Stopped by the Taco Bell in Crestwood and had a pretty good experience. I got some soft tacos and they were really good and made just right. The drive-thru was quick, which I always appreciate, especially when you're just trying to grab something and get back on the road. Everything was fresh, the order was correct, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, no complaints and I'd definitely stop back by this Taco Bell again when I'm in the area. read more

I USED TO BE A TACO BELL, Addict- See no reason to return. Service was great. Food was HORRIBLE read more

This Taco Bell rocks! 99.9% of the time everything is great. Good enough for me. The staff is very nice and it takes a reasonable amount of time for your food but NOT too long. I am fortunate that this location is so close to where I live. If it wasn't, I would still try to venture to this location. read more

Taco Bell - Great combo - Fast Food Near Me - Crestwood, Kentucky

This Taco Bell has some serious issues. I placed my order through the drive through. I was asked to pull over and wait for my order. 20 minutes later (no exaggeration) and I'm still waiting. There's a bunch of help inside and somehow they have 6 cars ahead of us waiting for their order, too. When the order is finally ready, they send someone to bring your food. Just one problem. He has no idea what's in the bag or which car to bring it. No system from TB whatsoever. They could take a name and shout it out. Or, take down the color of the vehicle. Anything would be better than running up and down the parking lot looking for the right customer. Oh, as Taco Bell is owned by Pepsi, anyone else see the irony when they told me they were out of Diet Pepsi? And one more thing. Would it be unrealistic to expect a discounted price on the combo as I got water instead of a soft drink? We'll, call me a dreamer. read more

cold and hard potatos. they always close early and never turn off the DoorDash so stealing money. awful food quality and prep.

Super slow service. Not quick at all. Service was friendly and food was good but it was quite a wait.

Fast service and friendly staff.

While the veggie burito was good, it was not made as the photo indicates. Not at all the taste I was wanting. One, there was absolutely no lettuce on it, Two, I found no source am on it, Three very little cheese. Four, I could taste jalapeños and I didn't order them. It was mostly beans. The sauce they put on it was good. But hot and I have acid reflux, so I can't have hot, only mild. read more

Young man named Jeremiah was a huge help, had a problem with my app and he helped me with all of it, glad this location has really pulled it together! read more

Left no one waited on us. Older lady with grey hair and the guy at the drive thru looked at us and ignored us.

Easy stop just off highway. Food came out fast, hot and tasted good. Bathrooms clean. Staff was very nice.

got my order wrong i asked to take it back and they refused to charge it. gets order wrong every time.

Dining room closed, no signage. Having labor issues? Fine, so is everyone else. But if you can't staff the dining room and are forced to close it to transition to drive through only at least make the minimal effort to put a sign on the door stating that. Just locking the door only aggravates customers and makes it even less likely they will choose to return. read more

PLASTIC IN MY FOOD Went to Taco Bell in Crestwood, KY on May 11, 2021 at around 10:15. I ordered a steak quesadilla, cheesy Gordita crunch and a dr pepper (only because they were out of baja blast). I get my dr pepper and take a sip and it taste like tonic water. Im assuming the syrup for the dr pepper is out so i ask for a mountain dew instead and this one is also bland so i figured they were all like this so i just kept it. I come home eat my gordita crunch and then take a bite into my quesadilla only to find a strip of plastic burnt into my quesadilla. Im not sure if it was on purpose or not cause it seems impossible to cook plastic into a quesadilla but there it was in my damn taco bell quesadilla. Service was fine at the window kid was nice but everything else sucked. They didnt even have large cups so i had to get a medium drink. Fire everyone except drive thru kid if you're reading this mr franchise owner. I feel disgusted. I ate half the thing might have swallowed some without realizing read more

Amazing!!! Big fat tacos with plenty of veggies and beans !!!!! VERY polite staff ! Definitely a remarkable Taco Bell location, I don't put reviews on fast food very often, as I travel all across the country. This one stands out! read more

This place suuuuuucckkkksssss. I try not to go here often, just because of the terrible service. And I NEVER complain or take my food back. But today, I will not take my food back but I WILL complain. You all SUCK. Whenever I do go there not only do the drive thru people suck, they are always in a bad mood and my food never comes out decently! Like come on. I work at Starbucks, I get it, y'all may not like working for Taco Bell or management sucks. But y'all are taking it out on my tacos, man. Not cool. I ordered Crunchwrap box and apparently it's a double or triple or whatever and literally half-and I am not exaggerating here- HALF of it was actually empty. Why?? How? And my soft taco was cold. Again. WHY? HOW? Taco Bell management- do something about this please! Update: Tried calling twice and no answer. I can't even complain to the actual restaurant. Instead I had to come on here and take time out of my day to do this. Thanks guys. I've been reduced to a middle ages angry white woman who complains about everything. read more

