Came here for dinner tonight and it was not busy during my visit. We ordered our food (2 people) and it took 30 minutes to get it out. When we get it, my order was wrong, I asked for a different sauce than the one that came with the quesadilla, and guacamole on the side, no guacamole. The workers have always been very kind. The food is fine when they can actually get an order right, I mean it's just fast food quality but my order is almost always wrong. Awful establishment, I heard the workers saying slurs in the back. Awful things being said about people of color and terrible things about plus sized people. I got my order and was missing multiple items, no chalupa, no 5-layer burrito and no sauce. This Taco Bell is notorious for a super drive-thru wait. I'm writing this review so you all know what you're getting into when you decide to satisfy your late night Taco Bell cravings. There is a point of no return in the drive thru because of how the lane shifts to where there is only enough room for one car -- so no going back or trying to get out if you get too impatient! I've accepted this fact and have had a lot of fun waiting in this drive thru line with a car full of friends listening to early 2000s r&b. So, if you've got the time and want to wait in line for 40+ minutes for your Taco Bell-- just go into it with a good mindset and you'll survive. This is the 2nd time I've gone to Taco Bell in Boise and been told my customer's order was not priority. There were 9 other delivery drivers inside the lobby waiting to pick up for their clients. No one greets us, they avoid eye contact, and when asked what priority the orders are in, they look shocked and bewildered, and shrug and say "I don't know". (Last time I was straight up told there was no one currently working on the ubers. What???) When asked to speak to management, the manager would not come out and talk with us. I asked two times tonight to speak to the manager on duty and both times no one came out. They blatantly ignore their uber and Doordash customers, and the drivers that deliver, while cars come and go through the drive-thru with minimal wait time. No one has answers and nobody seems to care. It's really distasteful work and all dashers and drivers seem to have a similar experience at most, if not all of the locations, so this is obviously on a higher level than just a few bad employees.
