Went up there to get my car weighed. The weight ticket requires a signature in order to be valid. Which I overlooked when I left the first time. I came back a few hours later to have the ticket signed, when I asked the woman who had helped me earlier to sign it, she did not say anything, but pointed to her initials at the bottom of the ticket. I had told her that it required a full signature for what I needed done... She responded, disrespectfully, that she had never been asked to do that, and a woman from one of the side offices agreed with her, asking in a sarcastic voice "How long have we been doing this?" I responded "i wouldn't waste my gas, or time, to come back out here and have it signed, if it didn't need to be"... It was an easy $10 for her to print out a weight ticket and sign it, and she was lazy, disrespectful, condescending, and put out that I would ask her to do such a thing. All I needed was a weight ticket, but I would never do business with these people if I was looking to build a storage building, or whatever it is they do here! Take your business elsewhere! read more
