They have the worst attitudes here. Why work in customer service if you're going to act like that? The female in drive through needs to either find somewhere else to work or work on that horrible attitude of hers. Nobody forced her to work there. It's always the young ones like that. Taco Bell manager called the police on me & I was put on trespass because I held up the line in the drive-thru by asking to add 2 soft shell tacos to my order. I was told that you cannot add additional items at the window & that if I wanted to I have to drive back around. The manager said it was policy. My family ordered four items: Taco salad (no beef, extra beans) cheese quesadilla black beans and rice cheesy gordita crunch (no beef, substitute for beans, add tomatoes) Mexican pizza (no beef, substitute for beans) The woman who took the order got it perfectly correct. The receipt reflects the order. The first time they gave the order to us, the taco bowl was missing ingredients and the rice and beans were missing completely. They went back and forth with the order and in the end thought everything was done. The cheesy gordita crunch had beef. The cheese quesadilla had chicken. To a family of vegetarians. At other Tacco Bells we don't have this problem. Their website even lists which menu items are already vegetarian, such as the cheese quesadilla and the rice and beans. Went with friends for a late night meal, was missing a few items we paid for, service was slow but nice.

Use the drive-through at this location about once a month. Several times lately the order has been wrong, or a taco is cracked in half. Tonight, all three tacos were cracked, the nachos were incomplete, and even the cheese container was only 1/4 full. I do not expect perfection from Taco Bell, but this is pathetic. After a day where I got in an accident and everybody including the paramedics acted rude to me because of my color even though I got cut off twice, why would I go anywhere in Anderson especially this place? Went from great to absolute crap in the last year. 9 times out of 10 my order is missing something when I pay the extra for it or wrong. Good food for price, I take my boys here. This location has friendly staff. Food here is ultra cheap, you should expect same level of service with that price. That being said I think staff here tries hard to make good food and good experience. read more

Side Note: I am a manager at a Taco Bell : Ordered online along with my 2 co workers. One co worker went to get it. When she came back my chalupas were hard as a rock which tells me the chalupas sat in the warmer for a hot minute and was not fresh or even close to being fresh. Co worker 1 had a cheese roll up that was not steamed, they put cold shredded cheese on the tortilla and just rolled it up and threw it in the bag. Co Worker 2 requested no lettuce and got lettuce, extra sour cream and got 1 pump, and didn't get the guac she had ordered. So we called the manager and he told us to come back and get a refund so we had to wait for all the 911 calls to calm down to send her back for that. When she got there she waited in the drive thru line because the inside was closed; she made it to the window 20 minutes before closing and told the girl she had spoke to the manager blah blah blah, the girl closes the window and talks to the manager. The manager comes up and is extremely rude saying she needed to go back to the end of the line which in reality so they can probably close and not deal with it. The manager stated they had shift change and it wasn't him she talked to when it was, hes the only gay queen there and the voice was a match. I can say that cause I'm gay. She then called City PD to come out and when they pulled up the attitude quickly changed from the manager. Needless to say the cops didn't have to get out of the car because they were quick to refund our money. Thankfully I had canned food from home because my food was so hard it went in the trash. Well, it's taco bell, with a catch. I'd say 90% of the time I've eaten at this location, the order was messed up. Missing side items, wrong number of ordered items, wrong variation of dish (chicken taco instead of beef, etc.). One time, even caught the order being messed up, and they replaced my order...and made the same mistake they made litterally minutes before. This has gone on since I was a child. I can remember this kind of stuff happening at this location since 2005. Myself and my two co workers had placed online orders for this restaurant. One of my coworkers went and picked our food up and brought it back to work. My order wasn't right other that the quesadilla that I ordered. One of my coworkers had ordered a cheesy roll up. She got a cold tortilla with shredded cheese, not warmed at all. My other coworker had ordered chalupas. The shells were all so hard he couldn't eat them. When my coworker called up there to explain what had happened, she was cut off by the "manager" who said "What do you want me to do about it?" This is after she was on hold for 10 minutes and had to call back up there to get someone to talk to her. She then asked for a refund on our food. When she went back to get our money back she had to get in the drive thru due to the lobby was already closed. When she got to the window and explained why she was there, they closed the window on her. Then the "manger" came over and told her she would have to get back in line to get the money due to the cars behind her. Since it was close to closing she told them she preferred to just go ahead and get the money then. They then said if she was going to be difficult that they wouldn't issue the refund. She ended up not moving still and they finally gave her the money and she left.
