Most Disgusting place I've been in a long time. Stopped to get gas , use the bathroom and possibly get food from the BK, but starting with the gas pump, which was filthy, the aread around the pumps, spilled gasoline, oil and god-knows-what and then the bathroom. This place isn't too bad as far as what you can get. It has your standard gas station snacks and also has some fast food options. I stopped for the Burger King. Well, this location doesn't utilize the app - you can't order, pay, or redeem anything. Whatever, I go to order a Whopper with cheese and it comes up almost 8 bucks. Not for a meal -- just the sandwich. This is airport crap. Won't be stopping here again. read more

My new fave travel stop! Soon as you walk in the door all you smell is CLEAN! This place smells amazing now! Who ever is cleaning is doing an amazing job! The Bathrooms are super clean! I hope this is the new trend, clean clean clean & super fresh smelling travel centers?! Yay! Used to just stop here for gas. I do not recall it ever being clean & would not use the restrooms. #TheRollingRomantics were at the TA Located in #DentonTexas this Sunday over night. We came here to get our Air Conditioner on the truck fixed. They didn't have the part they need and all parts stores were closed. So now I have stated our initial reason for stopping at #Store#0266 let's get to the real reason why I am annoyed. At 3am Monday morning I go in to use the Laundry Facility at #Store#0266 #DentonTexas. I got to their change machine located near the same area as the Laundry Facility and its light is on saying temporarily out of service. So me not knowing there is another change machine I go to the cashier and tell him that change machine is out of order I'm currently washing could I please have $10.00 worth of quarters or just a roll. #JavierSantillan tells me I can't give you no $10.00 (ten dollars) worth of quarters. Now let me pause not once did he ever say he didn't have a roll available to him. He just rudely stated he couldn't give me what I needed. #JavierSantillan then said to me did you try using the change machine and if that wasn't doesn't work we have another one. I then stated to him that both machines were not working. Then #JavierSantillan looks at his co worker #Amanda and she comes over and says to me well how many loads do you have. I stated to her (3) three and each load is $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry.. #Amanda then takes my $10.00 and gives me $3.00 worth of quarters and tells me that's all they have.. I looked at them both and asked for Management and #Amanda says to me they are not available. So I then asked her to call them and she said she had no number.. About 20 minutes later #Amanda comes to the wash area where I'm washing and tells me the other change machine is working and she also gave me another dollars worth of change. I asked #Amanda to show me if she didn't mind that it actually worked. #Amanda attempted several times to put a ten dollar bill in to get change and it didn't work. Finally she went back to the counter to ask #JavierSantillan for two fives and she attempted that after the forth try it worked. Mind You while all this is going on #JavierSantillan tells me I should tried the other machine for myself in the beginning. Then I purchase some #FijiWater 1 litter for $2.79. Gave him $2.00 and 79 cent in change, #JavierSantillan tells me my nickel had something black on it. I said to him really if it did you gave it to me like that.. when I say unprofessional and don't have any type of customer service skills, #JavierSantillan gets the award hands down.. Three A.M. In the morning your store should not be looking like the following pictures. Especially not when U have two clerks leaning on the counter talking to one another. Everything was nice in all, but I went to the bathroom and I saw at least six ants in there. It was awful. I just kept seeing more and more appear. And no they weren't the same ones. Location, location, location. Whether you are going south on 35 not far from the OK border or north of Dallas, this is a very convenient truck stop. Fill up with gas, sit down and have a bite to eat, have a shower, grab some snacks for the road, and of course there are certified scales if you need a weight on something big. Very busy place but really good truck stop. Lots of traffic so you may not find the restrooms in the best shape though. read more

The building is one of the smaller travel center locations, but their lot for rigs is huge and they can accommodate a lot of truckers. This is also a good stop for anyone on a road trip, or even if you are just hungry. Their merchandise section is on the smaller side in terms of square footage but they have a lot of different things from souvenirs like ashtrays to fudge to knives to your basic necessities like a good quality travel pillow. They also have a small selection of clothing, mostly t-shirts. In the back is the restrooms, showers and laundry. There are also some casino games back there too. We've picked up a few things here, that are priced like most travel centers (you can find it cheaper, but you would have to hunt it down). We've gotten a couple of charger adapters and I got my go to travel neck pillow here that was way better than everywhere else I had looked in terms of quality. Mostly we come for the food though. Bonnie's Kitchen is a 24 hour diner that has it's own appeal and yelp page. My husband and I have been stopping in for years. They also have fudge, desserts and ice cream at their counter. For those on the go there's the grab and go affair and a fast food counter right before the restaurant. It's been many different fast food chains, but there is always something there, it's never empty. The location is extremely convenient and accessible from both directions of the highway with a giant TA sign indicating you should exit. They have plenty of gas pumps as well and they are a Greyhound stop. They are usually pretty busy, so you may have to wait in line. It's not the cheapest option for gas, so if that's your only need I would keep on driving. However, if you're hungry, need supplies and a pit stop, this is a great option that doesn't have a lot of competition in the vicinity at this time. It's 3 1/2 stars and will meet your needs. read more

