From our very first meeting, Erica was reassuring and worked tirelessly to help me find and execute my vision for my wedding. She was never pushy and always flexible to work with credible and trustworthy vendors that she suggested or that my mom and I found independently. Erica was nice but assertive with my wedding party while giving them instructions during the rehearsal, making that process smooth and orderly. She seemed to understand the many pressures and stresses that wedding planning can put on brides and their families, and she respectfully received input and feedback from many stakeholders, and we are a very picky bunch! Everyone was so kind and helpful, and everything went off without a hitch. The food was amazing (we did the plated meal), the drinks were strong, and the Photo Booth was a huge hit! They anticipated needs before we even voiced them, answered every question with patience, and made us feel like our wedding was the only one that mattered. They kept adding prices and new things to it when enough was enough and I reached out to Matt with Hospitality Butler. Immediately Matt took the time to call me while he was in an airport after a conference to just help me out. Miraculously, my wedding date was free at the venue he works with and I was thankful to get it. Matt has been so calming. Understanding. And handled every bump and hurdle with grace. On the day of, Erica and Tory helped us out and when I say they were superheroes? I so mean it. They must have some kind of super power. Erica took everything head on and was able to get stuff done, looking beautiful, and handle any and every last minute situation like it was nothing (when I'm sure secretly it was stressful as all get out.) Tory was the sweetest person ever. She was so willing to just be there, do anything asked, no complains or issues ever. She had this power to be a calming presence and was so amazing beginning to end. Seriously they are the most amazing team of people I've ever met. Moral of the story I was unfortunately told that…read morefulfilling my vision via my decor was not something that is guaranteed to be done in this company's contract! I first started with a different coordinator who told me up front that she didn't set up all the decor which is the main reason i went searching else where after talking everything over I was so comfortable and confident in this company. I was very thorough by explaining all of the decor I had purchased for the event. I set things up in my phone and sent pictures as well as discussing and drawing out in person. The day of I also had everything organized into storage boxes labeled as well as everything in the box labeled so that there was no question as to what needed to be done! Decor is everything to me and I spent countless hours for a year planning and searching for everything for my day!! Well needless to say my day was ruined by decor. I had at least 4 boxes that had never been touch or even attempted to be opened. I was at the venue all day as our bridal suite was there prior to getting ready I went out to take a peak multiple times, each time Bryce was walking around talking to the vendors I thought we had plenty of time as she kept assuring us that she didn't need any help. I urged her multiple times prior to the day and the day of to come and get me if she needed anything or needed any help reminding her that helping with the decor would actually be soothing to me. This was never done. My entire wedding party was ready to go and we were waiting on Bryce to finish getting things up. A couple minutes prior to this they were loading decor never opened into the grooms lounge when my groom got my bridesmaids and mother/mother in law and sent them out to set things up because none of it was done. My wedding was delayed because the decor was not set up. The pictures and things we talked about never got accomplished she took it into her own hands to set up things how she felt they should be thrown together. No one wants their wedding day thrown together, if there was issues as I expressed earlier I wish she would have come to someone and asked for help as myself, my wedding party, my mother AND mother in law all tried to help her and she told them she had it under control not to worry until the last moment when they saw she did not. I saw Bryce when I was walking down the aisle after that I saw Bryce two more times the whole night. Thankfully she wrote out a timeline that my band had because they announced everything. As I said I did not see her the whole night. I had multiple people ask me if it was her first wedding including my photographer who knew my vision and was fixing multiple decor pieces of mine as well as helping Bryce and her assistant set everything up the correct way. Throughout the entire night i was noticing things being set up wrong and fixing them or asking Bryce's assistant to fix them for me!!! INSANITY!!!! I don't know where my day went wrong but at this rate I wish I went with another company!!! To make matters worse I brought this attention to Tina she respectfully answered promptly and was very concerned. After speaking with Bryce she informed me that my vision being fully set up wasn't in the contract but because of the things that happened to my day she was going to refund me $300.. $300 out of $1,500. She said she believed this was fair. I believe the only person it is fair to is her company. I would have paid double the amount for my wedding to have been set right and to have had my day perfectly. I spent more than $1,500 on the decor that was never even touched in the unopened boxes! The entire thing is very sad to me and the fact that this is the compensation I get is also very disappointing. My wedding day was beautiful and amazing but the credit is not due to this company for that. I pray this doesn't happened to anyone else and am so sad that it happened to me.

