First of all the service is absolutely awful and horrendous. Nothing but SPANISH SPEAKING WORKERS WHO SPEAK BAD BROKEN ENGLISH. BAD English. Greeted by the biggest roughest Spanish Speaking woman ever. They all hate their jobs and it shows. You can't even get a warm greeting and a thank you when you pay. I've never been to a Taco Bell this slow. A year ago, reviews stated it was slow. Same staff. Same slow service. We waited in a long line. Then were given the ticket and told to pull around to the double doors where other cars were waiting on their food. Chicken quesadilla was skimpy and didn't taste like it used to. I love Taco Bell. It's my preferred fast food stop whenever I have the munchies. However, this Taco Bell location is a disgrace. The food is stale, served cold. More often than not, they'll screw up something with my order, such as giving me the wrong sauce. Why are you giving me mild sauce when I clearly asked for fire sauce? Mild sauce sucks. On top of all of this, the food takes forever to come out. Service is slow as hell. This isn't the worst of it though. The biggest issue is that they aren't even open as advertised. 7:00am - 2:00am is what you will see online but I have arrived plenty of times between 12:00am-1:30am and the establishment will be locked up with the drive through unresponsive. It's obvious that the employees are there though. Their cars will be parked outside the building. The lights will still be on building as well, and sometimes I can see them through the drive through window as they casually ignore me. The manager of this establishment is clearly a moron and the employees are lazy placeholders. I hope this place gets shut down. read more

I really try and resist bad reviews, but after going to this specific location for my entire life (I guess I'm a gluten for punishment) I have to share my experience today, which is a pretty average experience for this location... I order 5 items, one of which is a Chalupa. AFTER she charges me she informs me they no longer sell chalupas, and would I like a Gordita instead? I say yeah that's fine, and after about a minute she comes back and says "would you like something other than a Gordita, cause uhm, we don't have the stuff to make one." I say no and I'd like my money back since she already charged me, she rolls her eyes and gives me the money. I get home with my food and 2 of the other 4 items are wrong. Yup, that's what I've become used to any time I make the bad decision to go here. I'm lucky they gave me hot sauce when I asked for it. They usually don't. read more

This platform doesn't allow zero stars so I was forced to give this place 1 star. This Taco Bell is terrible. Both the food and service are well below standard. Came here 2 nights ago with my sister and the guy who was taking our order in the drive-thru was playing around. He was not listening and my sister could see him playing with his co-workers. We were repeating instructions for at least 15 minutes for 2 Chalupas, 2 Cheesy Gordita Crunches and 2 drinks! Get to the window and he repeats the order entirely wrong again! We correct him and he starts acting like he knows what he's talking about and over talking us. We get our food and everything is wrong down to the drinks. Only 1 drink was correct! Food was COLD and NASTY! It looked like someone had been back there playing with our food. I threw all my food away! That night I only drank and thru the rest away. They drenched my food in that nasty Baja Ranch These kids need a Supervisor! I'll never go to this Taco Bell again. Called the next day and the Manager starts acting like she can barely speak English and wouldn't allow me to finish explaining what happened. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Next stop, corporate. No wonder this place has so many 1-star reviews. Every time I come here for any specific thing, they don't have it. This time it was the wings, which I honestly didn't expect them to have because they never have what I came for. And this isn't a supply issue, it's a management issue. It's usually at night and whoever they have running things, (kids) just don't see the importance of getting people what they came for. They'd rather just tell people, "we're out of that." Such a terrible thing to say to a guest. You should never tell someone you're out of something they came for. I went here to get my husband lunch. The drive thru line was long and it wasn't moving so I went inside. I could see at least 6 cars go thru the drive through and I'm still waiting for two others ahead of me to get my food. The cashier and the manager had an attitude when we brought it to their attention. We requested to see the manager, we heard him say it hasn't been that long. I was held hostage in the drive thru line for 42 minutes. After placing my order at the intercom, it took 20 minutes to get from the intercom to the window to pay. After getting to the window and paying, the two workers stood at the window with their backs to me texting on their phones and cracking jokes. 12 minutes later they gave me the wrong order; so I had to wait another 10 minutes for the correct food. It appears they have one person taking orders and texting on her phone, one person standing next to the person taking the orders and texting on her phone and the person preparing the food starts on your order after you pay. It was bad customer service from every aspect. No work ethic or pride in their job. My food was also cold to continue the theme of poor customer service. read more

The food is NEVER right, the chalupa shells are usually stale, like they've been sitting all day; the food's cold, and you have to hope that you're one of the lucky ones that actually has more than a teaspoon of meat inside your taco shell. I've been to this location several times since I moved to Cedar Hill and every single one of them there has been something gone wrong. Employees are rude, Drive-through lane is excruciatingly slow, etc. Most recently I went through at 1:50 AM and the lady denied me service giving me the excuse that they had run out of food. Then she told me to come back in the morning. The real reason is they they close down the restaurant early wanting to go home early at all costs. This is unacceptable. When I got home opened the box and there was a metal finger nail file in the box with my tacos.... really??? So I called the manager and told her about the issue and she told me. ". There ain't no one round here with nails". I then told her k just wanted to bring it to her attention because it could be a health issue. She then went on to say that the boxes were premade and that there was no way that file could have been from here.