When I'm traveling I always try to stop by the TA travel centers. I usually find their facilities to be cleaner than their competition. At this travel center the mens room was ok. I would read it three out of five stars. It definitely needed some attention. We use to be a joining restaurant and took part in their buffet. The buffet cost slightly over $10 drinks not included. The selection at the buffet was moderate. I've seen much better buffets at truck stop restaurants. The staff however was friendly and upon check out I found that they had locally made fudge and brittle. That made it worth the stop. read more

This is a very nice TA . Very large clean showers . Bathrooms were very clean & very nice . The store was well stocked , cashiers were friendly . Burger King & Boston Market on site . Also have deli style food. Large parking lot . Limited spots except for reserve . Enjoyed our stay here . Not sure why so many negative comments . Will go back anytime in the area . read more

A little on the small side for a TA and the parking lot was full by 3pm on a Tuesday, but I know why. Inside is just as small as the outside but they have a restaurant called Bonnie's Cafe and its GOOD. Way more flavor than a typical truck stop diner with that good home cooked feeling. The staff of the TA and restaurant were very nice and the facility was all around very clean. In the back past the game room was a TV lounge for Professional Drivers that would seat maybe 15-18 people. Great to kick back after a long day and watch a movie. All in all I would definitely be stopping here my next time through town. :) read more

A good place for gas, a good place for road snacks, and apparently, if you are a trucker or other road traveller who wants to get a fantasy and historical/replica knives and swords and can't wait to order it online, this place can't be beat, as it devotes a remarkable amount of floor and wall space for all kinds of blades for the orcs, spartans, and musketeers in your circle. Otherwise, really, nothing too terribly revolutionary about this place. Bathrooms were clean. Snack and drink selection were kind of limited, but I think there was an adjoining cafe next door. Wait a couple miles and hit a Love's, or shoot for a Flying J across the border in Oklahoma. In a pinch though, it works. At least for the gas. read more

The pictures they placed on this page reflect this TA travel center perfectly. I thought I was in a border town in Mexico when I walked in. Floors are dirty. Everything is old and Iow inventory. They use to have a nice restaurant, a Taco Bell and a Pizza Hut. Evidently they got out before the place is condemned. Now the only food available is sitting under heat lamps. Really sad to see a once thriving business go into ruins. Hope somebody buys them soon and brings them back to their glory. read more

Went there, took a shower, waited 25 minutes , ate at Bonnie ' s bought couple things in store. Went back out to van had orange sticker from TA that van has parking violation. Sorry only sign was 3 hour limit and that was 50 feet away. I was there for just under 2 hours. Employee who was scanning the bar codes was parked 3 spots from me. A pickup truck stopped and dropped a girl off who jumped in her car 2 spots over from me and left. No violation on them, So if you park here to spend your money they will record your plate info and threaten to tow you car van pickup for using a parking space. Slow service, poor food quality I would not go here agian. Hey manager customer service could not contact you for comment and you never replied to my voicemail so management here could careless. read more

The DTC provided a useful pit stop on a Friday night (10pm) driving from DFW airport to OKC. There was plenty of parking. They offer a variety of snacks (hot and cold) and drinks for road-trippers. I was delighted the Mt. Dew was not overly priced compared to my east coast norm c-stores. Also, there was plenty of cashiers available to check us out. Next time I'll try the restaurant next door to sample some good ol'Texas country food! read more

So I'm kinda surprised there's so many Google reviews and none on Yelp, so your friendly neighborhood trucker's wife has come to the rescue. I really don't see what the fuss is about. Okay, so this is an insanely busy truck stop, but what do you expect right outside of Fort Worth with only a few truck stops to choose from? In the parking department, I recommend you reserve a spot if you can. It's only $13 a night, but it's better than coming here hoping you can find a spot, especially after 6PM. The inside of the store is a little cramped, but there's a lot of cool knick knacks to look at. Sure, it's almost all overpriced crap you'd only buy as a quick gift, but it's still fun. Lots of grab and go food, plus a burrito/pizza place and a sit down restaurant. Decent sized driver's lounge, but basketball is almost always the show of choice at these places, ick. The only complaint I have is with the bathroom. They weren't very clean, but again, this is a busy location. I think this place is better than the Pilot down the road. read more
