I'm surprised at the poor reviews. I came for lunch and wanted to eat inside. When I went in, there were several people standing there apparently waiting for their orders and there were no employees in sight. The only ordering option seemed to be the kiosks which I find difficult and frustrating to use so I got back in my car and went through the drive through. There was a minor wait at the drive through but it was the peak of lunchtime. The gal who took my order was friendly and my order was ready quickly. I wasn't asked if I wanted sauces but I'm sure I could have requested them. The gal who handed me my order was friendly and my order was accurately filled. Remarkably, the hard taco was not broken in until I took the first bite so that was nice. The remainder of my food was fine: no problems, tasted like Taco Bell. I would normally rate a taco bell as a 4 star but since there was no way (for me) to order lunch without using those dreadful kiosks, I'm subtracting a star. I think restaurants need to decide who they're catering to: drive through customers, delivery services, or in-person customers. Why bother having a dining room if the drive through and delivery customers are always given priority? read more

The service here is terrible if you go inside, a bunch of of workers ignore you while you wait for your food if you placed a mobile order. Employee Annabelle was rude and unwelcoming. Customer service here was at a minimal. My food was thrown on the counter, no name called out, as the above employee rolled her eyes in doing it. The bathrooms were not well maintained even though are "checked every 30 minutes" according to the sign inside the door. The chicken quesdilla I ordered was poorly slapped together with both soggy lettuce and tomato found inside...very disappointed with the service there and would not recommend this location to anyone. The dining area was tidy but the condiments section was not. One bucket of sauces was empty and another had trash in it. The drinks station was clean and there were lids and straws available. Stopped inside for the first time in a long time just after 11am. All tables & floor dirty, no staff manning the counter so I used the self serve kiosk at front. I compliment TacoBell on their new larger bags that fit their food better, but that is my best positive. My order took forever to come out. Food wasn't as ordered (ordered cheese quesidilla without jalepeno sauce. Received: chicken quesadilla, no jalapeño sauce but cheese not even melted: inedible). WORST TACO BELL EVER! I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme, with beans instead of beef, and Fresco style. I even said NO CHEESE and no sour cream. To further emphasize the importance of not having dairy in the order. Along with the Crunchwrap, I ordered a 7 layer burrito that was fresco, but I wanted them to keep the guacamole. When I first opened the 7-layer burrito the beans looked so cold, they almost looked frozen, there was no rice, and there were bits of cheese all throughout the burrito. The Crunchwrap was cold, had cheese in it as well, and was poorly wrapped with pico de gallo pouring out the center. When I went to the counter I expressed that I'm very sensitive to dairy and showed them The crunchwrap and the seven layer burrito. The lady at the counter was very nice, and if it wasn't for her I'd have been VERY angry that "ONE Star" is the lowest I could give this Taco Bell as a rating here. The lady at the counter was very empathetic, she expressed her sensitivity to dairy as well, which was very reassuring. After which, I heard the lady who prepared the food getting very steamy with the lady from the counter. The lady who made the food said things like, "I made it right the first time!" and "the pico has cheese." Upon receiving the second Crunchwrap Supreme, I found myself opening the crunch wrap and picking out the cheese that they put in yet again. As well as receiving the second 7-layer burrito, and finding cheese the instant I opened the paper wrapping. Not to mention that the bathrooms are very crappy, and poorly located. I waited probably a half an hour in the drive through and didn't check to see that I got all my food. I checked for my food a bit later and I'm missing a whole item. I called the place to tell them and the associate told me it's not possible I'm missing an item because she packed it. I try to tell her there's no way I had it, and continued to argue with me about it. She then thought she hung up and I could hear her still saying I'm a liar and she hung up. They are willing to rectify the mistake, but it entirely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru or mobile ordering. The worst food I have had in a long time. I came to eat because they are open late & I didn't feel like cooking. Huge mistake! I ordered a quesadilla, three layer nachos, nacho fries, and bean burrito. The beans were completely dry. The quesadilla was not cooked. It was soaking in this yucky mayo stuff and that cheese never melted! The three layer nachos had dried beans, a splash of red sauce and a splash of nacho cheese. The chips were stale! So he reordered my food & they actually added things to my order such as a slushy & tacos that I never even asked for. My review of this fine Taco Bell establishment is that it was Crunch Wrap SUPREME. On a 16 hour drive from Nashville to New Jersey for Thanksgiving this was my significant other and I's dinner stop. In looking at all the other local Taco Bell options, while this location had a lower review rating, we were attracted by the higher number of reviews. 2 stars is plain ignoramus when it comes to describing the excellent, perfectly airy Crunch Wrap Supreme that was prepared. We all know that the Crunch Wrap Supreme, or CWS for short can be a dice roll depending which franchise location you happen to visit - but if I had been in Atlantic City, I'd say this CWS would've been the pony that paid off the mortgage. We are absolutely bewildered by the lack of love for this fine restaurant. What did you expect? A small mom and pop taqueria in Todos Santos Mexico? It's Taco Bell friends. Like when your mom tries to make you tacos, but they turn out as mostly Ortega, sour cream and scallion square burritos that are reminiscent of that Amazon Prime package you have been oh too fervently anticipating. Once you pull in to the drive thru you are stuck-- you can't get out of line- so I HIGHLY recommend going inside if you decide to risk eating here. True to the previous reviews, the staff at this Taco Bell completely deleted our order from the screen, leaving us waiting, grumpy and hungry, for 15 minutes. When we finally inquired, the mistake was discovered. The manager not only offered to give our family of five a meal for free, but she also allowed us to leave our broken cargo box (which was in danger of flying off the roof on the highway) in the store's dumpster. Rant: I go to Taco Bell to get tacos (obviously) and order the 12 pack taco box plus 4 extra tacos. Alright, here's the hard part; 12+4=16. So me being somewhat of a moron I don't check before we leave the drive through and when we get home my wife looks at me as she's going through the tacos and says, "Tyler, there's only 10 tacos in here." So I call Taco Bell and tell them it's not a problem and I'll be back over to pick up the other 6 tacos. They even asked me on the phone what kind of tacos did I order and I specifically told them soft. So I pull up the second time. Wait about 10 minutes after they initially told me they would make them, and then they give me a bag with tacos. I ask the girl, "No lettuce, right?" She told me no lettuce.
