The food is good but they are slow. Make sure to use the app so you can get online exclusive boxes, which significantly cuts down the price. If they added a double lane drive thru, one for traditional orders and one for mobile, it would cut wait time down. read more

Two employees standing outside the front door a male and a female smoking at 2:00pm today as I approached the lobby because we have a tall enclosed trailer and cannot fit through the drive thru I was told by the male employee holding a black & mild that "there are only us 2 working so it's drive thru only" I advised we cannot fit because the trailer is taller than the max height so can I place an order from right here? employees said no & refused to take my order saying cannot serve me unless I drive through?!? Went there around 9 pm. Went inside and used the kiosk to order so I know that I ordered exactly what I wanted. Took a few minutes, but no big deal. I ordered 3 tacos and 1 burrito supreme with no beans. When I got back to the hotel, I gave my wife the burrito she ordered and I was eating the taco's and she said "why is there not any BEEF on this burrito? I said, there should be beef but no beans, and she said There's only cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. There were a bunch of kids working the place and the oldest MIGHT have been 18. They were ignoring everyone and clowning around in the kitchen so either they never learned to read or they were just not paying attention. It could easily have been either one. Avoid this place, or open EVERY ITEM and check your order before you leave. I agree, restaurants need a place for a zero rating. read more

Nothing was good about our experience here. Not only is this town super creepy, but this Taco Bell, and it's employees, are horrendous. Loud, bad attitudes, made the food WAY TOO SPICY for no reason at all. My fiancé threw up, it was so bad. Food that doesn't normally get that spicy chipotle sauce, they put it in anyways. All kinds of stuff was wrong. One kid quit his job while I was in there, and threatened to "blow smoke" AKA get a gun and shoot the place up. His mom I guess worked there too, because she yelled at him to get back here right now, but he left anyways. The manger then tried to fix the employee schedule, instead of helping customers, and the mom lady kept telling her she can't close, because no one can baby sit her other kid, and now she clearly has to deal with her son who just left....idk man the whole experience stressed me out. I already knew walking up to Taco Bell wasn't going to end well. But i couldn't go in because of COVID or so they said and told me to walk around to the drive thru. I'm giving one star, even though they deserve none. This is still the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They have no respect for anyone and obviously want no customers. I've never had a good experience here. My latest time I waited at the drive through box for over 7 minutes before i decided to call and ask if the box was broken. Then they hung up on me and immediately came on. When I then ordered they told me they could only do exact change but when I went to the window the ladies register was full of change. This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I've been here about 8 times and every time they are extremely slow....and the employees show no efforts when they are busy. I went in this past Monday and there were four people/families waiting on food. I timed my order and at 7 minutes from ordering, they had served one order. I got my money back and left. Restaurants like this need the option for a ZERO rating. We stopped here in at about 5:30pm on a Thursday. We were headed to a program at Henderson State University for our son who is graduating. The order took a long time and it was incorrect. I remarked to my husband that this was the longest time I've ever waited for an order at any Taco Bell. Once we got back to the car, I realized they had forgotten the sour cream that I paid 49 cents for. Once we arrived at the school I realize that they put the sauce on the quesadilla that I did not want and added some lettuce to the sour cream ( I guess as a joke). The employees were rude and acted like I did something wrong by coming back to get the sour cream that I paid for. I recommend you bypass this business. Well I did something I said I would not do. That is eat at the horrible Caddo Valley, AR Taco Bell again. I was hungry for tacos so I got three crunchy tacos to go. I live 5 miles away and when I got home and unwrapped them, I was shocked to find that they were less than 1/3 full! Of course I wasn't driving 10 miles round trip to complain so I made the best of it. And, lest I forget, when I arrived, there was no cars in the drive thru, about half dozen people seated inside, and yet it took almost 10 minutes for them to make three tacos! A tiny little bit of seasoned meat, a few strands of lettuce and a barely noticable sprinkling of cheese! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!!!!!! read more

This is one of the better taco bells I have been to. The workers were great and actually made the food correctly. The workers even gave us some free food (shhh, don't tell anyone). Location is right off the highway so it makes it an easy stop for lunch read more

Twice this week I have visited this Taco Bell to order an item from the breakfast menu. Both times I was told they didn't have that item prepared and if I wanted it it would take 30 minutes. So much for fast food. If an establishment is going to advertise they sell breakfast it seems reasonable to expect that they actually have those items.
