This Taco Bell rocks! 99.9% of the time everything is great. Good enough for me. The staff is very nice and it takes a reasonable amount of time for your food but NOT too long. I am fortunate that this location is so close to where I live. If it wasn't, I would still try to venture to this location. read more

This Taco Bell has some serious issues. I placed my order through the drive through. I was asked to pull over and wait for my order. 20 minutes later (no exaggeration) and I'm still waiting. There's a bunch of help inside and somehow they have 6 cars ahead of us waiting for their order, too. When the order is finally ready, they send someone to bring your food. Just one problem. He has no idea what's in the bag or which car to bring it. No system from TB whatsoever. They could take a name and shout it out. Or, take down the color of the vehicle. Anything would be better than running up and down the parking lot looking for the right customer. Oh, as Taco Bell is owned by Pepsi, anyone else see the irony when they told me they were out of Diet Pepsi? And one more thing. Super slow service. Not quick at all. Service was friendly and food was good but it was quite a wait.

While the veggie burito was good, it was not made as the photo indicates. Not at all the taste I was wanting. One, there was absolutely no lettuce on it, Two, I found no source am on it, Three very little cheese. Four, I could taste jalapeños and I didn't order them. It was mostly beans. Easy stop just off highway. Food came out fast, hot and tasted good. Bathrooms clean. Staff was very nice.

Dining room closed, no signage. Having labor issues? Fine, so is everyone else. But if you can't staff the dining room and are forced to close it to transition to drive through only at least make the minimal effort to put a sign on the door stating that. PLASTIC IN MY FOOD Went to Taco Bell in Crestwood, KY on May 11, 2021 at around 10:15. I ordered a steak quesadilla, cheesy Gordita crunch and a dr pepper (only because they were out of baja blast). I get my dr pepper and take a sip and it taste like tonic water. Im assuming the syrup for the dr pepper is out so i ask for a mountain dew instead and this one is also bland so i figured they were all like this so i just kept it. I come home eat my gordita crunch and then take a bite into my quesadilla only to find a strip of plastic burnt into my quesadilla. Im not sure if it was on purpose or not cause it seems impossible to cook plastic into a quesadilla but there it was in my damn taco bell quesadilla. Service was fine at the window kid was nice but everything else sucked. They didnt even have large cups so i had to get a medium drink. If I could give this place a zero star I would. The staff is rude or quiet and not doing anything all the time and the service is EXTREMELY slow. The food is usually cold when you get it and when that had the nacho fries, they were soggy every time I got them. I hear the staff complaining a lot in the back and messing around while my order is being made so I decided just to stop going there and I won't be back and I advise everyone else not to do so as well. read more

I have been to this taco bell many times throughout the years, this is without a doubt the worst taco bell I have ever eaten at. Half the time the order is wrong, or just very cold. Usually stop here some weekends after church with the family. Service is usually quick and efficient. The staff does a great job of managing both the drive thru and inside and makes sure that the food comes out great! Yesterday, Ashley S was in charge of drive-thru and did a great job of taking our order and the wait in drive thru was about 5 minutes. Like any fast food restaurant with a drive thru, there are busy times, but overall this Taco Bell had great service and recommend eating here. read more

We went through the drive thru on Saturday around 7pm. When we pulled into the parking lot, one of the employees was sitting next to a car smoking... with his gloves still on. I watched him walk back inside with his gloves still on. So I jumped out of the car and followed him inside. He walked into the kitchen and walked up to the prep table, with the same gloves on. He then saw me watching him, so he took off his gloves and WITHOUT washing his hands, just threw on some new gloves. I should have told them to just cancel our order and left, but we were picking up food for some friends too. On top of it, after giving us our food a portion of our order was missing and I had to go back inside to get it (This seems to happen every time we go there- so every couple months). The staff was friendly enough, but jeez... WASH YOUR HANDS!!!! We won't be returning. Long story short--- Employee outside smoking with gloves on and didn't change gloves after going back in until he saw me watching him. The food I receive has usually ended up being ok but the service here is so disappointing. I went to the drive thru last week and the line didn't move for nearly 10 minutes. I understand that things happen such as staffing issues, etc. so I went back today. Was still pretty slow but my problem was more with the rudeness of the woman at the window. I don't expect much from fast food restaurants but I do expect them to be reasonably fast and I expect anyone in the service industry to be friendly and polite towards customers.
