I had just enough time to fill my tea and get my sauces. I did get tomato, but not a grilled burrito. It was amply filled with beans and cheese. The onion was a little rubbery. My taco was full, and the meat was drained of grease. So the shell stayed crispy and didn't fall apart. Before leaving I checked the restroom. I immediately noticed that it had a pleasant smell. Imagine deciding to get some Taco Bell on a nice, sunny day, only to get the laziest employees who can't even cut a quesadilla properly. Part of applying to Taco Bell should be placing the shaped blocks in the hole they correspond with--or, you know, making sure you have enough oxygen. If they had done that, there wouldn't be any issues. Also, imagine ordering two different items off the menu just to be told they're discontinued. Take them off the damn menu. First , I did not get my food at Taco Bell 4960 . Don't blame kids who are doing what they are told. It's the owners of the franchise. Recently my food has been expensive and subpar. Crunchwrap has no meat in it and the Bell Grande has very little substance. The taco are way over priced. Today I decided to give Taco Bell another chance. Spent $25 and still no meat. I get from this location frequently, I usually buy a crunchy OR soft taco, light on the cheese with lettuce and usually beef or steak. I was given the wrong order at the drive-thru. I checked the order before going home (10 miles) and went inside to be give my bag to a surly worker. There were several customers waiting for orders plus the person who was waiting for his order that I had. We have ordered take out several times because it is the closest to home. The food has always been mediocre at best but it was fast and cheap. We had sworn off Taco Bell before, but decided to try one more time for a quick lunch. Don't get nachos from here, every time had dead mosquitoes in the bottom of the bag. Then went inside and ordered when I was the only one in there. The ladies that work there are always super nice and polite. People will complain about anything. Yes the lines are long. It's TACO BELL. Yes some items we really want are already sold out. Horrible restraint only half my order and bad customer service kept repeating same question

This location used to be good. I think that they must be short on help because tonight was the 2nd order in a row that part of my order was left out. I paid for the Rolled Chicken Tacos Deluxe box, but found I did not receive my Rolled Chicken Tacos. Last time, they left the Grilled Cheese Dipping Tacos out of the namesake box.
