We love Taco Bell food but we would like to get what we pay for since it's expensive as all heck. Every single time our food isn't right ans have to go back. If I'm paying over $30 for 2 people, I want my food RIGHT! I don't care how fast it is. If it's not correct then speed means NOTHING. I know for a fact y'all have contests on how fast you are. Why not how correct it is. I'm sure it would be appreciated a lot more than speed and jacked up food. I'm going to try the one on Pierce and see if they do any better. Normally Taco Bell is fine but today I ordered a Quesadilla and asked for mild sauce. They completely left out the sauce and even made the quesadilla without its usual creamy jalapeno sauce. I had to eat the stupid thing dry. When I go to Taco Bell my main thing I like is there sauce and they can't even get that right. The floors, baseboards and walls are disgusting and in many spots have booger's crusted to them. The bathroom looked like it came out of a horror story. I was an ASM for Taco Bell for a long time and I'm appalled. The food quality was terrible, everything in my chalupa cravings box was gross. The taco was soggy from them watering down their beef pan, the five layer tasted like no five layer I've ever eaten, and the chalupa was FAR past it's expiration time and should've been in the garbage rather than in my box. With clear instructions they managed to screw up my wife's burrito and were slow about getting orders out. Night shift is a hot mess. Ran out of lettuce and soft tacos. Mixed the orders up and everyone was trapped in the drive through for just short of an hour. Employees were yelling at each other.
