The croquetas were a nice little snack. I preferred the truffle flavored one over the ham one because it has a stronger flavor. The tierra mar y aire tapa was really cool because they serve it in a tajin jar with dry ice, and then they pour tea inside to create a bunch of vapor inside. Maybe a little gimmicky, I still thought it was really good because the pork and cream get a slight sweetness from the tea, and I actually really liked drinking the tea, too. The cod gratin was definitely my favorite, though. I didn't know what to order, so I asked the waiter and he suggested the cod. It was cooked well and moist, the cream sauce was delicious, and it went well with the sweet raspberry crisp.
