Hired them for a wedding photo booth. Everything looked set up and fine until our guests started…read morecomplaining that the quality of the photos were terrible with a shade of red. After the complaints they started to only print in black and white to cover up the fact the color prints were awful after the worker asked one of our guests to show him how to switch it to black and white. We also requested to have our names and the wedding date printed on the photos, not one of the photographs had this information printed on them. All of the props they provided were Christmas related and not one of the props had anything to do with a wedding. Lastly a scrapbook was supposed to be made of everyone's photographs, the worker had to be told to do this and we still haven't received our scrapbook or usb file with photos and it has been over 10 months. We contacted them regarding this and were promised a refund and once again it has been over 10 months since our wedding and emails with them. Extremely unprofessional I would not recommend and would give zero stars if I could.
