We were super excited knowing what we had watched before, so was excited to see their reaction to it, too. The venue itself is amazing. It's a circus tent right outside of Cesear's palace. You walk in and are greeted with the funniest, kindest people ready to move you to your seats. Your server comes over quickly to ensure that any drinks are flowing! The chairs in the establishment are hilarious and just basic chairs with some designs on them. The venue itself quickly filled up and the show started. It was funny, sexy, raunchy, and jaw-dropping. Half of the show I kept looking at our friends making sure they were having a great time and, to no surprise, they were. The circus acts are unbelievable and the comedic relief dabbled in makes it even more of an experience. This is, by far, one of the best shows I've seen in Vegas! Highly recommend.

It was truly a spectacle. The seats were comfy, the theater was gorgeous, and we really liked their signature frozen drink, the "O!" with rum. It was delightful. I had a tough time with the line - it wasn't well organized and didn't move very quickly. The line has you queuing up in the middle of the casino floor, sort of a classic recipe for overstimulation if you arrive any early than your show time.

Heard so much about this magic show and it's PG but also lots of laughs from a local mama friend that recommended it. Right when we checked in. A host name Lonnie took us to our seat and asked if we needed anything. Come to find out, he's actually the manager and runs the stage lighting and sounds too. Really nice gentleman and jacks of all trades. Mike the Magician was the real Magic Mike here in Vegas. Awesome tricks along he's a comedian too. He took my daughter on stage and it was definitely a great show. Mike keeps the crowd entertain by his cool tricks along making real comedy. We're constantly laughing. This studio takes pride in their students' dance education and well being. Recently we had a mom who would come into the studio throw shoes at her child insult her, use profanity and behaved absolutely DISGUSTING towards her child. It got to the point where my child and others were SCARED of this other mom. The studio was BEYOND accommodating to the point I got irritated, but they wanted to help her daughter grow and develop with her love for dance. After many chances and adjusted protocols for this mom, in efforts to keep her daughter at the studio, because her daughter was a sweet little girl. The mom was RELENTLESS and her ABUSE continued!!!!! Everything came to a blow on March 23rd when a group of moms including myself witnessed this mom smacking her kid around in her car of the studio parking lot. After a year of this mom's psychosis she was FINALLY DISMISSED from the studio a few days before our annual recital, because some moms reported her behavior to the police, we were THAT concerned and STILL IS for her child! She has called multiple teachers and made numerous threats and is on a rampage because she was dismissed. She even showed up for classes after making threats. Does that sound like someone sane? This is AN amazing studio with AMAZING teacher with the best atmosphere. We are seriously a little dance family and we love it here. It is located in the Horseshoe Casino at the Laugh Factory. This is on the 2nd floor near the poker room, which is on the side of the main casino closer to the Strip. However, the box office is a shared box office for all shows and is back along the main floor of the casino. Actually, it is on the slightly elevated level near hotel registration. If you need to redeem some sort of tier reward for free show tickets, you'll wanna go there first. You'll also want to give yourself plenty of time in case of issues that may arise so that you don't get in a little late like I did. Since we were a bit tardy, we kinda had to dig our way through curtains that had been closed already, then get help from an usher to find our seats. We ended up at one of the tables in the front-most part of general admission, and they weren't too bad aside from tall dudes semi-blocking in front of us. The premium section feels like a decent upgrade for out-of-pocket customers. I don't think we missed that much. Frederic was in the middle of some stuff with some volunteers from the audience on stage, which we saw most or all of the endings of. On that note, he kept having different people come up (mostly selected by frisbees or balls) throughout the 70-ish minute show to demonstrate that there's no way he has that many audience plants. He also states that he doesn't pre-arrange anything anyway. The show is comprised of quite a few mind-reading / prediction tricks, and a little sleight of hand in a so-called "intermission" (not a real break). Many of these effects are familiar to fans of magic/mentalism, but they still feel fresh since it's just plain cool to see them in person. Frederic himself also is charming, funny, off-the-cuff, and just an all-around good entertainer. His pacing is also great, with no real lulls. On top of that, the musical motifs are well-timed and not too obtrusive, and the sound volume and clarity are great. We didn't stay for the free meet-and-greet, but he was available for it tonight. Paranormal is simply a great show for fans of mentalism. It's lasted 13 years, reportedly, and that's gotta be because it's just a polished show that's appealing to all ages and audiences. Check it out if you have the chance!

Wow? Yes. Vegas? Naturally. Spectacular? Often enough…read more WOW - The Vegas Spectacular is a variety show that has been anchoring the Rio Showroom theater for almost a decade. I've been a Rio Rewards member recently, and their 2nd tier and above grant you free annual show tickets. I decided this year to try WOW. You probably wanna save the incentive until the day-of, printing it out from the kiosk then directly taking it to the box office. Then you can pick your seats. The tier of seating available to me was the same as the Pepto-Bismol colored section on the chart visible online when you try to make a purchase. These appear to have a retail value of $86.32 each w/ fees. You can get in pretty easily with your tickets, but you can't bring all that much stuff in. They do have a table where you can leave stuff and pick it up afterward though. They also seem to compensate for disallowing water bottles by setting up free cups of ice water at the bar inside the venue for anyone to take. The show is not Cirque-level, but it's got quite a few exciting acts dispersed over the 1.5-ish hours. And when they set up shop on the protruding circle of the stage, it feels really, really close to the seats. For specific highlights, Silvia Silvia, the crossbow-wielding grandma, does feel world-class. So do most if not all of the acrobats. The main character / "clown" does a solid enough job with interstitials and comic relief overall. Some of the comic stuff and juggling is not all that exciting, and the dancing feels a little tame and sometimes totally unnecessary (not even as a delaying tactic). It'd be nice if they could add a little more intensity in the middle third (before Silvia Silvia), as well as more examples of showing off words and graphics in the falling water. Production-wise, they could certainly make improvements. I'll excuse the old screens/videos, but they don't seem to have heard of surround sound. Instead, the speakers blast at you from one direction, mainly into my right ear from where I was sitting. If they improve the sound, and maybe fade some of the music instead of abruptly halting them before moving to the next track, the show would feel more polished and maybe only half a tier behind the big shows rather than a whole level. Overall, WOW is a good but not great show, better at least than tired old Blue Man Group and maybe some really random stuff at the cheapest Strip properties. You could probably do quite better if spending actual cash, but Rio Rewards regulars should have this show on their checklist.

Whether there are 5 students or 15, each person gets just the right amount of attention, encouragement, and challenge for their skill level. A fun part of class is getting to practice things like front rolls, dolphin dives, and handstand walks on a super thick mat. You'll be inspired by everyone's persistence. I love this studio! It's new, the bathroom is clean, and the instructors' dedication to your growth is priceless. The safe neighborhood and easy parking are also a huge plus. Alchemy Breaking is located between Jones and Decatur, inside the Patrick Business Park. The environment is definitely welcoming. I could keep raving, but you might as well just check it out yourself. The first class is free, and they're open every day except for Fridays.
