Big and clean with Bob Evans and Popeyes. Plenty of snacks, healthful and otherwise, souvenirs and other goodies for sale. Comfortable clean ladies room. Parking is a little awkward and even disabled will still have a bit of a level walk to the building. The truck stop is a minute or less from the interstate. I'd stop here again. read more

Looks like it's been a couple years since I've last reviewed this TA truck stop (2014) Well here we are again, delivered our load last night, waiting for a new load. Showered this morning in shower 7, it was clean, which is the #1 thing I look for, like most drivers. Water pressure was awful. For a female with very long hair, that's a major irritant. But whatever I guess, maybe I'll stop at a different location for showers from now on. Showers, laundry, and drivers lounge are all upstairs. For laundry there are 4 washers and 4 dryers, all $2.50 each, coins accepted as well as debit/credit. Country Pride restaurant is no longer here, it's been replaced by a Bob Evans restaurant. Other food options are Popeyes and Sbarro pizza. Have tried all the food places at this locations at some point, never any issues, food was always hot, Sbarro had fresh pizza and orders would actually be correct! Really not much more else to review with a truck stop, didn't encounter any rude employees or anything disgusting. Will give props to Christian the shower attendant, very nice young man. I was doing laundry and he was cleaning showers. He was very cheerful and greeted every single person as well as doing his job. read more

Stopped to get gas on long road trip. Clean facilities and normal road trip fare. Gas prices on par with most of places along the road, which is always nice. Quick in and out with what I needed. Garbage cans not overfilled. read more

Exactly what you might expect, and a little less. When my lovely Signora and I arrived in Ohio, I wanted to have lunch at the kind of place she could not find in California. What better choice than a truck stop! Well that's what I thought at the time. I didn't quite hear what she ordered, she said it was "steak something," and I laughed. At a place like this, unless you're very careful, everything comes smothered under 2" of thick belly-busting gravy. It will collect in your ankles and make you waddle like a duck. Looking around, every truck driver was eating exactly that. But our server was sweetheart, my coffee cup was never empty, and Signora's truck stop steak was very interesting and a little good. All in all it's a great place but the big downer for me was the men's room... pretty dirty. They have pretty much ANYTHING a traveler or trucker might need during a long trip. Everything from single serving Aspirin to a complete CB radio kit, they've even got a R&R area complete with pool table, massage chairs, TV's and some arcade games in the back. Showers are also available, go to the checkout, reserve one and the cashier will announce when it's ready for you. Definitely a good place to stop in on a long trip. read more

Omg, the bathroom was horrendous. The toilets needed cleaning But what trips me out the most is the floral decor was nice in the bathroom, but the rest was dirty and a train wreck. Outside the bathroom was decent. Staff was friendly and store was nice. The travel center was really busy. Easy access for parking and right off the exit. read more

Nice gas station to stop outside of Columbus. The bathrooms are very clean and it's a nice spot to get snacks or drinks on a trip.

The restrooms were not that clean. Not a lot of space either. There is a drivers lounge upstairs, along with Steep stairs, & a small laundry room is available. I saw about five showers. In the convenience store, they have cheesecake: the "Fathers Table brand, in a small two-piece serving size, cost $2.45. Not bad, especially if you have been wanting a taste of Cheesecake, but not the whole cake or overpriced pieces at a restaurant. Was soooo good. Been wanting some for a month now., "Sbarro" in the TA Truck stop was great yesterday, 21May: pleasant staff and wonderful Spinach & Cheese Roll. Today, 22May: unpleasant staff: who had an attitude and nowhere to be found Spinach & Cheese Rolls. They need to replace their staff of today. I could do without the attitude. Needless to say, I decided not to purchase anything from them today. read more

I have had minor repairs done twice now at this TA. The first time they lubed the tandem axle and replaced the pin. They got to us pretty quick and finished the work, and after telling us everything looked good, they ALL went to lunch! We were stuck in the garage and had to call the fuel desk who sent someone to open the door for us to leave. The second time, today, they fit us in right away to replace our trailer mud flaps and straighten out the bars that they hang on. The service desk lady (Natasha?) was very nice and professional. They were done in just 15 minutes and we were able to leave. I think the mechanic thought we weren't in the truck, and he opened our driver door to check something and nearly had his nose bitten off by our dog. Other than that potential disaster, everything went smoothly. We scaled twice and the whole staff was very friendly inside, very clean bathrooms even though they always seem to be busy. The entire ceiling was nonexistent as they're currently remodeling, which needs to be done at ALOT of TA locations. Looks like they're installing all new ceiling tiles, light fixtures, painting, and maybe more. I'll definitely return for service or parking if I'm ever in need. read more

Select items are just stored on shelves merely for appearances.... You try to buy them and they say " The item isn't in our system, so they can't sell any of that item." Come back two weeks later and same items, still just taking up space cause they can't sell it..... read more

Average TA for the most part. It has a decent size parking lot with plenty of paid parking. The convenience store part is kind of small, but they have sandwiches and a couple roller grills. Most of the employees are pretty nice, but don't really seem to know how to multitask. The showers are old and kind of small, but the pressure is decent and the water is plenty hot enough. The driver's lounge is also small and has an awkward setup; two rows of seating, but you have to step over seats to get to the second row of seating. Apparently they're working on renovations here, so hopefully they can make this place like some of the nicer TAs. read more

Never usually do this unless people are complete dumb asses. Went to ta and its 3 am. Went inside to pay for gas and the girl at the register was talking to her boyfriend on the store phone and had me stand at the counter for 10 minutes while she asked the person on the phone how their day was, why they are still awake and what they did all day. Ya know it wouldn't of been so bad if she told the person on the phone to hang on a sec or said oh I'll be right with you to me but nothing. I turned around and walked out with nothing. Or maybe I was at least expecting a "oh hey I'm sorry I can go ahead and get you now" as she watched me walking away.. Nah nothing. I understand we're all humans and nobody's perfect and we all have lives at home we would rather be enjoying but that was fucking rude. I probably sound like an asshole but trust me I'm pretty ok with someone talking on the phone and I wouldn't of been so mad about like a minute or two but she wasn't in a rush whatsoever. I understand as well if the person on the other line is not letting you off the phone but yet she was the one doing all of the talking. No fucks were given. It's 3 am I'm out of gas and I'm trying to get home. Maybe she's never had a job before. Idiot. read more
