You really can't see the bonds, and when you tell people it's hair extensions, they don't believe you unless you prove it to them (Essentially by making them feel the bonds in your hair, as there isn't enough evidence visually as proof). Always late for appointments or forgets them altogether. Usually the customer gets a reminder call but with her it's the other way around. You need to call her to make sure she didn't forget you're coming. She always forgot what I was there for , never documented anything so work was always inconsistent. It would be great one time then never the same after that. Had to remind her when to rinse out my color because she is so scatter brained She would just disappear doing something else losing track of time. Had to go back multiple times to fix errors with color or hair. if your appointment is at 10:00 she doesn't get started until almost an hour later getting side tracked and not being prepared. She has no consideration for customer time.

And let's be honest: ten minutes is everyday life. It's the Starbucks line, the traffic on that corner, the parking situation right outside your door. In this case, the delay was on me, and I own that. But the rigidity? That's all you. If a salon can't handle a ten‑minute wobble for an appointment, that's not professionalism -- that's inflexibility. I didn't even grab the coffee I was planning on. Now that she lives in the US, she has brought her special talents to the greater Seattle area. When I first met Khaddy, she was very attentive and patient with me as I explained to her how I wanted my hair done. She delivered exactly what I wanted. Unlike other braiders, especially those in Burien, which is where I used to go, when Khaddy does your hair, your head is comfortable. The braids are not so tight that they come out two days later. You can sleep comfortably right after you get your hair braided. She will oil your scalp for free in order to give your scalp extra moisture and avoid breakages. She will trim it and brush it. You will leave her shop FULLY able to manage your new hair yourself. Khaddy is affordable as well. I have gone to other braiders and payed twice as much, only to be uncomfortable and have my hair fall out cause the braids were too tight. With Khaddy, your head will feel fantastic.
