Now that cell towers have been installed within an acceptable radius of Center, YELP can help us find spots like this. Wiht the drive thru open, I figured that was the way to order. The lady taking my order got everything to me quick so I could get back to the hotel and gobble everything down. Being on an empty stomach, I did an order of breakfast tacos (Huevos con chorizo, Papas con chorizo), a bistec Sope, traditional tacos (pastor, barbocoa, tripas), and a Pambazo which is similar to a torta but with melted cheese, using the bistec. Everything was freaking delicious. The Pambazo was larger than I expected, messy, and delicious with the charred bread, lettuce, and queso fresco stuffed inside with the bistec. The tacos (breakfast and traditional) and sope had grease, tortilla softness, and savory flavors from the bites. Price-wise, all ordered were a little over $20 which is a steal these days. No doubt I'm here again for Taco Tuesdays or any day when I'm in Center. Seems the citizens of the area cherish this spot and for good reason!

Tacos are topped heavily with onions/cilantro and all dishes are garnished with sauteed onions. Squeeze that lime on the taco and top with that green jalapeno sauce for the best flavor. Meanwhile, the quesadilla has a nice somewhat crispy texture with the flour tortilla and nice amount of cheese mixed with the chopped meat. And the gordita is massive with a great texture and filled with cheese, refried beans, and meat. One of the best gorditas I've ever had honestly! Cash/Zelle only.
