Great service and the lowest Jet A price anywhere I fly. I fly my own TBM and also fly contract on other aircraft. On weekends I do dog rescue flights for PilotsnPaws.org. Tac Air has been very welcoming and supportive of my rescue missions. I see some less than enthusiastic reviews and it makes me wonder if there is some OTHER bad TACAir in a parallel universe. I've used Tac Air a few times - most recently was struggling to get the last of some frost off the empennage of the plane, with temperatures dropping. Line service at Tac Air jumped in helped resolve the situation - customer-service focused. Even though most of their business is Jet, they're helpful to the piston crowd. We also used them recently as base for a formation training clinic - helpful, great facilities, friendly CSR staff. A very good experience as well. read more

Some of the worst service on the planet, funny because they have a sign on the door thanking everyone for voting them number 1 FBO chain. Hilarious. The line service friendly and quick, after you come in the door is where the problem begins, she was doing some fuel paperwork and she told me she couldn't be interrupted, then when I started talking with her, she had no clue about the hotel reservation I made the night before, she would have to stop talking with me every time the radio went off, great girl as long as she can handle it at her own pace which is at a snails pace. read more

Tac-Air has the cheapest fuel prices on the field. The line service is as it should be, prompt and courteous. Inside counter service is somewhat lacking. The CSR's are disinterested and aloof. They need to stay off their cellphones. We do find a couple of other things that need attention. If you make rental car arrangements through Tac-Air, you will probably get GO Rental. Even if you ask for National, Hertz, or Enterprise. That happens to us every time we stop here. The excuse is always "We thought you wanted GO"... Why would we want the most expensive rental car in town? There is no Snooze/Quiet Room here when their ad says there is. They need to clean their microwave and water fountain. Both have cruddy buildup all over and inside them. Cheap fuel is cheap service in this case. read more

Tac air has great prices but very slow service. If quick service is important to you then use another FBO.
