I ordered from Taco Bell through Grubhub. So Part of this is Grubhub's fault, but first I could not order a combo meal because it kept asking me to pick an option when all options had been picked. Very frustrating. Then I ordered Nachos bell Grande. They have changed them, now they come in a cardboard box, geart for the environment right. The problem is they load the box with chips almost no meat, almost no other ingredients. So basically you are paying for a box of chips with very little toppings because they can hide the fact that they are giving you no topping now. The nacho fries i got were ice cold. Just an all around bad experience. read more

Hubbers and I were staying at La Quinta (across the highway) and we had already missed the continental breakfast. He decided on Taco Bell. "It's just across the street, it'll hit the hunger spot until our event this afternoon..." So I ordered through the app. My usual Mexican pizza and two tacos combo and a couple of supreme tacos for him. Parking was an ease. Typical of most Taco Bell decor and design. My order was almost good and ready to go, just needed the drinks. Bag was sealed and all. (I assumed everything I specifically asked for was inside.) All I was missing were the drinks. So, I waited. And waited. And waited. One of their crew members stared at me for a few secs, then asked, "Is there anything else missing on your order?" "Yes. My drinks." You know that look when the light went on? She had that. Got me my two drinks. With a bag of food on one hand, I figure they'd give me a tray for the drink for easier transport. Nope. So, I asked for one. Then they funny feeling of something telling me my order may not be complete. Got the tray of drinks and made a stop at one of their nearby tables and popped open my bag. Food: complete. What's missing are the sauces I specifically asked for. Because without them, the meal would have been disastrous. They were apologetic, and it was fine. Disaster averted. FOOD: 4. It is what one would expect for Taco Bell. SERVICE: 2.5. One snag is forgivable. Two in one order? No bueno. VALUE: 3.5. PARKING: Not an issue. OVERALL: 3.25. It's a good thing I didn't use the drive thru. Okay first run. I hope that in the future, they double check everything is in the bag right before sealing it. I would hate for customers to go through what I almost did... read more

DO NOT GO ON LATE NIGHT SHIFT. They obviously hate thier lives with the level of dickheadedry that commenced on this night. Forgot drinks, asked us to pull around so they "dont run up their timer", couldn't even put a fork in my Daggum luxe box for my potatoes were very rude and unprofessional mimicking my friend for asking simple questions such as "why". read more

Staying at the holiday inn right down the road from this Taco Bell and walked over to grab some food for dinner. Worst Taco Bell we ever been to run by clueless teenagers. First thing you see when you walk in, a huge dead cricket, lost my appetite immediately. Looked like it never gets cleaned on the inside. This is during the dbacks Vs rangers World Series game and if they steal a base, you get a free taco. You can't order it inside so we placed our inside order to go then placed a second online order for just the free taco. We get the first order and waited for the second, the app said our order was ready yet when we asked 2 workers, they looked at us like we were talking a different language. The fist worker said something unrelated to the question that we didn't even understand and the second worker literally said he doesn't know how to work the app so he couldn't help us.... Like who's training these people? If YOU can't help us because you don't know how to do your job, go ask someone else maybe??? We let these people have drivers license? Anyways, the food was decent. Got a Crunchwrap that had maybe 1 bite of meat in it. Quesadilla was a tad burnt. Thankfully we're from out of town and never have to go to this location again. read more

Didn't get my extra taco again. It's not hard to read the screen and see that there's 3 tacos out of the 5 items I ordered.

This Taco Bell is convinced that everyone loves sour-cream. 10 years, it's never fails, big bite of that awful stuff. EVERY TIME. I expect it now. I called to inform management of the issue only to get yelled at then blocked my number and my work number. I hadn't the time to respond. Was afraid to go up there because of how hostile the manager was I feared they would make a scene. Not worth it. read more

We ordered online for drive-through pickup and our food was ready as soon as we pull up! The new double beef burritos were great (especially the spicy) and so was my CrunchWrap Supreme! Since we got them to-go I added a decent amount of lettuce to mine (more food for the money and I can pretend that it's healthier...ish)! The Diablo hot sauce was a little too spicy for me so next time I'll probably get the medium but everything was great, quick, convenient, and inexpensive! read more

The first time I went there we ordered food for two people, discovered we were missing a few items. Went back in and it seemed like they were completely annoyed at correcting their own mistake. No worries, maybe they are having an off day. The second time was about a month later, we had a larger group (4) people, the drive thru was packed so we went in again. 20min later.... we get our chow and roll out, and we're joking like well they took long enough maybe they got it right this time right? Negative ghostrider- jokes on us again, only to discover halfway down Hwy 67 we are missing literally half the order..... Normally I wouldn't have even turned around but this was quite a few items. Went back, took everything back in with the receipt and they act completely annoyed that we can actually count. They give us the remaining missing tacos. We roll out and then discover every single one had the shells snapped & smashed.... Third time... ordered (1) beef burrito, (3) soft tacos (1) pack of those cinnamon ball thingys. Get my bag and due to past experience check it right in front of them at the counter. What's in the bag? (2) bean burritos, (1) hard (freshly smashed) taco and zero Cinnabon delights. I call them out on it, they tell me I'll need to wait another 15min for the Cinnabon item.... Uhh ok what about the BEEF burrito & SOFT taco? At this point I'm like F' it - keep your & will never stop here again. read more

