They called us the day before the delivery to give us a 3 hour window for the next day. They offered and called us a half hour before delivery. The drop off and pickup was easy. The cocktail table top pops off, I found that out as the top came off while trying to store them for pickup and fell onto my foot. The chairs were plastic stone colored folding chairs. The cocktail tables and the rectangular tables are wood, a bit weathered, but workable. I would recommend getting table cloths, since the wood tables all looked well used. The rental was just under $500.

We needed a 5 tables and 25 chairs delivered for a Memorial Day grad party we were hosting and were not able to place an order until the Friday before due to a family funeral the same week. When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday.
