I paid for reserved parking $23 plus tax came out to be $24.90 which is basically the standard rate for parking. I have no complaints slept pretty good and cashier checked me out quickly. Plenty of reserved parking here but it definitely fills up fast. read more

Absolutely the worst TA I have ever stopped at in my entire life. Drivers take note. According to staff members, there was nobody here to clean the showers. So why was I given the shower that was locked up and supposedly cleaned with a code and posted on the board as my shower. Management and owner really need to work on this location. It's not just the shower, staff need to be more courteous and respectful. This entire Truckstop needs a complete "RE-WORKING". When coming this way on I40 drivers do what everybody else was doing stopping at rest areas or keep on moving past this exit. There's plenty more out here on your route just pre plan. The women's bathroom was really gross. I'm generally loathe to say anything but this women's bathroom has only two stalls which would be fine if they are clean but these were not clean. Trash on the floor even unsanitary trash. Do yourself a favor and find another place to use the bathroom. read more

I came in to get $20 worth of gas. I ended up buying Doritos, a monster and a Gatorade. My son then saw a crystal figurine that he wanted and we bought it for 39.95 + tax. Upon leaving, the woman that checked us out, said to me " oh here's the box that the figurine goes into do you want to take this with you?" I replied " Oh yes, absolutely so it doesn't break." I then get to my car and try to put the figurine into the case and it broke. My fiancé then went in and told them the situation and they stated that if we came back in with the receipt, they would give us a full refund. As soon as I walked in, the store manager was at the front, to which I approached her and kindly asked her to give me my refund back for the broken item. I also then realized that I was double charged for the Doritos so I asked kindly for that to be refunded as well. She then said " you ain't getting shit" to which I started recording and she said you can't record me. I'm calling the cops so I got a little bit irate, to which I then settled down shortly after because I realize I was causing a disturbance and that is illegal. So I was calm the remainder of the time and remained recording the scene. I then called my fiancé and told him that they called the cops on me. So he comes inside and tries to kindly talk to The manager who gets very irate with him too. She tried to tell me that I was the one that broke it so I have to pay for it. We weren't even going to leave with a box for the figurine but the cashier that checked us out, stopped me and asked if I wanted the box that fitted the figurine to which I said yes, as previously stated. This was on your employee for giving me the wrong box for the item and me placing it in the box they gave me and it breaking. So we were promised a refund, didn't get that. Then the police officer tried to take it into his own hands and went inside and asked for a refund for the bag of chips that they charged us for twice. To which your store manager said "no I'm not giving a refund, they can just get another bag of chips." I didn't want another bag of chips. I want my money back so that is theft. I will never be stopping at TA gas station again and I will be posting this review on every website I can think of because this was absolutely ridiculous. read more

This was the nastiest truck stop I've been in. It's filthy from when you walk in till the bathroom which was basically just a giant urinal.

I love TA stops, but I have never to appalled was I have at this location. They always have wonderful coffee and drink stations. This location was a health hazzard. Roaches running all over, Fruit drunk machine ( Horchata) residue was disgusting. I would save not clean in about 3 months, but still running machine. Two iced coffee station out of ordered. Half and Half/ Whole Milk machines have German Roaches running.. The post with the wood is dead roaches. The can trash had an out of order sign as well. I got a soda and paid for it, but I haven't touched it. All of the drinks in the coolers had only hot as in temperature, drinks and it seems to have out for days. I have never so sick at my stomach. I am going to call Corporate Headquarters on this. read more

Ta has the most expensive showers of any truck stop. When you pay this kinda of money you should expect them to be clean. My shower room was uncleaned and the toilet seat was caked in urine and other matter. read more

Lamiya is one of the best and attentive people that work here. She handled my situation very professionally. I went to buy some beef jerky which was priced at $6.89. Apparently someone that works here put them in the wrong place. They rang up at $18. I showed the cashier the problem and she asked the little old fat lady what to do. She said it's too bad they were put in the wrong place. She also stated it wasn't their problem. Sorry Hilda... it is very much your problem. She should not be working here. This TA Travel Center is not up to the standards of other TA truck stops. Restrooms were "sort of" clean but not up to the standards of other TA stops. Food options include all the traditional truck stop fare like roller dogs and the like. There is a sit down Country Pride restaurant plus a Burger King and a combined Taco Bell/Pizza Hut shop. The fast food seating area was only marginally clean. Had lunch at Burger King. Staff had NO personality and the service was incredibly slow. Food itself was decent. Won't be stopping here on my return trip. read more