However, as time grew closer I decided I didn't want to do the stressful work during our wedding week - I just wanted to focus on our marriage (The goal: wake up married on Sunday, everything else is a bonus). When I first met Tina I knew she was the perfect match for us - making everything look care-free and fun up front but behind the scenes working her booty off to get things done correctly. We (and by "we" I mean "I") had A TON of diy decorations for set up and seriously we don't know how we could have even had a reception if it weren't for Tina and her team -including the surprise Ghostbusters exit with us leaving in the Echo1 car (I'll let her tell you that story). Tina made our week stress-free and relaxed so we could enjoy our time with friends and family - especially on the wedding day! "We" didn't think once about the timeline, decor, or handling any guest issues - just enjoyed the time with my new hubby :) Tina is a superb, delightful, wonderful person to be around. Her planning skills are that of a ninja!! and working with her is like having the sweetest best friend that just happens to keep bringing you wine and confirming you're enjoying your day!     I was so incredibly disappointed by Carrie Ann. I had been waiting for my wedding day for over 10…read moreyears...it meant so much to me to finally get to walk down the aisle. I placed so much trust in her to help me make sure that my wedding day ran smoothly and she left before the ceremony even started. She told me she was going to lunch...and never returned...never told me she was leaving...I was shocked. I asked very little of her prior to the wedding date, no vendor visits....no late night phone calls...nothing, and then on my wedding day she took off on me and as a result my reception was a disaster. I spent the entire night running around trying to fix things that she had assured me she would be there to handle. The only memories that I have of my reception are related to what a mess it was. When I tried to discuss it with her she was rude and insulting and tried to blame everything on my caterer. She claimed that things didnt go as planned because i had "cut corners" but i had spent over 30k on my wedding and in reality, she knew very little about the actual details. She refused me a refund and would not respond when I asked her to explain why she didn't reach out to me when she found out that I was upset that she left. I feel like the only thing I got out of her services was help setting up my reception tables and some really bad memories..I could've easily done this on my own and saved the $$ that I threw away on this company. I feel completely ripped off and wish I had done more research on her because I later found that she had several unhappy brides that feel the same way. When I mentioned these other brides to her, Carrie Ann claimed thAt they were other vendors trying to make her look bad and that she would have their reviews removed. i can tell you that i spoke with them personally, they are real people...and so am I...so dont let her fool you. like other have said, Her whole demeanor seemed to change towards me when she offered her floral services and I declined. They were going to cost me more than what I was paying her for her planning services....it seemed crazy to me especially since I already had centerpieces. Next thing I knew she was trying to tell me that every little thing was going to be an extra charge..unbelievable. Also, I found out that apparently she moved to Florida...I was never given this information and would never have chosen to use someone who wasn't even located in my state (NC) if I had known. If you do choose to brave it...do yourself a favor and at least ask her if she's planning to stick around for your actual event. For my wedding...she left behind a woman that I had been briefly introduced to at my rehearsal...I assumed she was assisting her. I thought I was hiring Carrie Ann? Apparently not. The woman she left behind was kind and I felt bad for her because she seemed completely caught off guard and unprepared...she looked terrified when she communicated to us that Carrie Ann was gone and was really no help to me at all. This situation was really handled so unprofessionally....and all I wanted from Carrie Ann was an apology and a refund. I really felt like that was the least she could do after ruining my wedding day for me and my mother (who spent the entire day trying to help me fix the mess). I haven't received either...I just hope I can help save other brides from going through what I did.
