Now, tacos stands in Dalton, GA are plentiful, and vary greatly, and I've had my favorites before and it closed, and I was sad........but now I'm happy. These were maybe the best three tacos I've ever had. Full of meat, plenty of toppings, and the service / attitude were great. Very polite young man on the register. Now, if you're not familiar with Dalton, it's not easy to find, but it is absolutely worth the trip to south Dalton, out in the industrial area, where I've got my new fix on street tacos now refilled. In contrast with the menu description they substituted (without notice) a poblano pepper for jalapenos and the seeds had not been removed and it had a real kick. Some slices of the avocado had a dark gray/brown shadow and didn't look fresh, so I only ate the slices that were still green. There is lots of seating and a side room with doors that can be closed and it would be great for a large private party.