That's undoubtedly a big 0. If you are on 40 wanting to fill some gas, do not stop at this place. People park in front of the gasoline pump and jay walk into the restaurant to pick their food. While the others have to wait for hours to get the cars out of their way. There's not much parking space for these restaurants. read more

We went here hoping for quick dinner at the Taco Bell/ Pizza Hut Express , especially for the personal cheese pizza. It was 7:00 pm , not real late & the female waiting on us said there was no more pizza. Except a dried out meat one. We only eat the cheese kind so we had to get Taco Bell instead. We went into the shop for an oil change on Thanksgiving, to our surprise they were open and ready for business. The manager Lawrence, tech Henry and Delunta were very professional and happy to help. Our oil change was done in less than an hour and at a great rate. This will be our new home for truck repair and oil changes. read more

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms!!! I walked in and the few stalls they had were trashed. There was no toilet paper in one stall (probably because it was all over the floor) and the other stall had remnants of a previous customer left in it. I don't know what it is about this area period but the experience we had at the TA just now was anything but pleasant. The employees are RUDE! Obvious attitude no matter what time of day it is. Everywhere we have been the stores ask that you not bring in your own cups but rather use theirs and you simply state it is a refill. We grab our coffee this morning and inform the cashier it is a refill and she asked where our cups are? We tell her we didn't bring them in as all stores have signs asking you to not bring in your own cups. She tells us that doesn't apply to this location. She was not friendly at all. My husband went back to the truck and got our cups and walked back in asking for a manager to which is informed they do not have one. He tells her well bere are our cups. She says so? Will not be returning to this location and I do not recommend doing so to anyone else. read more

This place is gross! The floors throughout the store are dirty. The restrooms are not clean, trash overflowing. Maybe part of the problem is that it only has two stalls, which doesn't make sense for a large truck stop, so they are constantly being used. There is a restaurant but I wouldn't eat there! This has to be the worst Burger King in the USA , stoped there several times always slow but Friday evening at 9 pm got two sandwich whopper and never had one with hot peppers and chicken skin on it very nasty, through it away didn't find out this till we were back on I40. This isn't the worst truck stop I've been to, but it's far from being nice. First of all, the parking setup is all screwy and you have everyone trying to cram into the front lot. There's even three trucks and an RV in the middle of the lot blocking people in because they're lazy. The store itself is pretty clean from what I could see, but that's about the only plus. There are only two stalls in the ladies main restroom, which is ridiculous seeing as how this place has 170 truck parking spots and this is the only stop within 20 miles. I think the saddest part is that it's the middle of the week and the only milk they have is three bottles of Strawberry Nesquik. If we could have made it the extra 20 miles to West Memphis we would have, but this was a last resort. I've seen Love's that are more well stocked than this place, and that's saying something from a professional driver standpoint. read more

This review is for the fast food areas. The taco bell is decent, they are fast and get you out a.s.a.p. the burger king however in all the years ive been coming here, have never once had a good attitude. They try their hardest to not have to speak or make eye contact with you. They reek of the feeling "i dont give a crap" ive never seen a smile on anyone's face especially tge morning shift. They are the worst employees ive seen in a long time. They open 1-3 hours late. They will show up, make a sandwich or two, throw it on the counter then dissappear for a couple hours. This happens constantly. Work ethic is non existing at the burger king. Im shocked anyone still has a job here considering all they do is hide in the back or stand around chatting loudly and staring at people while they stand in line feeling like morons and thats before the customer is given a feel like they inconvenienced the employee to do their jobs. On top that , the food is always ice cold. If it werent the only thing on my route that i can fuel at that has breakfast, i would never ever ever return after that first time walking in there Ridiculous! read more

Decided to write a review for a gas station because of the bathrooms! Everything is what you would expect from a truck stop, but the men's bathroom was very nice and clean with ceramic tile.
