Yay the front desk manager was super awesome to me I come to the area often to race at Summit Point and I bought food for me and to bring home to my husband in dc when I got home. I struggled with the self serve and she quickly intervened to help make the order correct. I heard her arguing with the back of house staff which of course I respect but it was awesome she make the customer (me) get exactly what I wanted. I come regularly to the area to race my car and my husband funny enough is always up here to for legal work so I'm happy to recommend this place and she made this experience amazing. Love the kindness and dedication Looking forward to coming in the next couple weeks Jeff and Josh read more

Ordered food today. Got home and my daughter pulled the sauce packets out of the bag and this what we got! Absolutely disgusting! read more

Taco Bell - Sauce packets from Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Charles Town, West Virginia

Make sure you fill your gas tank up before you go into the drive through. Takes a good 20 minutes for you to order.

I wrote down on a piece of paper exactly what I wanted my wife said she handed them the paper and they made the order I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito somehow that turned into a spicy double beef burrito I also got the spicy potato taco which would have been good if the potatoes weren't burnt read more

I have been waiting in the drive-thru line to pick up my order that I did via the app for 20 minutes. I don't understand how they can take this long. In the future, I will either be grabbing my food inside, or I'll be looking for another Taco Bell in the area. read more

Wow, the reviews I've read so far on this restaurant are completely unhinged. The worst experience I've had with this Taco Bell location is they've forgotten one item in my drive thru order. The staff is friendly, chill, and fast. Using the app to order is easy, and the staff is super attentive in making sure my order is correct on the drive thru screen before I pull up. The staff at Taco Bell is so much more customer service based than some of the other places around here. Also, I LOVE THE NACHO FRIES! read more

wish I could give less than one star. a simple 10$ order it takes over 30 minutes. and they still messed it up. the place was not crowded there was only 5 people and like no one in the drive through. if you are thinking about stoping here, just keep driving. read more

Tiny portions. Nachos were soggy, food wasn't hot. It was obviously premade, not when we ordered. But it was quick, easy and cheap.

Grear service, speedy, friendly. Great service all around.. One of the best taco bells read more

I went through drive-through. They did not put all my order in the bag. I'm like 15 minutes away from the store when I called back, they told me I have to come back to the store to either get the food or get a refund. The general manager's name was, she said chewly. When I told her I could not do that I said I guess I will just have to call and dispute the charge and she said well do what you ever have to do then and hung up on me. And I definitely will not go to Taco Bell again. read more

Very clean inside and employees are friendly. Normally I don't like seeing the inside of Taco Bell's because they make me lose my appetite but this Taco Bell location is and exception. read more

GOAT fast food place in the area, if your not going to Wendy's or Chick your going to MFin Taco Bell. This shit slaps so hard my grandmas knees went out after drinking a Baja Blast. Thought she had a seizure but turns out she was so hot and bothered she poped her hip out of place. She later went to the hospital four 15 stitches in her left abdomen from the subsequent fall, but did that make me hate Taco Bell, helllllllll no that stuff slaps. Great service and great food, vote Biden read more

My boyfriend was picking lunch up after a long shift- after debating whether to go to Ortega's or Taco Bell, we decided to Taco Bell since we have not been in years. Once he arrived, the drive thru attendant was very rude and impatient and he gave us our cheese without chips. Pretty useless. Thanks for reminding us why we never go there. read more

Stopped there tonight, and everything was terrible, nacho cheese cups where almost completely empty, food was unwrapped and falling out in the bag, couldn't tell hard tacos from soft ones the way they were prepared. Sloppy and messy every one of them. They were out of sauces completely, the only thing they did well was take my money! read more

