His team demo'ed a wall and replaced the handrails, stair treads, risers, and balusters on our both of our staircases. After 12 full days of work, we finally achieved the look and finish we wanted! While we're taking a pause on more renovation projects for a few months, Alex will be my first call when we get back underway. Photos include before and after shots - enjoy!

Cheerful and anxious to help in anyway he could. His crew was fantastic! They power washed the first day and stained the next. But the impressive part? Quality. The day they stained, a massive thunderstorm came in just as they were finishing. I came home from work that day and showed up right after the storm. And there standing in my driveway was George, soaking wet. He was very apologetic and promised to fix the area that washed out. Two days later, his crew came back and finished it. The quality and commitment to customer satisfaction was foremost in George's actions. It showed in his work and the people that work for him. Plomari has my highest recommendation for any work you need done. Fair pricing for level of quality you're looking for.

They are always on time, reasonably priced, incredibly hardworking, and consistently do amazing work. They're also respectful, kind, and leave everything clean when the job is finished. Over the years, they've taken down a wall and built a beautiful kitchen island, installed ceiling fans and recessed lighting, installed a bathtub, retiled our floors, built a custom stair railing, installed doors, wallpapered our bathroom, and painted multiple rooms and doors throughout our home. Every project has been completed with great attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. It's hard to find contractors who are reliable, skilled, and genuinely care about their work, but George and his crew check every box. We trust them completely and will continue to call them for future projects. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable professionals who do exceptional work.

Peter worked around our budget along the way and provided us with recommendations and solutions to meet both our vision and budget. We did not hire a designer, however working with Peter, who is also an artist, to design our kitchen and bathrooms was extremely helpful. The crew, lead by Giovanni, were great, respectful, patient with us, and had a great attention to details. The craftsmanship was on point and exactly what we envisioned. The total cost was extremely reasonable for the scope of work we had done, which included, but not limited to; refinishing the hardwood floors throughout our home, two wall removals to open up our kitchen and foyer areas, refurbishing and refinishing our staircase with new balusters and knoll posts, four bathroom remodel (including our master bathroom), refurbishing and painting the basement bar, expanded kitchen remodel, and painting of all walls, doors (with new hardware replacement), trim, and all shutter blinds. We were extremely satisfied with Exis General Contracting and will definitely continue to refer them to family and friends.

Alan informed me he has been doing siding work for over 30 years. I looked at the color options, styles of siding and a material for my porch ceiling. The pricing was actually less than I thought so we worked in new vinyl porch rails as well. And they are beautiful. Just warm water will keep them clean, which is great. All of my eaves were closed in with white vented soffit material. The siding install manager was very attentive to all my questions. The job looks wonderful and I love the fact I am done worrying about painting it. Once again Click Construction performed well. And I recommend them highly and will have them do more work for me.

I cannot put into words how deeply disappointed I am with this company. While the photos of my…read morebathroom posted on their website and social media look beautiful, they are misleading and amount to false advertising. Those carefully staged images hide the reality of my experience: two leaks, unskilled drywall repairs, trash frequently left in my yard, property damage, and countless shortcuts they took that ultimately backfired. I wish I had not hired them. The entire project was so chaotic that, at times, all I could do was laugh in disbelief. It was the first time in my life I experienced migraines, and I began to dread every phone call, knowing it meant yet another problem. Many of their subcontractors were unskilled and poorly managed. Even something as simple as installing the mirror resulted in multiple large holes in my wall, which they initially tried to conceal. Throughout the process, I had to double-check their work, question their honesty. Communication between Blue, Raisa, and their subcontractors was disorganized and unreliable. At times, it seemed like they intentionally withheld information from contractors and each other, which caused unnecessary delays. Mistakes that could have been prevented with planning and attention to detail. It became painfully clear their focus was on speed and cost-cutting and not quality. In effort to cut costs, Blue and Raisa even tried to complete parts of the job themselves. I told them their drywall repairs were an eyesore, and they tried to provide an inaccurate rationale to why their repairs left me with a wall with large bumps rather than smooth surface. It took two visits from them to install my faucet, which was not functional. Water splashed everywhere, wetting up my floors and vanity, the stopper did not work, and the pipe under the sink started leaking after a couple of days. Everything Blue and Raisa touched/installed looked horrible, broke immediately, or failed shortly afterwards. As a result, they had to pay someone to come and redo it all, further prolonging this project. To respect my house and my neighbors, I repeatedly asked them not to leave trash and materials in my yard overnight and suggested they store items in my living room instead. They ignored this request multiple times. When confronted, Raisa claimed she had told subcontractors not to do it, but they continued to use the same workers who disregarded instructions and basic professionalism. I was constantly cleaning my house, my yard, and my neighbors' yards. What was most alarming, however, was the incident with one of their subcontractors. A man entered my home without introduction or my knowledge, smelled strongly of alcohol, and asked inappropriate questions. On that same day, this same man knocked over my alarm system keypad. I do think mysteriously went missing and was never returned. Although they eventually paid for the replacement keypad, the entire situation felt deeply unsettling. When I raised my concerns, the company brushed it off, claiming that subcontractors would no longer be allowed on their job sites. I find it very hard to believe that no one else noticed his condition and odor. I spent over an hour cleaning my living room after they left. To make matters worse, that same subcontractor damaged my hardwood floors. Raisa kept reassuring me that they would pay for the damage but admitted they did not have the money at the time to pay. When I first met the owners, they advertised their business as licensed, bonded, and insured. I find it very difficult to believe that company that is bonded and insured cannot pay a $1,000 damage claim A genuine apology would start with paying for the repairs to my property. However, after many attempts over the last six months to get them to pay for the damage, they paid $100, and Raisa has since stopped responding to my calls and texts about their outstanding bill for the damage to my home. My finished bathroom was not worth the chaos, mismanagement, dishonesty, and property damage I endured. I do not know how they have ever earned 5 star reviews! I have attached multiple photos to this review as evidence to support what I have stated here.

This started in October 2024, and now it's May 2025. It's still not done. There seems to be a lack of communication between the owner Raisa Blue and the workers.