The store manager, Theresa, was the kindest, happiest and most welcoming employee I have ever met at the window. My sister and I were completing our first Door Dash order and she was everything but exceptional! Helped us through the process, was personable and just genuinely happy. Thank you for making our night and have never had such quick exceptional service at a Taco Bell! read more

Very unprofessional place!! Placed an online order and when I arrived to pick it up they decided to close earlier than posted both online and in person! Not very happy!! read more

Best Taco Bell to worst Taco Bell in five months. People nice but no since of urgency. Close place down! Hire and train new staff. Re open in Spring. read more

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The staff is rude or quiet and not doing anything all the time and the service is EXTREMELY slow. The food is usually cold when you get it and when that had the nacho fries, they were soggy every time I got them. I hear the staff complaining a lot in the back and messing around while my order is being made so I decided just to stop going there and I won't be back and I advise everyone else not to do so as well. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Came here because I was in a rush, and sat in the drive thru for 23 minutes. I could have made my own tacos in that amount of time. read more

Taco Bell - I've been sitting in this drive thru for 19 minutes so far. I ordered 1 burrito and a drink. - Fast Food Near Me - Crestwood, Kentucky

I love Taco Bell. But the Crestwood location is always slow. My order is messed up half of the time. They aren't that friendly except for a few of the teenagers. Today I received the wrong order completely. And the manager on duty was a little prick about it. read more

Great food! that being said. We have been in line 3 times now and each time it has taken over 20 minutes to get our food. One of those times we received the wrong order and had to wait another 10 minutes to get the correct order. Update: after staffing changes this Taco Bell is up and running again! No longer a slow place and the orders have been correct ever since! read more

Absolutely horrible there was 4 cars in the drive through not a single movement for 10 min. i had a mobile order in so i moved and went in to check on it and the guy just didn't help in any way shape or form after 15-20 minutes of waiting i was late so i had to leave. get your crap together this is just bad read more

I have been to this taco bell many times throughout the years, this is without a doubt the worst taco bell I have ever eaten at. Half the time the order is wrong, or just very cold. Even after complaining three times they kept giving me cold food, and I'm not one to enjoy complaining. If your thinking about eating here go to the pewee Valley one, or the Lagrange one. That all being said the people here are very nice and will help you with anything. GANG GANG read more

Wth it really shouldn't take 20 mins to make 2 tacos slowest damn Taco Bell east of the Mississippi hands down.. service sucked balls and has the most disgusting workers and literally watched an employee pop a pimple and just rub it on his pants. 10/10 wouldn't recommend read more

Usually stop here some weekends after church with the family. Service is usually quick and efficient. The staff does a great job of managing both the drive thru and inside and makes sure that the food comes out great! Yesterday, Ashley S was in charge of drive-thru and did a great job of taking our order and the wait in drive thru was about 5 minutes. Like any fast food restaurant with a drive thru, there are busy times, but overall this Taco Bell had great service and recommend eating here. read more

They made a taco out of a waffle, if you don't find that to be appealing then go someplace else you snob. While the food at Taco Bell might not be "good" and the meat might not be "real" they have figured out that with the perfect blend of Doritos flavored dust applied to their taco shells you won't even notice! Did I mention that you can get a taco made from a WAFFLE!!! read more

We went through the drive thru on Saturday around 7pm. When we pulled into the parking lot, one of the employees was sitting next to a car smoking... with his gloves still on. I watched him walk back inside with his gloves still on. So I jumped out of the car and followed him inside. He walked into the kitchen and walked up to the prep table, with the same gloves on. He then saw me watching him, so he took off his gloves and WITHOUT washing his hands, just threw on some new gloves. I should have told them to just cancel our order and left, but we were picking up food for some friends too. On top of it, after giving us our food a portion of our order was missing and I had to go back inside to get it (This seems to happen every time we go there- so every couple months). The staff was friendly enough, but jeez... WASH YOUR HANDS!!!! We won't be returning. Long story short--- Employee outside smoking with gloves on and didn't change gloves after going back in until he saw me watching him. He didn't wash his hands either and then prepared food. read more

The employees here are rude!! SO RUDE! And sloooooow!!!!!!! Went into the dining room and the cashier was so rude. I will drive to Pewee valley Taco Bell before I go back to this one. read more

The food I receive has usually ended up being ok but the service here is so disappointing. I went to the drive thru last week and the line didn't move for nearly 10 minutes. I understand that things happen such as staffing issues, etc. so I went back today. Was still pretty slow but my problem was more with the rudeness of the woman at the window. I don't expect much from fast food restaurants but I do expect them to be reasonably fast and I expect anyone in the service industry to be friendly and polite towards customers. That being said, don't expect either of those things here. read more

Store not busy yet food took over 10 minutes to prepare. Cashier stood doing absolutely nothing between orders. Extremely frustrating as was supposed to be "fast food" stop on long trip home. I would not rate this place, really really bad service when it comes to ordering inside the fast food place.
