When we met in person to discuss and sign the contract, he wasn't "pushy" or "gimmicky" (as some wedding vendors can be) and most importantly, we didn't feel rushed. We signed the contract for a September 2021 wedding...and, well, as things would have it due to the pandemic, we decided to push our wedding back a whole year. When we met with Frank again to discuss the rebooking, he graciously obliged at NO EXTRA COST! He listened to our wants and truly did his best to make it happen. We had a String Trio play at our Ceremony and they were absolutely breathtaking. Definitely worth it to have your ceremony serenaded by this beautiful String Trio. Moving on to the Reception. We danced on a cloud for our first dance which made for GORGEOUS photo ops! Soooo glad we chose this option! So, my husband and I are Puerto Rican, but had a VERY diverse group of guests, both in age and nationalities. It was super important for us to ensure that ALL of our guests felt included. We also wanted EVERYONE dancing (if they weren't eating). Our DJ, Omar, managed to incorporate Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, 80's and 90's R&B/Hip Hop, Disco, Freestyle, Classic Rock and even some 60's and 70's classics! Tough request, but Omar executed this flawlessly! The MC we initially booked was unable to work our wedding due to some personal matters which Frank notified us as soon as he could and handled it without missing a beat. He guaranteed us that our new MC would do just as great as our first pick. On our big day, the new MC Joseph did not disappoint. He made time to come up to the bridal suite and speak with my husband I to ensure we were ALL on the same page. Let me not fail to mention the drummer! We saw him perform at an Ultimate Sound Showcase and we couldn't resist! Great sound addition and amazing photo ops when he allowed my husband and I to take over the drums and congas! Fast forward to Hora Loca (Crazy Hour)...we had one of their 7 Ft LED Robots do a whole new re-entry with my new Husband and I, O2 guns and all!!! The crowd went WILD! 5 months later and family is still talking about "The Robot!!!". My Husband and I danced till the last song played! Our guests danced all night right beside us! He was responsive, accommodating, and even managed to fit in some last-minute changes to our wedding song and "must play" list. On the day of our wedding, everything was flawless. A bit miffed and concerned we had our initial meeting with Harry. He put us immediately at ease and worked with my rattled daughter to calm her concerns and quickly make us realize that everything happens for a reason. Harry assigned Billy (as the emcee) and Joel (as DJ) to our event. After a few more calls with Billy and the team, all details were worked out and we were ready for the big day. Fast forward to the reception, to say that Billy and Joel were professional, is an understatement. They were friendly and personable, very adept at reading the room and kept our guests engaged for the entire 4.5 hour reception. Once the dance floor was open, I can honestly say that at no point was there a lull in the excitement. The dance floor was PACKED all night long. To a person, my guests all LOVED the entertainment, with many asking for business cards for (hopefully) future use. We have heard from many of our guests after the event and all had glowing reviews. Most saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended, with a large part of that being the entertainment. As we all know, a good DJ / emcee can make or break an event. In this case Billy and Joel made me look like a genius for choosing them to DJ our event. We did have to drive into the city to meet with him but that was our choice as the customer. He works remotely. We went with the "Big Mix" and could not be more ecstatic with our choice. We personally met with the band leader Joe who listened to event request and OVER DELIVERED. in fact, we sent him sheet music before the wedding because we changed the song for our first dance and not only did they play it well but they ROCKED IT. I think another testament to their quality was that once of my bridesmaids who isn't a "dancer" told me that because the band was so awesome she danced to all but THREE songs. Also, the majority of our guests stayed until the end where the band ended the night with a perfect sounded Frank Sinatra version of "New York, New York". Vali entertainment follows through on the excellent standard they promise to deliver. Choose them and people will also be telling you "that was the best wedding band I've ever seen."

I was told not to book any entertainment until we saw Vali Entertainment perform at his sons wedding because they promised an amazing show. Unfortunately, his experience was the complete opposite. Cocktail hour was supposed to feature a singer, but instead it felt more like three musicians having an informal jam session. During the introductions of the families, bridal party, and the bride and groom, the vocals were so low that many guests could barely hear them. The father, who owns a production company, went to the sound engineer. The mixer showed the vocal levels were already at their maximum. Two concert sound engineers attending as guests also believed the speakers being used should have been capable of covering the room. Thankfully, the staff at Legacy Castle stepped in and allowed the entertainment to use the venue's house sound system, which immediately improved the audio. Unfortunately, the energy of the performance never matched the expectations for a wedding of this caliber. The father asked what had happened to Sam, the performer he believed had been booked, and was simply told, "The music will get better." It never did. Eventually, the father had his own production team shorten the band's performance and start the DJ earlier than planned. That decision completely changed the atmosphere and helped save the reception. Based on everything I was told, I would personally look elsewhere when choosing entertainment. When expectations are set this high, the performance should meet them--especially at such an important event.

When the time finally came to celebrate Xtreme sent 3 great team members to take care of us: a DJ, MC, and a photo booth attendant- John, Danny, & Mike. They handled our ceremony music beautiful and then got the party started! They nailed every major moment. Our guests enjoyed when the DJ played "their song" as requested which was great to see their reactions. Photo booth was lots of fun and the attendant made it so easy. I love that they print however many strips you need based on how many people are in the photo and they provided me with a usb drive at the end of the night with all the photos.
