I'm surprised at the poor reviews. I came for lunch and wanted to eat inside. When I went in, there were several people standing there apparently waiting for their orders and there were no employees in sight. The only ordering option seemed to be the kiosks which I find difficult and frustrating to use so I got back in my car and went through the drive through. There was a minor wait at the drive through but it was the peak of lunchtime. The gal who took my order was friendly and my order was ready quickly. I wasn't asked if I wanted sauces but I'm sure I could have requested them. The gal who handed me my order was friendly and my order was accurately filled. Remarkably, the hard taco was not broken in until I took the first bite so that was nice. The remainder of my food was fine: no problems, tasted like Taco Bell. I would normally rate a taco bell as a 4 star but since there was no way (for me) to order lunch without using those dreadful kiosks, I'm subtracting a star. I think restaurants need to decide who they're catering to: drive through customers, delivery services, or in-person customers. Why bother having a dining room if the drive through and delivery customers are always given priority? read more

First off, Taco Bell at one point offered value at an amazing price point. Those days are long gone..... I can't fault this location for that. The sad thing is that there seems to be a lack of quality control within the chain. I was excited that they brought back one of my favorites, the Meximelt. Despite the ridiculous price I decided to order one here. What I got was a beef and cheese soft taco. There was absolutely no trace of pico de gallo. Not what I ordered. Fool me once shame on you. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would every time I come here my fries have no seasoning employees very rude I work in customer service I understand how it is but they are so unprofessional here fries always unseasoned and upside down tacos always thrown together and employees give me dirty looks all the time especially the one manager idk her name and every time I'm there it's at least a 10 min wait and if I go inside the lobby's always disgusting and workers have there kids running around lobby read more

The service here is terrible if you go inside, a bunch of of workers ignore you while you wait for your food if you placed a mobile order. This happens to me every single time go inside, unfortunately this is the only one in the area. The ambiance is fine it's mostly empty but that makes you wonder why they ignore you if they aren't doing anything? The food is questionable, i've gotten hair in my food a while back, and sometimes they get your order wrong. All in all it's kinda bottom of the barrel but it's all we got :/ read more

Employee Annabelle was rude and unwelcoming. Customer service here was at a minimal. My food was thrown on the counter, no name called out, as the above employee rolled her eyes in doing it. The bathrooms were not well maintained even though are "checked every 30 minutes" according to the sign inside the door. The chicken quesdilla I ordered was poorly slapped together with both soggy lettuce and tomato found inside...very disappointed with the service there and would not recommend this location to anyone. Please ensure your staff is welcoming to customers and keeping up on basic store cleanliness. read more

Food thrown all over bag , missing items, & horribly packaged. Just disgusting all the way around like how could you let something go out like this read more

Placing my order was easy enough but hearing the gal shouting out names to pick up their orders should have been an indication that this was not the best TB around. She seemed a little... angry. The dining area was tidy but the condiments section was not. One bucket of sauces was empty and another had trash in it. The drinks station was clean and there were lids and straws available. My name was called and I picked up my order. It was mostly what I had ordered. One burrito was not filled with the right stuffing. The other was done properly. Not a terrific experience. Yes, it's Taco Bell and not Ruth's Chris. But this was not a good one. read more

Stopped inside for the first time in a long time just after 11am. All tables & floor dirty, no staff manning the counter so I used the self serve kiosk at front. I compliment TacoBell on their new larger bags that fit their food better, but that is my best positive. My order took forever to come out. Food wasn't as ordered (ordered cheese quesidilla without jalepeno sauce. Received: chicken quesadilla, no jalapeño sauce but cheese not even melted: inedible). Supreme Burrito also cold, tortilla torn and leaking grease onto and outside the wrapper. Seems this location completely caters to drive thru. Just gross, I won't be back for dine in or dine thru. read more

