I dropped by this Taco Bell location for dinner after finishing up a Costco run next door. Their new Garlic Steak Fries sounded really good so I got one of those as well as an order of their Salted Caramel Mini Churros. The service was a bit slow, but the personnel were really friendly and the restaurant itself was in nice condition and was really clean. My garlic steak fries came in this large container, so I got super excited thinking that it was gonna be like this jumbo humungo portion, but when I lifted the lid, I saw that it was a scant layer of fries that didn't even completely cover the bottom edges of the tray! At least the fries were generously covered in squirts of the cheese and garlic sauces, and there was a good smattering of steak chunks sprinkled around. I just really wanted a mountain of their delicious fries, because the dish tasted great. I thought that the garlic sauce flavor really stood out, and I was craving more, even after I lapped up every last drop of that creamy white sauce. ...And then I bit into the itty-bitty, cocktail weenie sized churros. They were filled with this thick white cream that gushed out the tip when I bit into one. I wouldn't recommend them only because they tasted funky. I was enticed into buying them because I love salted caramel flavored desserts, but these tasted nothing like salted caramel, they were more like an artificial vanilla flavor, and even calling them vanilla flavored would be a stretch. read more

I rolled up to this Taco Bell expecting the usual tortilla roulette.... half wrapped chaos with a side of disappointment. But ironically, the place actually slayed!! Despite the Yelp reviews screaming "do not eat here" my daughter wanted Taco Bell, so I braced myself for a disappointing dinner. Instead? Flavor fireworks!!!! The food was surprisingly good, and well assembled, i was impressed!! Then came the Nacho Fries... they were fire!!! It was like my taste buds were kissed by a spicy potato angel!!! Place was very clean. Staff were nice, the food came out fast, and no one gave me side eye for taking my time when ordering. Honestly, best Taco Bell location I've ever been to. If I could give this establishment a zero stars I would do it in a heartbeat. On August 11, 2026 I witnessed an inhumane incident. The cashier (tall, skinny & so sweet) was being chased down & threatened by one of her co workers. The things being yelled at her & the threats given were far out of place. The co worker who was threatening the cashier mentioned she had connections she could use against her. This is not only unprofessional speech in a place of work but also very alarming not only for the employees whom work there but also us, the customers. It is such an understatement to say that this incident was completely unethical. I unfortunately walked out of here without even placing my order as so did other customers who were around me. I need to get in touch with the owner & know that this sweet young lady who was the cashier at that time will be taken care of & protected from the crazy individual who was chasing her down. I was appalled by how this situation was handled because the crazy employee chasing down the cashier wasn't even asked to step out of the facility or leave. They didn't even call the cops!! They've messed up my order a few times but the most unforgivable thing was filling up the nacho cheese sauce 1/4 of the way up. There was barely any for me to dip my nacho fries in. The Taco Bell on Alosta is much better and I'll drive the extra miles to go there from now on. read more

Friday the 13th December 2019 3:10PM Honestly I am very impressed with this Taco Bell specifically because... This is the only location that actually made my order accurate! All other locations put extra when I ask for easy rice or none; that's right other Taco Bell's do the opposite of what I asked for. The cashier was very patient and so nice! Very poor service and my ordered food came out cold 3x. The chalupas had no cheese or tomatoes and the lady at the drive thru window is extremely short with No understanding of customer service. Once i went through the drive thru and it was 15 mins till closing and they said they were closed. And when i pointed out that google says something else, the lady at the window, very rudely said, "i dont know what to tell you...we have closed down everything and we are closed." For context I always order simple tacos fresco style (no dairy) I ordered fresco style for a vegetarian friendly menu item and person asked no chipotle sauce, I confirmed. Such rude service! The employee at the drive thru didn't know what item I was talking about and I have ordered the same burrito for years. I had to ask for a manager and the manager was so rude! I asked if there was any kind of burrito with potatoes in it and the previous employee at the window said they didn't have anything like that with potatoes in it and the manager called me a liar when she suggested a griller with potatoes in it. Went through the drive-thru this morning. Ordered two breakfast burritos, burrito supreme, and a freezy slush or whatever that's called. Woman at the window was literally on her phone... I completely forgot about my freezy slush because she told me two different prices and I was getting hella confused? This Taco Bell is Great as I usually end up eating my lunch here at least 2 times a week since I am just across the street. The Lady's are nice even if I am only buying a small amount & dine in. I usually get the #2 or #3 Value Meal Deal for a total of a whole $2.20. That is a fat flour tortilla with ground taco seasoned ground beef, shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced lettuce & Tomatoes, a small bag of Doritos & all you can drink beverage. They have this new packaged salsa which is made from toasted Chile's & is in a brown package. And if your still hungry then you can also order a Chicken, bean & cheese burrito for 99 cents off the same Value Meal Deal menu. It just doesn't get any better for the price. read more

I'm not a Taco Bell person in general but I go there for convenience because it's really close to my house. Usually the customer service is pretty good but today there was a girl with a plaid shirt on that was really trying to rush me through the process which I didn't really appreciate. Our tacos tasted as though they had been sitting for awhile. Not fresh at all.
