Wound up waiting in line for what seemed like too long as there was only one customer ahead of me. Apparently he shared that sentiment because he was mumbling as he walked off about her being slow. Costs are fairly high for snacks, etc. The store does a very poor job of shelf-labeling the actual prices of their products. The men's restroom is functional more often than not. The clerk was friendly and the store was clean. Even though the store is on the smaller side I found a nice variety of snacks and beverages. I was shocked at $1.89 for a 44 oz soda. I only pay $.89 -$.99 at Speedway and Thorton stations. They have 2 narrow lanes with 4 gas pumps but obviously functional. There is a small area where you can wait as you pull in. Again, it was nice being so convenient to the hotels and the interstate ramp.

When I arrived, I initially couldn't buy fuel, because the computer system was crashed. I then went to use the restroom, and two out of three urinals were out of commission. I went back out, and pump #5 would not allow any credit card payment at that pump. Pump #8 allowed for my payment, but the receipt printer malfunctioned, so I had to go back inside of the store and wait in line to get a receipt. This facility sells both gasoline and diesel fuel under the Mobil brand. There are much better mechanically maintained gas stations in the Forrest City area, so it's very unlikely that I'll ever do business here again.

This past Monday night after a terrible…read moreaccident involving two tractor trailers my son and I found ourselves on the side of I40 west in the absolute darkest area possible we a spent alternator. It was completely dark and the tractor trailers were zooming by at incredible speeds. Due to the accident that was not behind us at this time and a huge number of trucks and cars waiting to come through it took a bit of time to get to us, but when they did Shane took care of things very safely and efficiently. We were transported to the Recovery Center, Shane graciouly recharged our battery, confirmed it was a brunt alternator and took us to the Holiday Inn for some rest and a shower. A few hours later we followed up with Stacy and Cookie the next morning at the Recovery Center. We then had the car towed to a service center had the car repaired and were back on our way at 6pm Tuesday evening. Shane these two Yankees, Matthew and Chris could not thank you enough. You are truly a Life Saver!!! Thank you all and special thanks to GOD for having us meet this people.... God Bless You All!!

My son had an…read moreaccident on a Sat 3 1/2 hours away from home, while traveling through and they towed his truck to their location. When he went to get his things out of his truck the same day. He even had food in a cooler... They 'Dave- I believe' told him he couldn't get anything. He had to pay cash, cause they don't deal with the insurance companies. So we left and had our ins company call them the following Monday, spoke with a female and she told them, that's not true. So ins paid & it did get released. And we had it towed to a different shop. So now we know- Won't ever use them again! And the owner only defends them selves, in all the negative reviews. I wonder how much gets pocketed from their employees.