WORST TACO BELL EVER! I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme, with beans instead of beef, and Fresco style. I even said NO CHEESE and no sour cream. To further emphasize the importance of not having dairy in the order. Along with the Crunchwrap, I ordered a 7 layer burrito that was fresco, but I wanted them to keep the guacamole. When I first opened the 7-layer burrito the beans looked so cold, they almost looked frozen, there was no rice, and there were bits of cheese all throughout the burrito. The Crunchwrap was cold, had cheese in it as well, and was poorly wrapped with pico de gallo pouring out the center. When I went to the counter I expressed that I'm very sensitive to dairy and showed them The crunchwrap and the seven layer burrito. The lady at the counter was very nice, and if it wasn't for her I'd have been VERY angry that "ONE Star" is the lowest I could give this Taco Bell as a rating here. The lady at the counter was very empathetic, she expressed her sensitivity to dairy as well, which was very reassuring. After which, I heard the lady who prepared the food getting very steamy with the lady from the counter. The lady who made the food said things like, "I made it right the first time!" and "the pico has cheese." Upon receiving the second Crunchwrap Supreme, I found myself opening the crunch wrap and picking out the cheese that they put in yet again. As well as receiving the second 7-layer burrito, and finding cheese the instant I opened the paper wrapping. Not to mention that the bathrooms are very crappy, and poorly located. I travel often, and have been to MANY Taco Bells all over the east coast, from Florida, all the way to Montreal in Canada, this is BY FAR the ABSOLUTE WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to. Usually, if the order is messed up the first time, it is fixed by the second time. NOT HERE! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. read more

The service at this Place was so bad We where left waiting for over 20 minutes when I finally got aggravated enough I said something and I was told please be patient we are under staff. That's not my problem. The parking lot was empty did not look like they were busy at all. I think this location is poorly manage it should be closed. I used to love Taco Bell (Taco Hell) where the food now is too expensive and the diarrhea is garanteed. So over it we went to MCDONALD'S instead at least they are consistent. read more

I waited probably a half an hour in the drive through and didn't check to see that I got all my food. I checked for my food a bit later and I'm missing a whole item. I called the place to tell them and the associate told me it's not possible I'm missing an item because she packed it. I try to tell her there's no way I had it, and continued to argue with me about it. She then thought she hung up and I could hear her still saying I'm a liar and she hung up. I was still nearby and drove back to the Taco Bell and did get my food that was missing but no apology for being called a liar. ‍ read more

bro this place sucks so bad. All of management will be working, yet no orders are completed anywhere NEAR correct. Multiple times I've gone and haven't received multiple items. They are willing to rectify the mistake, but it entirely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru or mobile ordering. When I do manage to get my order, it is often incorrectly made, include non-custom items. gotta put meat on the taco bruh This doesn't even mention the 40 minute wait for our order which was placed 25 minutes in advance to our arrival. Also all of the teenagers from the borough are always creeping about inside loudly so it makes the waiting ambiance miserable. god I wish there was one closer because I love Taco Bell food read more

Absolutely horrible service. Had to go around 3 times before they got it right. Would leave half a star if I could.

I went to taco bell at 901 lincoln way east in Chambersburg PA. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get to the speaker to be told they do not have any sort of tacos. Can you explain how and why a fast food restaurant that sells tacos and other items is out of tacos. Then proceeded to tell me I cannot place an order as there was no button to press. read more

Worse service ever! Beyond incompetent staff and management! They need to be retrained or all need to go and start over ! Store manager is rude and is fine with stealing money from people that wait 30 minutes to get the right food only to find when they arrive to their destination it's the wrong order completely - returning to the store the manger on staff instead of refunding money charged the bank card again - only to find out the next day that they did that the store manger refused to refund the monies without her complete rudeness - someone needs I to go back and finish high school - and learn how to do math - and find out which button to push for a refund ! Food sucks as much as the store management - this will also be a notification to the franchise owner and the franchise in general -thumbs down and middle finger waving ! read more

This Taco Bell made a very dangerous mistake and gave my son a chicken quesadilla instead of the steak quesadilla he ordered. He is actually highly allergic to chicken! He took a few bites before making the discovery..They refused to credit his debit card..refused to deliver what he actually ordered, as we live in St. Thomas and why should we have to make the trip across town for their mistake?! We don't recommend this establishment whatsoever. As a mother, I am irate and now worried I will have to take my son to the hospital..bulldoze it and open a real restaurant with people working that don't have their head up their ass! read more

