Theron was a delight to work with and did a great job on my deck. I'll definitely call him if I need more work done.

We hired Pro Garage Maine in April 2021 and were very sorry we did. It was the worst decision I…read morehave made. One of the major issues (among many) is that breezeway was unable to be on the same level as the entry to the house as discussed. Your team did not consider, as they built the second-floor garage level incorrectly, that we had asked for the Breezeway to be one on the same level as the House side entrance door. Even after you had mentioned that the breezeway would be the first to be built however it was the last and you're refusal to make the correction without adding significant cast to me for your mistakes nothing was done to fix it. Now that I understand their lack of work ethic, I would recommend to anyone looking for a garage build to not start with Pro Maine Garage and Richard Eastman. After you left for Florida in the fall it seemed that your team's build was even more subpar. The inspector found that the stairs that were built were not to code even though they were aware of it prior to the build causing it to fail inspection. The stairs were also not built according to the plan causing more issues. This caused issues with being unable to have the second window on the second floor (which was also not to code as it requires it to be safety glass). By that action it also created issues when creating a living space by leaving limited space, making it impossible to have a landing at the top of the stairs. Other major issues that we had communicated to them with no resolution are listed below. I have omitted the minor issues that were issues so to focus on the larger ones. This has been a very disappointing experience. If it wasn't for the building inspector making you correct some of the mistakes the list would be much longer. 1. Window repair/replacement in both the breezeway and garage (they don't lock and do not open correctly) 2. Doors are for a 4 in build and need to fit the 6-inch build 3. Siding for breezeway (completed). 4. There are 3 Lighting blocks in the garage for the breezeway light and the two lights at the back doors, top and bottom 5. J channel behind the breezeway needs fixing to be correct 6. Moving the stairs away for the wall to allow drywall or plywood to be placed 7. Garage door trim is not finished correctly and needs attention from top and around the doors on the side 8. The ridge cap looks as if it does not extend to the back of the garage but stops short 9. The stairs going into the house from the breezeway will need to be built. 10. I did notice that the one of the rafters nearest to the stairs on top is bowed and warped making it difficult to put a ceiling in flat. I measured that there was a 1 1/4-inch difference in the rafter going down in the center. 11. Soffit in the breezeway is pulling away and appears to be bowing. When we look I appears to have no fasteners and is coming apart. Richard Eastman seems to be nothing short of a scam.

Biggest kicker, roof leaks and have not received a call back on their plans to fix it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Rick Eastman! Next stop, the BBB to inform them of his sh$#*y business practices!
