So, if you don't want to be seen by the cops you might want to drive on. In my case during my 1st visit we were so glad that this is the place to find the cops. We had had an accident about a 1/2 hour prior and the car was acting funny. So with car manual in hand we attempted to pop the hood and assess the damage. Luckily the cop came over to assist and called for back up a sergeant with extensive knowledge of Chryslers. It was determined that the car should go to the local dealer and we were given a police escort. When we finally left Ruston LA is was out last stop to fill up the tank on the rental -- no police assistance required.

Then finally hand over your credit card to get them to turn on the pump. 3) Go outside into the freezing temperatures to hold them pump handle open because it doesn't have a catch that will keep it pumping while your hands are warm inside your pockets. 4) Go inside when you hear a click. 5) Go back outside to holster the nozzle because they say they can't ring it up till you turn the whole thing off. 6) Go back inside and pay. 7) Leave and never come back.

This is a little corner Exxon station that also has a UHaul operation running out of it....If…read moreyou're just stopping for gas and to pick up a snack I'm sure it'll fill your needs....plus the restrooms are clean... My issue is mainly with the UHaul portion of the operation...originally had appointment to pick up a trailer at 12 noon...for some reason it gets pushed to 1 PM....arrive at location at approximately 12:05 PM...This is where I learn customer service is abysmal....The UHaul employee tells us tough luck you'll have to wait until 1 PM....even though it would have taken him all of 10 minutes to check out the trailer we had to wait 55 minutes to get it...I've dealt with UHaul locations all over the state of LA and until 11/28/12 had never been treated so shabbily...when the guy finally arrives he wants me to do all the heavy lifting etc...I looked him dead in the eye and said I waited 55 minutes for you to do your job so I'm simply gonna stand here and watch you do it! If it can be helped or I have a say, in the future I'll never use this UHaul location again.