OH MY GOSH I wish I could rate negative stars!!! They are horrible! The only way you'll get a correct order is to eat in! Even then you'll still have to take your tray back to the counter and get your meal corrected. But drive thru or doordash and you're done! You're eating whatever some dumbass decides to give you! And YOU pay for it! I have had THE WORST experiences with this taco bell and each time I stop eating there for 6-12 months, but some friend or family member will say, "let's get taco bell!" And despite my better judgement, I stupidly say yes and get played all over again! Last night was for a whopping $42! Most of my order was missing and what wasn't missing was just wrong! Who can't tell the difference between fiesta potatoes and tortilla chips? Between sour cream and cheese sauce? You're too stupid to be left alone to do the job or need ALOT more training! The wrong tacos, whole order of missing tacos, and then some moron just threw in plain tacos like "here, just for the hell of it cuz I don't know what i"m doing!" I don't know what kind of circus they got going there but me and my monkeys ain't ever going back! I'm officially flinging my poo at taco bell on Lincoln Way East, they suck! read more

The worst food I have had in a long time. I came to eat because they are open late & I didn't feel like cooking. Huge mistake! I ordered a quesadilla, three layer nachos, nacho fries, and bean burrito. The beans were completely dry. The quesadilla was not cooked. It was soaking in this yucky mayo stuff and that cheese never melted! The three layer nachos had dried beans, a splash of red sauce and a splash of nacho cheese. The chips were stale! The place should be shut down! This food was not Suitable for human consumption! I have no idea how they stay open! I definitely won't be back. The flour tortilla on the bean burrito was cold as well! This is Money I'll never get back! I will never return, don't waste your time or money my fellow helpers! read more

Every single time... every one. They mess up on something... tonight I specifically asked for no spicy ranch when I ordered and at the window to make sure they assured me it wasn't there... can you guess what was there when I got home... their sodas are horribly watered down. And they have a rude staff which doesn't surprise me as one of the female managers are awful to them she has literally told me "I fucking hate this staff" one time when I told her they had completely messed up my order the entire thing needed to be fixed and stuff was missing too... I love Taco Bell and it's the only one in town which makes me so sad.. read more

This Taco Bell is the absolute worst one I have ever been to I went there and ordered nachos with only beef and nacho cheese on it and a soft taco with no lettuce and when I go to check my bag the nachos have everything on it and they gave me a crunchy taco also with everything on it and I went back into the line for them to remake it and after going over them going over the receipt about four times not understanding it she comes to the window and says that they are out of ground beef and asked if they could make my stuff with steak or chicken or if i just wanted a refund read more

Unacceptable wait times. Admitting to delaying dine-in orders due to a backed up drive-thru. They are always grossly understaffed and if you're not experiencing unacceptable wait times then the lobby is closed anyway and then you experience those wait times in the drive-thru. Wish I could rate 0 stars. I ordered food off of the app and my boyfriend went in to pick up my food. They said they never received my order... So he reordered my food & they actually added things to my order such as a slushy & tacos that I never even asked for. When he got home & I looked at the receipt the total was over 30$ when it was only supposed to be 16$!!! Not to mention they actually charged me the 30$ from ordering there & the 16$ from my online order (that they never got apparently). I called in and asked to speak to the manager. When she got on the phone she was very rude & laughed at me when I explained the situation and said there was nothing she could do. I haven't gone back to this Taco Bell since! Highly disappointed. read more

I'm normally not one to complain, but this location is out of hand and needs major help. Every time I come here my order is cold, messed up, or has forgotten items. A few mistakes occasionally I completely understand but this is every time. & whenever you confront or question them about it they act rude as if it wasn't their fault or they just don't care. I don't know if it's just poorly trained employees, understaffed or what but they definitely need new management.. or SOMETHING! It's upsetting when your favorite food place is just horrible. Drive a little longer & go to the greencastle location you don't wanna waste your time & money coming here. read more

