So I love Taco Bell. I loved this location when they were joined with KFC. But this time through I was told I was wrong about a price. I hate when people continuously tell me that they think I'm wrong and it's been happening all day. The sign clearly says "add strawberry twists for 0.50 cents." It doesn't say we have to buy a meal. Ordered through the doordash app and when we got our food it was horrible!! My mom's chicken chalupa had no meat. There was only a smidge of sour cream and lettuce on the chalupa and the bread was hard. There was also a soft taco missing from our order and all the other tacos were cold. Online states it closes at 3 am but apparently it is when the staff wants it to. Past 5 times I have ordered from here online I have not received my food wether be 12 am or 2 am. They either do not give you a refund or only give you half. Uber driver approached the drive window and the supposed Manager On Duty was full on screaming at their staff and I once again did not receive my food. Not ordering from here again and I truly hope this place gets shut down or restaffed. read more

Right by the Hard Rock Casino. Clean restaurant and clean restrooms. Staff was friendly and efficient. They work fast and furiously to meet the demand for orders with limited staffing due to COVID. Our food was as ordered and didn't disappoint. read more

I've had some absolutely horrible experiences to which I would give a 1-star (eg on leap day 29-Feb-2024 I waited 40+ minutes for a $45 order made at the kiosk and when I asked for SOME compensation, I was offered only coupons). But, I've also gone in the late night through the drive thru and they nailed my order with speed. It's hit or miss, I guess. read more

Saw a couple other reviews that said similar to our experience. Tried to pull into the location but it was dark and we are new to Catoosa, OK. Ending up going over the grass and when we pulled up to order we were told "Since I saw you go over the grass we can't serve you." Lol ofc our first time here. They denied me service because I am new to Catoosa and it is very dark outside with no lights! We accidentally without knowing that we went through the wrong direction & in order to get to the food store we had to go over the grass. When we got the ordering menu the lady who was sitting outside got the restaurant vaping asked us what we would like to order? We told her to give us a few minutes when we were ready she said she cannot serve us due to destruction of property. We nicely told her the explanation and she refused. Taco Bell is the place that you visit when you're hungry late at night. The food is typically decent; this Taco Bell was an exception. The food was trash. My biggest complaint was that they "forgot" to put in my taco and the chips to go with my cheese sauce. The service was terrible, and the workers looked like they hate their jobs. We were leaving the Tulsa airport tonight really late and starting our 2 hour drive home. On the way we stopped by to grab something quick to eat thinking it was open later than midnight, they weren't and we pulled in at 11:58 - the two guys working were so awesome and were still happy to help. It was hard to find and I was tired after a basketball game and I went to it and then tried ordering for me and 2 other people the lady was rude and kept cutting me off in the drive thru then I would order something then she would some how completely Change the order and didn't even ask me if my order was correct then I pulled up to the window and by then I was frustrated then she proceeded to just give m my food and ripped it back through the window and then when I checked my bag the orders were all wrong the bean and cheese burrito and then 2 soft tacos and I got 3 supreme burritos and then my son ordered and quesadilla with just cheese no jalapeño sauce and then they put jalapeño sauce on it was terrible read more

Went into this store today to grab some lunch to go on my lunch break from work. I ordered a Nacho Supreme. Drove back to work only to find that there was not a drop of cheese on my nachos. Literally chips with a glob of beans, a glob of meat and a small amount of sour cream. Who makes nachos without cheese?!? I call the store and spoke with manager Steven who wanted me to come back to replace them. I told him I was back at work and could not, to which he replied "I don't know what you want me to do about it". After I stated they could replace them next time, he did accommodate. With a response from a manager like that it is no wonder they could care less if your food is correct when it leaves the store. read more

I got a KFC two-piece chicken meal. Most of the meal was good. However, the "baked beans" were pretty pathetic. What I got was a container of sauce with way too few beans. It was more like a soup than anything else. That would definitely not pass for baked beans. I tried to eat them but couldn't make myself do it. Stopped by this Taco Bell last night and received excellent service. We ordered about $36 worth of food so it was no small order for them to prepare at 1 in the morning. But the guy at the window was all smiles and very kind. We got back to our hotel only to realize that they forgot one of our burritos. Whatever, it happens. We went back the next day on our way to work to get some Taco Bell breakfast. Drove up to the drive thru menu and we were greeted with far less friendly service. We ordered 3 sausage crunch wraps add bacon and a Mexican pizza. Our order came out and we had 2 sausage crunch wraps no bacon and a Mexican pizza. We went back through the driveway to get our forgotten crunch wrap and to ask about the missing bacon she apologized for the missing crunch wrap and then argued with us saying there was bacon in our sausage crunch wraps. I would not go here if you want your order made the way you wanted it. If you like being surprised every time you get your food then this is the place to go. read more
