Hello I was at TA at Eloy store number 0007 12/31/2021 woke up went and fueled up and truck wouldn't start at fuel pump .went over to truck service , they say it be 6 hours to give us a jump start ,to get it over to truck service . I was blocking fuel pump lane and was stuck there. So I asked fuel isle manager if I could call loves service to help, so I could move out of fuel lane. Since the truck service bays at TA were empty I have pictures if you need to see them. The new manager at the plaza sent over employee over to tell the loves service guy to leave. I got permission from fuel isle management. She was helpful and nice in the Situation. As for the manager of plaza . She doesn't have a heart or any understanding of being broke down. I understand you have rules and Regulations to your competitors. I understand it's hard times right now a little kindness goes along way . read more

I've been traveling from Phoenix to Tucson quite a bit lately and the T/A Travel Center is about half way on my journey. It's a good place to grab something to drink or snack on and stretch your legs. Not too bad right? IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, THIS PLACE WOULD GET ALL OF THEM !!! I pulled into this TA TRAVEL CENTER in Eloy, AZ at 8pm & went into the store for a soda & to ask how to log into WiFi ... cashier said use myta.org ... went back to my rig to find that's for EMPLOYEES ... called on phone to the cashier desk & different woman answered phone so I explained that I wasn't walking back up there again - I just need to know how to get on the WiFi & was given wrong info ... she said she didn't know & as she was handing phone to other woman she said "here, talk to this BITCH !" OMG ! The second person was the cashier that told me wrong info & said she didn't know either !!! I had to wait the weekend to file a complaint with customer service since 800# was closed & the nice Customer Service Rep took all the info & gave me toll free 24/7 number for the company that handles their WiFi & questions about WiFi ... so why couldn't the cashier give me that info ? No answer ! The WiFi company rep was awesome & even remotely checked that location's router to find it needed to be reset anyway ... since I was no longer at the location, I couldn't tell if it was working or not ... the next day (4 days after the event) the manager called because I filed the complaint & apologized - BIG WHOOP ! The employee is still working & making $$$ !!! THIS IS TERRIBLE - how is it that these people have no consequences for being that ugly ?!?! DO NOT GIVE TA YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY TO PAY PEOPLE LIKE THIS !!! read more

So this place is on my way home and I usually stop and use the facilities and get something to drink. This is a truck stop with several restaurants/food shops. You can get sandwiches, burgers, and pizza. There is a mini store that one would expect to find at a truck stop. Not a bad place but a bit pricey. read more

An oasis in the middle of the desert. Gasoline is cheap and so are the meals. There's A&W and Taco Bell. A great place to have a break after a Long drive. There a place to shop while your car is being filled up. Nice clean restroom. That's all that's matters. read more

This building looks very new! Out of all my experience with T/A, there are sometimes they aren't very clean or the workers aren't very nice. But this was clean and the workers were very kind. Got to say very proud of this one. Parking lot is giant enough room to pull over and take a break. Kinda confusing getting into the parking lot, but not that bad. Big space and a great place to walk a dog outside. If you don't want "gas station" food, well there's Taco Bell, sabarro and A&w. Great choices! Keep up the good work. read more

They win the contest for the most expensive cell phone chargers so far I found on my trip. I found cheaper cell phone chargers at Walmart and also at a convenience store. Otherwise it's a nice truck stop with showers in the TV room and a few different places to eat. read more

We stopped in with 6 Semi sand trailers to fuel up and get supplies. The man behind the counter was sassing off as we were paying, he actually threw our change at us having it jump off the counter and went everywhere. We have spent $600 a day per semi for the last 15 days there. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE THIS STATION DUE TO THIS. Terrible customer service!! read more

Great staff here. My car had a blowout a few miles down the road and I didn't have a tire iron. They didn't sell one at the store but they found one of their personal ones to use and helped me get back to my car safely. They saved me a lot of time and money. Can't recommend them enough. read more

On 7 30 2013 I broke down 20 miles from eloy on I 8 east bound. Gary Jacques was a great service man. Knew what he was doing completed the service call very quickly.very nice to talk to an be around.got back to ta to charge batteries Gary was 2 hours late getting of because of the road call. He told this other guy Eric Jenson to charge the batteries . Gary shift was over. Went in sat an eat an killed some time went back to check on the truck.this dumb but Eric Jenson forget to hook up the batteries to charge . How ta can have such a good employee like Gary Jacques an have such a Dumb But like Eric Jenson its bad business . Need better management or something .Come on ta you need to do better because we as truckers are paying a high price for you service.