My review of this fine Taco Bell establishment is that it was Crunch Wrap SUPREME. On a 16 hour drive from Nashville to New Jersey for Thanksgiving this was my significant other and I's dinner stop. We were not disappointed. In looking at all the other local Taco Bell options, while this location had a lower review rating, we were attracted by the higher number of reviews. 2 stars is plain ignoramus when it comes to describing the excellent, perfectly airy Crunch Wrap Supreme that was prepared. We all know that the Crunch Wrap Supreme, or CWS for short can be a dice roll depending which franchise location you happen to visit - but if I had been in Atlantic City, I'd say this CWS would've been the pony that paid off the mortgage. We are absolutely bewildered by the lack of love for this fine restaurant. What did you expect? A small mom and pop taqueria in Todos Santos Mexico? It's Taco Bell friends. Like when your mom tries to make you tacos, but they turn out as mostly Ortega, sour cream and scallion square burritos that are reminiscent of that Amazon Prime package you have been oh too fervently anticipating. You know what you're getting, and we were got good. Thank you late night Tuesday staff for your fine craftsmanship. read more

I went through the drive thru obviously because I had to which I don't like doing because my things are normally always messed up. I ordered 2 beef and cheese Chalupa's only meat and cheese, probably told her three times she said GOT IT. So come to my surprise it had absolutely everything on it. So I knock on the door lobby closed. FINE but don't look at me with stuff in my hand and not come see the issue. I had to walk up into the drive thru to get my ordered fixed. The dumbass little girl just looked at me and said the lobby was closed and shut the door. Manager I assume came to fix what was messed up and was made right but this is exactly why i realize later that's why I don't get Taco Bell hardly anymore. read more

No one spoke to us through their order kiosk machine in the drive through lane, we thought it was broken or something, then we got to the window and they refused to serve us and didnt offer any kind of assistance or apology or reason that no one took our order. We waited for at LEAST 20 minutes in the drive through line. I used to love Taco Bell, but we are never going back to that location again! We happily drove to CHICK FIL A afterwards. I downloaded yelp just to leave this review. read more

This particular Taco Bell has AWFUL service. After 6 or so attempts to use the drive through with each visit taking 30+ minutes we gave up on eating there at all. Once you pull in to the drive thru you are stuck-- you can't get out of line- so I HIGHLY recommend going inside if you decide to risk eating here. There is another Taco Bell a few exits down I81 (exit 5) that has much faster service. read more

Since this place has reopened, the service has been dismal! I have been there 3 times in the last week, and each time was worse than the last. The workers shuffle around in slow motion like they are asleep, orders take forever to be filled, and they put virtually no steak in the chalupas - but overload them with hard white lettuce! There is a McDonald's, Burger King, LJS, Pizza Hut, & Hardee's in the immediate vicinity. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go to one of them instead. read more

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, and I have been to hundreds all over America. You can't even call what they give you service, as they refuse to even give you what you order, pay for, or even ask for. In 5 years of eating here (it's the only one in town) we have received a correct order once. When we are able, we drive 20 miles to Hagerstown to actually enjoy a meal at Taco Bell. I have made calls to the complaint # but nothing seems to change. Unless you are desperate, avoid at all costs! read more

True to the previous reviews, the staff at this Taco Bell completely deleted our order from the screen, leaving us waiting, grumpy and hungry, for 15 minutes. When we finally inquired, the mistake was discovered. Go here regularly. Like the food almost always. A negative is when they mess up a order and forget something which happens quite often. So make sure to check before she leave or drive away. Rant: I go to Taco Bell to get tacos (obviously) and order the 12 pack taco box plus 4 extra tacos. Alright, here's the hard part; 12+4=16. So me being somewhat of a moron I don't check before we leave the drive through and when we get home my wife looks at me as she's going through the tacos and says, "Tyler, there's only 10 tacos in here." So I call Taco Bell and tell them it's not a problem and I'll be back over to pick up the other 6 tacos. They even asked me on the phone what kind of tacos did I order and I specifically told them soft. So I pull up the second time. Wait about 10 minutes after they initially told me they would make them, and then they give me a bag with tacos. I ask the girl, "No lettuce, right?" She told me no lettuce. So me being somewhat of a moron again I didn't check the bag and drove back home. I get home, and wouldn't you know it....they're all hard tacos. read more

Service was decent. I was hesitant after reading all the reviews. But it could be because I was the only person in the drive thru and it was late at night. Very slow service I waited almost 10 minutes. If you wanting fast this is not the place to go. the lady who took my order was zombie like. She was just going through the paces.
