Absolute garbage restaurant. I've ordered from here a few times, each one worse than the other. This last time is the final straw. I ordered their Supreme Luxe Box. I ordered my Taco Supreme with no tomato. It came with only beef and cheese and it was barely any of either and the shell tasted like it was a year old. Then comes the Chalupa. The chicken on it was old and crispy, the shell was HARD and broke into pieces every bite I took. I have plenty of pictures but of course, no where to post them on here. This was 5:30 on a Friday when we arrived to pick up the order the drive thru and dining room was closed the lights were off and there was a sign that said they closed at 4:30 that day. A night time drive-thru order: I ordered 3 supreme cool ranch Doritos tacos. I get 3 NACHO CHEESE tacos with lettuce and cheese and hardly any meat in any of them. The shells were in pieces. My friend ordered nachos and cheese. The cheese cup was about 1/3 of the way full. I call to report this the next day and the manager blames this service on being understaffed. The cheese cup was not full due to their price of cheese being high. DO NOT OFFER THIS ON THE MENU IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO FILL A 2 OUNCE CHEESE CUP. The reasoning for the tacos being absolutely different from the order was absurd. This Taco Bell needs to be shut down. Or corporate needs to take control. It is unbelievable. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat while you're on your lunch break or on the go this is not the place to go. Speed is not the forte of this location. I've been here three times now and every time I've spent between 30-45 minutes in the drive through. I suspect this location may not be open much longer if this continues to happen. Drove up to the drive-thru and they immediately asked if I was sure if I wanted to make an order as there is a long wait of 15 minutes and they don't have enough staff today. Didn't seem appropriate. I know it's a taco bell, but we could at least have some good customer service. I've been to the location before, it always seems under staffed and they are always saying things that they shouldn't to customers. I hope they get it together or close this location. Wow. Was this the absolute rudest encounter we've ever had with fast food. We placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. As we pulled pulled up to the speaker at 8:55pm there was a woman outside vaping with a cone who set it down directly in front of our vehicle, with no explanation. We had to address her and explained we had placed a mobile order and had already paid. She shrugged and said they weren't making any more food. We asked to speak to her manager, she said "She'll just say the same thing" she went inside and did not return, nor did the manager come out. The man operating the speaker then told us they were closed. We asked for the woman's name who had set out the cone, he said he had no idea what her name was. We then asked for the district managers name and number, which he said he didn't know. If I could give this location 0 stars I would, Ive tried time after time to give this location a chance, I understand employees have bad days, and things get confusing. I get it it's fast food you get what you pay for. but this location is THE SLOWEST, & such managed SO poorly. Employees will just stare and look at you, walk right past you not even acknowledge you and take your order. Even after you order you will wait 15-25 minutes while they clear the whole drive through out car after car. Very hit or miss. Sometimes you are in and out of the drive-thru, more often you end up waiting a minimum of 15 minutes and a maximum of 40. At least you can leave this line of the wait is ridiculous. Sometimes the food is good but sometimes you get hard tortillas, stale chips, dried beef, hard beans, skimpy portions, gross food. Sometimes you get everything you order but then there are plenty of times you won't get everything and have to wait in the ridiculously long lines again (inside and drive-thru line). I really think this location would benefit from a $25 limit in the drive-thru. Too often I am stuck behind many people that place very large orders and go through the drive-thru where you can hear the total is $40+ and they are handed 3+ bags. Then when you pull up the cashier is taking the aggravation out on you. To me, common courtesy is to take large orders inside so maybe that rant isn't Taco Bells fault but when the line takes more than 20 minutes, there is a problem that they should address. read more
