The local location never had a pickup that day. They never called UPS to ensure proper SLAs are taken care of. Update: a corporate call reveals it was indeed scanned at this location. Emailed the receipt to the location's email. No response. Still not scanned into a truck to actual UPS. Apparently UPS stores and UPS aren't great at communicating. Filing a claim.
