyone here to take my order? I walked in here for a quick bite to eat, as I was starving and hadn't eaten anything all day. That was my first mistake. My second mistake was apparently expecting someone to come take my order. I stood in front of the register for five minutes watching the drive-thru girl look at everything but me while the manager made food for all the people going through drive-thru. My third mistake was apparently not going through the drive-thru. I started considering if I should go next door to the gas station and get some candy. But my desire for hot food won out and a minute later the manager finally asked the drive-thru girl to come take my order. The food was fine, but thanks for reminding me why I don't like going to Taco Bell. read more

This is definitely not the best Taco Bell in the area. A lot of the times they are slow on orders or get your order completely wrong.

Didn't even have their food, but I rate them a big fat zero for service. My boyfriend and I were driving back from my parents' place after the holidays. We needed to gas up and decided to grab something quick to eat. We see Taco Bell's light on. Yay. I was tired of burgers. I check the sign for the dine in hours before going in. Good we have about 20 min left. Door is unlocked. I wait in line while my boyfriend parks the car. No one acknowledges me for a few minutes. When they do, they tell me that we cannot eat inside. What? Door says they are still doing dine-in and the door was open. He just tells us that we have to do drive-thru. Well that doesn't do us any good since we are over an hour from home and my boyfriend can't very well eat and drive. Very disappointing. If you won't serve people inside at a given time, either change the time on the door or AT LEAST lock the door! read more

After the pitiful experience I had at the East Walnut location, I wanted some actual good Taco Bell so I decided to try this location instead. The young lady was very patient as we had two separate orders and made sure to clarify each item on each order before sending us to the drive thru window. When I received my food and took it home, it was absolutely delicious and exactly the way I ordered it. It was hot AND fresh. Just the way I expect my food to be. This location is now my favorite. Will definitely be going to them in the future. read more

Don't go to this location. We just waited 23 minutes for our order of six tacos and a power bowl. When we were given our order, there was no apology for the wait. All the condiments in the self-serve area were either low or completely empty. Several people pointed this out to the staff, but no one refilled it in the (long) time we were there. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this Taco Bell. read more

Has Taco Bell changed their formula for beef & bean burritos? I thought this was a food you were supposed to be able to hold in your hand to eat, not have to lick it off the paper because it was so runny! And the folks doing the folding of the burrito really needs to learn how to do it properly. It seems they are in such a hurry that they just wad it up inside the paper. In addition, their level of service to their customers leave a lot to be desired. This goes for both the Cleveland Hwy location and East Walnut Avenue location. read more
