A few weeks after the IRS accepted my return, I got a letter saying they found an error and I actually owed about $2,000 more than the initial amount owed on the completed taxes. I called this place to ask about it, and the lady and the desk seemed unconcerned. I asked for a call back from Katherine or someone else that could help me understand the letter from the IRS. No one has reached out to me to help me better understand this. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning here again.
