Every single Memorial and Veteran's Day I can count on a beautiful patriotic arrangement to be placed on his grave. They always send me pictures and last year they sent us a video that brought us to tears. This means so much to me and I know it means the world to my husband. Will continue to support them for years to come.

Apparently, according to him, when they have had to make substitutions they have gone above and beyond to compensate for any inconvenience. He has raved about their customer service and he is not easily impressed. What I can say personally is that the floral arrangements I have received have not only been stunning but they have also lasted longer than flowers I have received from any other florist. I still have the flowers I received from Valentine's Day. He is a customer for life and I am greatly appreciative of the quality of their work. I recently bought a bouquet and some leis for my boyfriend's daughter's graduation. The leis were an easy order but the bouquet was a little trickier. I asked for something between $60-70 and the woman helping me said "Let's split it down the middle at $65" Deal! She asked what I wanted in the bouquet and I said "she likes sunflowers and her school colors were orange and black; whatever you can do with that." This is what I got. The bouquet was huge and my picture doesn't come close to doing it justice, and the leis were of great quality. I couldn't have been happier with my experience.

I called the owner to kindly explain what I saw as the issue. She undestood, took responsibility for the problem and delivered some flowers herself that were ones I wanted. I found Flowers in the Alley while researching florists & after seeing their other reviews I figured I'd give them a shot. Please. If you're trying to find a florist, if you're like me and reading reviews trying to narrow down who to go to, CHOOSE FLOWERS IN THE ALLEY. My mom is not a classic rose type of lady, she doesn't even care much for cut flowers and prefers ones she can plant, but having something delivered to her to let her know I was thinking of her was so important to me and Flower in the Alley did not disappoint. My mom LOVES her arrangement. I am writing this review two weeks after Mother's Day and her flowers still look incredible. Thank you Flowers in the Alley for delivering the freshest and most beautiful bouquet my mom has ever received. You helped her feel my love from 926 miles away, and nothing beats that.

Visitors will find a great floral department with lots of fresh flowers and live plants, greeting cards, balloons, and everything else one might need for special occasions. There's a huge selection of beer and wine. And the store boasts a really impressive bakery and deli, with lots of seating and a special events space upstairs. The market has a massive parking lot with a fair number of accessible parking spaces for those in need, with several entrances to choose from. The store appears to be very clean, with fully-stocked shelves and great signage. Nothing is worse than having to traipse back and forth looking for the items one needs. Today was my first visit and everything seemed to be intuitively placed. The pricing at Roth's stores appears to be a bit higher than other grocery stores in the area, but visitors will find a better variety of locally-produced, boutique and niche brands than anywhere else. I don't mind paying a little more this impressive variety.

I like Roth s the store but this is the second time I have used the deli and both times were horrible. FAIL
