But I'm really struggling with how poorly my day of coordination was executed. Guests continue to comment on how bad it was weeks after. Not a single thing went right during the ceremony after 2 years of planning. The team was not prepared and I ended up having to direct our guests and fix things. Spent cocktail hour crying instead of taking photos with my husband. When we exchanged feedback, Instead of taking accountability, I was blamed for not filling out a single form despite being "the most organized bride to work with". Before hiring Erica, my family and I were looking at the long to-do lists and complexities of wedding planning and feeling overwhelmed. From our very first meeting, Erica was reassuring and worked tirelessly to help me find and execute my vision for my wedding. She was never pushy and always flexible to work with credible and trustworthy vendors that she suggested or that my mom and I found independently. Erica was nice but assertive with my wedding party while giving them instructions during the rehearsal, making that process smooth and orderly. She seemed to understand the many pressures and stresses that wedding planning can put on brides and their families, and she respectfully received input and feedback from many stakeholders, and we are a very picky bunch! That said, her main concern was helping me, as the bride, have the wedding I wanted. Thank you Erica for being my planner and helping to make my big day such a wonderful time.

All I can say is that Ally truly was amazing, and she made our day go by so smoothly. She showed up for our rehearsal the night before, and showed up on our wedding day right after I did. She helped with set-up of personal decor, helped my husband and I with not seeing each other, and corralled all of our grandparents into one room and closed the door until we were ready for them for photos. Ally was so kind to our entire family and friends. Her price was affordable, and I would honestly pay double what I paid for her services because she was so stellar. She has a beautiful personality, and truly just a wonderful human! Thank you so much Ally for helping our day go as smoothly as possible. We couldn't possibly be any happier with how everything happened.

Rob not only was a wonderful DJ but just an overall wonderful, genuine guy who truly cared about my wedding and that meant so much to me! I had multiple people tell me how great my DJ was! I will suggest Rob and Elite to anyone who needs a DJ and if I ever need one again I would 10000% turn to them again. Thank you guys so much for making my day so special for me and my husband!

Her partner, Cher Taylor, was also a lovely person to work with in addition to being an excellent chef (the banana chocolate chip muffins were the best I've ever had).
