Excellent experience. Mitch and Joe were very professional and responded timely to our repair. They provide a same day assessment and estimate. They were even able to work it into their schedule that same week and finished in less time than they originally planned. Great value for the cost and my wife and I are most pleased with the results. Definitely would recommend and use in the future. read more

However I…read morenever got any e-mail replies to my question "Who did you order it from", so I could see where my stove is. I asked Jim to just refund my money. I sent him about $2000. If he ordered the stove from the company he claimed he ordered it from "eleganthomeusa" they say it cost $734.00. I would be happy if he just refunded me my deposit - $734 until he gets his credit card refunded, however He will not refund me anything. This is what makes me feel he is trying to scam me. I canceled the order please return my deposit.

What's worse is they were rude and disrespectful multiple times throughout our efforts to resolve the mess they made of our property. They let concrete splatter all over our new roof, the sidewalks, and the entryway. When they had an opportunity to clean it up they tried to blame us, the owners, because we needed to withhold payment to resolve their issue. Horrible experience with no accountability whatsoever. The fireplace insert was installed crooked and isn't secure. They didn't even wire the blower fan to work properly. In addition there were 3 boxes that came with the fireplace that were necessary for the installation we set up for them right at the opening and they didn't even open the boxes! Absolutely horrendous experience! Do not hire.

The chimney crown was repaired but slanted inward allowing water the penetrate bonding. Bonding started to detach from brick due to thin, 1.3mm, application and water intrusion from poor reconstruction of chimney cap. Industry standard ASTM C887 states properly applied bonding application has a life span of 15-20 yrs. This application failed at 6 years. The rating of 1 star is generous. Should be -2.

Jim and his crew were fabulous to work with from the estimate/consult to the finished product. They were honest, professional and transparent. We reside in another state and he was so wonderful about sending pictures and calling to discuss what should be done in order to maintain and reinforce the structure of the roof throughout the process. Having little experience with roofing, Jim explained everything to us in detail so we were able to understand. Their prices were competitive and they were able to fit us on their calendar and finished the job within two days. More importantly, Jim and his crew were incredible with our mother, who is in her 80's! She loved them! The house looks amazing with this new light gray metal roof!!