First off I usually order from this Taco Bell anywhere from 8 to 10 times a month and never had any issues until today May 1 2022 at 4:30 pm. I order the same order for several people online everytime I order its usually between $30 to $40 so from me they are losing around $250 a month because of their actions today. I tried ordering on the app like I always do but for some reason the order wouldn't go through so after trying for around 20 minutes I drive to Taco Bell and show them my order and show them the app would not let it go through. I then ask can I do it on one of the kiosks in the store or can they just take my order and that's when I was told no they can't do that because they don't have the same thing as online. Seriously? I then asked after seeing the #4 was close to what I order can I just replace the Taco with a $1 5 layer burrito and again I was told no even though instead of paying the $5.99 online price I would be paying the $7.99 in store price. Wow! How are the prices so different and how can you not just take my order cause you see it's not MY FAULT it's the TACO BELL APPS FAULT. I wasted a half an hour just trying to order what I wanted which I do at least 6 times a month for the past year or so but this time I am being told I can't have what I want even though its in the store and it's on the app. The restaurant employee that was at the register was great and she was very polite and was seeing the irony in the situation that is not my fault but the manager wasn't. The manager after telling me she can't several times was just brushing me off. I ordered there many many times and most of the employees and managers know me or at least have seen me there many many times and they are extremely polite and professional. I believe that if one of those employees or managers were actually there they would have understood and worked with me knowing that the app wasn't working. To be honest I was shocked they didn't help me and just brushed me off. I was expecting to be treated fairly and taken care of because I was a customer and none of this was my fault at all it's Taco Bells fault. If I was the manager I would have made it right immediately with no worries and even given a discount but this manager wouldn't make it right even though I was willing to pay extra. I then said nevermind I will go somewhere else because I couldn't believe they had the product there but wouldn't sell it to me basically and with a snark remark the manager says have a good day!! I was a manager of a restaurant chain and would never treat a customer badly. Taco Bell use to be my favorite restaurant but I guess I am looking for another favorite cause I will not be going back. I wanted Taco Bell and tried for a long time to get Taco Bell but had to settle for McDonald's. If I owned this restaurant I would be pissed because if it happened to me a loyal customer I wonder how many others it has happened to. read more

Must have been Friday taco night, drive through line was down the street, go inside for another crowd of people. Only 1 of the kiosks was working. In the end we got decent freshly cooked food read more

These balls were not creamy at all and they did not drip the way I wanted them to drip they were dry as fuck and I was not pleased with these balls please do so much better next time the person that made these balls must've been super depressed about their life maybe their mom died or something I don't know When the person handed me the balls through the drive-through it looks like they just got finished doing three lines of heroin so thank you so much Taco Bell in West Virginia you Hill Billy bitches but other than the balls being absolutely atrocious my experience was very delectable thank you so much five stars thank you for coming to my Ted talk read more

Utilize the app to place an order for dinner tonight. Waited a half an hour and at that point asked to just be refunded. Was told that no one knew how to refund the order. Eventually the order was ready but at that point I just continue to ask for a refund. A young lady walked up and said our managers are busy so you're just going to have to keep waiting. I stated that I would just take the food because I was tired of waiting. A gentleman said he is unpacking the food because he does not want to give me food with the expectation that I would ask for a refund the next day. He said his wife was the manager and he's calling her immediately. I waited another 10 or 15 minutes, he ended up walking out of the store and nothing was resolved. Long story short the order was eventually remade because no one knew how to refund. During a conversation one of the employees there, Devon, stated that we don't want to mess with her. Why? Because we wanted to audio record the conversation because it was so ridiculous. So she chose to threaten. You can't make this up. You really can't. No one wants to eat the food because they're afraid of what the people in that restaurant may have done to it. Disgraceful! read more

I did try to like Taco Bell. I really did. Staff was nice most of the time. But there were bigger problems. I've gotten FOOD POISONING not once, but TWICE from this Taco Bell. To be honest, I'm afraid to eat anything from here, or else I might be up in the the middle of the night sick on both ends for a third time. The only thing that I'll purchase from here is the occasional baha blast. If you hit it during happy hour (which I believe is from 1pm-5pm) you can get a baha blast for only $1. I'd like to give it two stars because of the drinks, but sorry I can't give more than one star to a place I've been sick from twice. read more

This place has messed up my order in the past and tonight I decided to pull around after coming out of the drive thru and check my order. I was missing an item but it was also past the hours that people were allowed inside. So I called and asked if I could come inside or they could bring out the missing item and they said they weren't allowed to open the door and said I needed to go back through the drive thru line that also had taken me 20 min to get through the first time and by this point had 8 cars waiting. this is ridiculous and i've had issues before and never said anything until they refused to fix the issue. read more

I received a call today from the manager of Taco Bell after I complained, yesterday, about overcharging on their $5.00 special. She told me the fine print on the ad says this was only for participating stores which they are not. I had to laugh. West Virginia at it's finest. I wish I knew the kind of people I would be living with; I never would have moved here. read more

I don't eat here much but when I do I always get a cheese quesadilla with hot sauce and that just makes my day, they're so delicious. Sometimes they do get the order wrong though. Usually that's a bad thing, but every once in a blue moon when all the planets are aligned on friday the 13th you might get an extra item. My sister got an extra taco and she gave me that and it was pretty baller. I'm gonna order those more often now. read more
