Visited this restaurant at 8:30 p.m., 2/20/26. The employees (2) working the drive thru were very rude and condsending. I ordered the mini taco salad and asked that it be made a supreme. The gentleman was obviously distracted (carrying on with another employee) and restated my order incorrectly twice. The female employees takes over, yells into the intercom, telling me to come to the window (laughing). I reached the window, said to the employee "is this what you all call customer service"? There wasn't a long line and the guy before me and me didn't have much food to make. It's ridiculous to have us pull up. Do not go here. They make the food wrong half of the time, then refuse to serve you if you expect them to correct it. We had been going to this one for years because they tended to get stuff right. It has gone steadily downhill. The last straw was that we had placed an order online, but when we arrived at the store to pick it up, the person in the drive thru window said they had been instructed not to serve my wife, because they had consistently made mistakes on the food. I do not eat meat, so I order black beans on all my food as a substitute. The most common mistake is getting food with beef on it. Honestly about 50% of the time. They made the mistakes and then say they refuse service because of their errors, supposedly at the instruction of their GM. Businesses have the right to refuse service, but if a location can't do their job correctly, it isn't the customer who should be punished. In addition to all of that, we always place our order in the app and go pick it up. We had already paid, and were told that they refused to serve us and that we have to contact the app to get our money back. It seems to me that they make mistakes, and instead of fixing the problem, they ban the customer. But they are happy to take money for the food they refused to provide, and it's our problem if we want to get our money back. It's bad business. The other reviews are correct. This taco bell is scary bad. 1. The food messed up my guts until the next day if you know what I mean. And 2. They are stingy beyond belief with order size. If you order a burrito they'll smear some bean paste over it and might just sprinkle a couple spoonfuls of slightly spoiled beef. Didn't feel like cooking tonight after a rough day so decided I would try Taco Bell again. Big mistake. I always wondered why I never see any cars at this Taco Bell location. Now I know why... First, I ordered a steak bowl and got a chicken bowl instead. Two tacos were broken. They also didn't wrap the tacos correctly so some of the taco fillings spilled out in the bag. The tacos were so thin you could practically see through them. The amount of cheese was probably a teaspoon full or less. The tacos were mostly lettuce. The chicken bowl was also mostly lettuce. For 6.00, I would expect more food than a bowl of lettuce. Everything was cold and not hot. No napkins, sauces or plastic ware. When I went inside to get the sauces they forgot, no one apologized, they just pointed to where the sauces were located. I forgot why I stopped eating at Taco Bell but now I remember why! read more

Recently ordered $95 of tacos for a last minute family get-together. The tacos were horrible and I threw away half of them. I decided to call the store to talk the manager. When I asked for the manager, the young woman that came on the phone would not give me her name. After I told her what happened, she said she was going to call the district manager and call me in 10 minutes. No call. The next week, I went online to make a complaint to Taco Bell, Inc. they wanted me to, before I escalated things, to first fill out a form. At the end of the form, the last question was"do you want to be contacted?" To which I answered yes. No contact. Finally I decided I would go into the Taco Bell and talk to the manager face to face. I did. She saw the order on my app, told me she would be upset too especially if she had not gotten a call back and tried to call the district manager to see what they could do. She assured me she would call me back. AGAIN. NO CALL BACK. I told her that I wasn't expecting a lot because I should have come in at least the next day but we were busy with family but no call backs on any of these contacts. I have gone to this Taco Bell for a while since it opened. It was fine in the beginning. However, the last few times I've gone they have never got the order right when I got the order. They began taping the bag shut, and usually I checked the order, but they have been fine in the past, so I didn't check it since they implemented sealing the bags due to COVID. That's the mistake. They continually keep screwing up the order from missing items to completely wrong order. Never again will I go to this one. I suggest you don't either. I live down the road from this TB. When it first opened, I had 2 decent experiences. The third, I had random tomatoes and big onions in my chicken quesadilla... and that doesn't normally come on my quesadillas. I went there last week and their meat in their tacos and in their quesadillas tasted like dirty water, as if they cooked their food all in disgusting dirty pond water. Tonight, I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas after working until midnight... you really should only have sauce, chicken, cheese, and of course the tortilla. My boyfriend and I took a bite and it didn't even TASTE like it should. We opened our quesadillas and they had lettuce, beef, chicken, tomatoes, sauce... it tasted "Smokey" but in an odd way. Not normal at all. The sauce tasted like it was from the bottom of the barrel.. I've never had a quesadilla from TB that tasted nor looked like these. I will be taking photos next time.
