I went in to pick up a door dash order, the order was missing a drink so I needed a worker to come assist me. No one would acknowledge me, or even tell me it'd be a moment. I tried to get their attention, still nothing. I shouldn't have to shout across a busy kitchen to get someone's attention. I get it's busy but come on. After several mins, I walked out and unassigned the order. One worker came out after me as I was getting in my car to ask what I needed. They are not open for breakfast. The hours on their door state 8 AM that they open. They have several signs up in the windows that say breakfast at the Bell. This is the third time in as many weeks that I have come to this restaurant for breakfast, and they are not open. Somebody is here because there are cars in the parking lot. The doors are locked. Nobody answers the speaker in the drive-through. terrible, terrible customer service. Maybe it's just the one I eat at, which is rarely, or maybe not but they always get the order wrong, when I receive my food it's cold and after eating it upsets my stomach. I really wouldn't recommend eating unless you just want to make you're self feel bad, but then again if you're looking at trying to get out of work you could just eat a lot and piss out of your butt for the rest of the day and possibly the next. I mean, haters gonna hate but when I have a Mexican Pizza craving this is my go to Taco Bell. I really don't expect it to be excellent but I'm always treated kindly at the speaker, even kinder at the window and my food is usually right. It is currently 847pm EST, and I just left the Taco Bell on Oconee Connector in Athens. Let me just start off by saying--and I don't want to use this term--but what I just experienced has got to be the most GHETTO experience at any food establishment I have experienced in my life. After being in the drive thru line for almost 20 minutes, I finally get to the window. It took an additional five minutes approximately for the guy to come to the window to take my payment. He initially gave me the wrong drink, my food had been setting on the counter awhile before he bagged it, and then he flung my order out the window while carrying on a conversation with other employees, referring to one as the N word. The nacho fries were ice cold, and my tacos I didn't even look at --I was literally afraid to eat my meal that just spent $12 bucks on. If I could give zero or negative stars, I definitely would. To begin with, I never ever leave reviews - positive or negative - but I have to express how bad this Taco Bell is. They are never open when they are supposed to be, tell you everything is sold out, or close the drive thru and make you come in. If you can even get an order placed, the order will take 30+ minutes to make. Then if you even get so lucky to receive your order, everything will be wrong. I have complained online through Taco Bell's website over a year ago and all they will do is send a "we're sorry here's a free item" coupon to you. A year later, the same things keep happening. This location needs to be shut down if Taco Bell won't hire the workers needed or if they won't hire different workers because the current workers will not do their job in the slightest. This place has no "Quality Control" at all. My orders are always wrong and if you have it delivered through "Uber Eats" or any other delivery, you won't be getting your beverage as they just give them the cup and leave it up to the delivery person to get the beverage. There is no sense of opening if you have no help. Communication would be a novel concept. We sat in the drive thru (along with several other vehicles) for nearly 30 minutes (other vehicles were ahead of us and receiving food), only to watch them turn away customers as we pulled up to order. No signage indicating there was an issue, no communication from any workers...nothing. While it is understandable to have trouble operating with little staff, communication will help you actually maintain potential customers in the future. read more

The Rating I give should have a negative in front of it. I've waited in the drive through lane before only to be told at the window that they were closed. Tonight though, I ordered at the drive through and there were 2 cars in front of me. After 20 minutes I was still 3rd in line. it looked to me like the front car was just shooting the breeze with the staff. 4 cars were behind me. I had a hard day at work and had stopped to get something quick so my wife wouldn't have to cook. After 5 more minutes I was wondering if they were roasting a thanksgiving turkey still no progress and the drive is so narrow I was trapped. I began honking my horn and so did the cars behind me. A worker stuck her head out the window and said something I couldn't hear but I doubt it was nice. Finally after 30 to 40 minutes total, all four of the cars behind me began backing down the curved and well curbed driveway and so did I. I honestly can't remember the last time I was genuinely angry but there was no excuse for that at a "fast food" drive through restaurant. We all left except for the 2 cars that were in front. If I want a burrito again I will never go back to that Taco Hell!! They need new management. Just about the slowest place on Earth. I ordered chips and cheese, cheese quesadilla, and chips and pico.... took 15 minutes. Nothing had meat that really needed to "cook" they put the cheese quesadilla in the convection oven for 10 seconds and threw it in the bag. Probably took a maximum of 30-45 seconds to make my order. I came by there on my lunch break and was told the machine was going to be down for 10 minutes. I then sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes, and saw every car come through the drive thru leave because the worker said the machine was down. I ended up leaving after 20 minutes because I figured they were going to continue denying service when someone comes through the drive thru. I tried to explain but to no avail. I did get an additional basic taco with my order which was Cold and Soggy! Which went straight in the trash!
