You refused to fit me in, saying I was late, without regarding the courtesy I gave you and allowed your office to change our appmnt 4 times AND that they told me 1030, not 10. I was there at 1020 for 1030 appmt. Not a good sign, I'm out.

The excuse to avoid giving me any sort of care is that they "dont have the equipment for that sort of emergency" but It's clearly not an emergency as I'm walking, talking, and making an appt for a future date. I walked back to my chair, and started writing this review, to let EVERYONE know, this woman has issues, and do not deal with her when checking in. Wait patiently for someone else to help you. You will definitely know who I'm talking about because she is Hispanic, thin and has thick goopy poorly done several week old fake? eyelashes that she thinks is cute. Now, if she reads this, I hope she learns a swift lesson from her abhorrent actions. Maybe a supervisor or manager of that department may get an email, pull her to the side and explain to her in plain English that you DO NOT TREAT PATIENTS LIKE THAT. Whenever I've had a problem getting to see a specialist or have a procedure done he and his wonderful staff have gone out of their way to make sure I get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. I was ex-ray and diagnosed with multiple fractures. I saw Dr. Sawyer the next day with results of the previous day findngs . He was very very angry with me for having gone there and chewed me out royally!!!!! On day three I went to Lompoc emergency I was admitted to the hospital and while there he never once visited nor did he do anything to show he cared. . This happened one year ago.
