I thought it'd be rushed and non-personal. I was wrong. Oscar was great! He was kind, polite, patient (I asked a lot of questions) and very knowledgeable. Put it this way I went in HOPING to just find a way to break even or not pay a crazy amount.....and I left wanting to buy a boat!!! Jkjk, not that much. But somehow Oscar was able input my numbers and I left with a refund I was extremely happy with and certainly surprised. I will for sure continue using his services and recommend to all.

Mid Valley Tax & Accounting fixed that. from the first conversation they were straightforward and knowledgeable. no confusing jargon, no making me feel dumb for not understanding something. they just explained everything clearly and made the whole process way less painful than I expected. they handle personal returns and bookkeeping which is great if you have a small business situation going on too. really convenient to have everything in one place with people who actually know what they're doing. the hours are generous, open until 7pm which means you don't have to take time off work to get in. that kind of flexibility matters when you're a busy person trying to adult responsibly. I left feeling like my finances were actually in good hands for once. no anxiety, no second guessing, just confidence that it was done right. if you've been putting off finding a good accountant in Fresno, stop waiting. Hands down the most impressive service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I had a complicated tax situation that Gary was able to handle for a business. They made the process painless and updated me with clear communication. The thing I like best is that I am able to ask all my questions and get a complete and detailed answer. When we had our last tax consultation, Gary explained how the new tax laws changed everything. It was easy to understand and compare to the year prior. He used a presentation on a monitor with 2 columns so both my husband and I could see it at the same time. (We didn't have to squint looking at a complicated tax form.) I would recommend this group to all my family and friends for tax services, especially if complicated because this group will get it done. I plan to ask about financial planning once all the tax stuff gets settled because they do offer other services.
