The bun was crispy, airy perfection and the flavors and texture of everything inside it was spot on. The 2 sauces that came with it took it over the top. 5/5 would recommend. Even the seating underneath the little covered patio was nice and comfortable. Will definitely be coming back. Oh, and we also tried the Venezuelan Chicha, a traditional drink made from rice with milk that is served with lots of ice and bathed in condensed milk and ground cinnamon.