Long line in the drive-through so I went inside took them five minutes before acknowledging me! I was told to use the kiosk after five minutes it wouldn't take my card and then another five minutes someone finally comes and takes my order at the register and I waited another 15 minutes before I got two tacos!?!! When I walked back outside the drive-through line was empty!! Worst service at any Taco Bell I've ever been to! Total jerks! read more

I'm driving back to DFW from Austin so I was a little hungry. Taco Bell has always been a quick meal to reenergize. I was reenergize But not in a happy way. Time-Their speed on getting the food out to the customers was fair. I didn't have to wait long in line or for my food Food- my food was too hot. They wrapped my food in tin foil. Which I've never seen them do before. Usually they wrap it in their own logo wrapping. Service- The lady cashier was dismissive and uninterested. She also didn't give me the correct sauce. read more

Rude beyond belief! Asked if they could cash $100 bill and told no. Then asked if they could do Apple Pay and were ignored. We were stuck in drive through and could not leave! Got to window and asked if we could pay with Apple. Told we had to order through speaker. Explained we were in line for 20 minutes and were ignored at speaker. Staff member said she would ask. Came back, opened the window, and rudely asked, "What do you want?" ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR FEAR OF GETTING OUT FOOD SPIT IN!! My mom was mad but I made her drive off! I understand that service industry is a thankless job, but when you get customers that are respectful you don't treat them like shit! If I could rate 0 stars I would! read more

I worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. While taking order told us stop and wait three times. The most awkward communication when paying. Basically threw our food through the drive through bag was ripped on the bottom. Food fell all over the car because none of packages were sealed. read more

Out of all the taco bell's I have been to....this is always the best. Great customer service, food is always delicious, and hot!!! Best fast food restaurant in our town!!!! Thank you for all the years of great service!! read more

Every time I go in here they screw something up and their drive thru customers always take priority over the customers in the restaurant. The only reason I continue to go here is because it's cheap and the next closest one is in Burleson. Sadly, that is probably the only reason they will continue to be successful in this area. read more

I call them to ask about the food and they give me a really bad attitude and I also ask them some questions which they got mad about and if y'all are wondering I ask if they had any type of ice cream after that I ask to speak to someone else and they denied in which I was astonished about then they hang up without saying anything else read more

I never have a problem with my food or the staff,in fact every time I go I have an amazing experience,UNLESS I have to deal with the general manager, who's name I found out is Sam. She is so hateful and always sounds annoyed when you speak to her. And to make matters worse,my daughter was going to apply there because she has multiple friends that work there. UNTIL one night we were ordering food in the lobby and we heard the general manager Sam SCREAMING at one of the employees for seemingly no reason at all and when my daughter asked another employee the next day at school they replied "things like that just happen all the time. She's rude to us for no reason". And I was disgusted, my daughter will NEVER apply at this location. And I suggest you other parents don't let your kids either unless you want them to be verbally abused and bullied by their manager. Disgusting. read more

This was the worse food I have ever TRIED to eat. We got there and there was RAP music playing very loud. That should have been my first clue that this place was not the same one we had been going to for the past many years. But, we ordered and waited for our turn at the drinks and for napkins. When they called out that our order was ready I went up to get our order and noticed right away that it looked weird.( I ordered the Mexican pizza meal and my hubby ordered the 3 taco meal). My pizza had clumps of what looked like canned, stewed tomatoes on top, but I thought, okay, I'll try it. NOT.....it was horrible. It did taste like canned tomatoes. So, I put it aside and tried a taco. Nothing but sour cream, it was half filled with a little bit of limp lettuce and lots and lots of sour cream, but little to no meat. Oh my gosh. I didn't eat the rest of the first taco, 2 bites of the "Mexican pizza" ( you couldn't call it that). I took most of our "dinner" back up to the counter and told them "I don't know what this is, but this is not what we ordered" I stood there for a minute, but they never acknowledged me, so I said, "okay, we will not be back". Hope they enjoyed the many years we have frequented their restaurant, because we will not go back. As we left, I looked around and noticed that everybody that I saw was making that "oh, this is awful" faces as well. What a shame. Time to move on. Man, that stinks. I really used to like this place. What happened to the mellow music and awesome Mexican pizza and tacos??? Sad, so sad.... read more

I am so sick of this place, every time I go there and I mean everytime!!!! I am missing items, I try to check everything and I catch items I go back multiple times sometimes and always I end up getting home and I find some small thing that I am missing that I overlook, most often it is the cinnabons, I have paid for them three times and have not gotten them! I am so frustrated I am so sick of paying for stuff that I do not get! read more

Sloppy food, terrible customer service and an insanely inconvenient parking lot. Three birds, one stone.

I haven't had an issue at this store the many times I've been. It may have just been the time of day I went, normally between 2-6pm. Today I went at 12 Midnight. I ordered a gordita, 3 cinnamon twist and a burrito. The gordita was made poorly, the burrito was squished and coming out the ends of the tortilla, and there was no cinnamon twist. The cashier told me a total price, multiple times, even as I handed him my card. It wasn't until I got home and checked my food, that I then looked at the receipt and found there was no cinnamon twists on the order, and the total was intact $3 less than he had been telling me. I won't be going back in the late evenings/ nights. Maybe not even during the day after this. read more
