When I called in and asked for prices of their pro clubs they stated $6.50 for white shirts size Small-Large and then $8 for colored shirts size Small-Large. I go in and their prices are $10-$15 a shirt for those sizes. Also their sizes of their clothing are not true to size. I got a 4X baseball style tee and I'm usually a 2X but I got 4X because I wanted it to be oversized and this 4X does not fit smh. Very disappointed. read more

Come to T shirt mart for the essentials! Been coming here whenever I needed some plain T shirts or tanks and they always manage to have what I need. Although they have been selling out of pro club lately they'll usually have some good alternatives like Shaka wear. They also have great clothes for getting lettered as the material is pretty durable for the price and they have all the basically colours. read more

I've been going to this store for years cause of the convenience of not having to rush to the mall. Since the pandemic it's gotten awfully bad from not being greeted when you walk in, same clothes selection overpriced, you can't use the fitting rooms anymore, attitudes from the staff, returns non refundable policy, and the staff don't even get dressed or comb their hair anymore. The worse is when you want help they roll their eyes and talk about customers in front of other shoppers. I get it, it's the East Side but not cool when they are running a business and blessed to have a job. Something needs to change with the selection for the curvy girl options asap. read more

I have not made a purchase here. I first came here a few months ago, found exactly what I needed. Stood in line. About 10 minutes go by without being greeted or told that I would be helped shortly. I got frustrated and walked out. They didn't seem to care. Today I Walked around the store for nearly 10 minutes w/ items in my hands & no one greeted me or asked if I needed help... so I left there were 2 females workers and 1 customer from what I could see. I like this store. Kind of reminds me of the kinds of clothes you'd find in the garment district of downtown LA. I've found a lot of clothes that I like. Not always at a bargain, but pretty good prices and quality. It does smell weird in the store and it sticks to the clothes, but a good wash will help. read more

It's no shock this place is rated low based on the neighborhood and other reviews. My issue is mainly with the return policy. We all have faced the dilema with COVID causing weird inexplicable closures like dressing rooms and bathrooms. I guess the germs from me touching the other items and being in an indoor venue are different than in a dressing room. This poses the problem of trying on the clothes. I get the store policy exists and so their staff is enforcing it as best they can, and with as little personality as possible. I purchased quite a few outfits and after a bit, I was done with the selection and decided I could return anything that wasn't desirable the next day. It turns out there is only an exchange policy and not a return. This wasn't ideal since I was already purchasing everything that I really wanted. I really had no choice, so I scrounged for two more items that added in value to the one I didn't like off the hanger. When I went to pay the difference, I was advised these items were final sale. Despite me being unable to try anything on, return anything, and now be forced to a final sale, I figured they created a loophole that binds you to spending money, and getting a product without any option to get out of the deal. I don't think the quality is high, but for a discount store, I don't have high expectations. It's just a little unfair to the consumer. Open the dressing room, or allow for an exchange within a few days. I don't feel it is unreasonable to give that option. The tasteless staff isn't really up for conversation and or able to come to a solution so really, if you opt to spend your money there, you are committed to a terrible bind in case you change your mind. read more

I could go on about being too cheap to run A/C in the building or old outdated dusty clothing which should have been a warning sign but I'll skip that and try to stay on point. Bought 2 shirts here 2 days ago. I throughly vetted the return policy with the clerk before I bought them. She said "yes, you Can return them as long as you do it within 7 days and you must leave the tags on and have a receipt. Seems fairly simple and clear enough. I'm willing to comply with that. They were the only 2 shirts in the entire store that would fit my purpose. (All of their stuff was cheaply made crap from China but that is why we go to these stores right). Instead of dragging the girlfriend in to see if it would fit, thought I'd buy them and try them on at home. The size was off (that China crap always runs too big or too small it seems) and the material was scratchy and uncomfortable. I left the tags on and put the receipt in my wallet. Today I tried to return them (only 2 days since purchase) and they refused saying that they only exchange and do not return. Liars and thieves!!!! (to be fair, they do have a sign behind the register that says "no cash refunds" but since I do not pay with cash, I pay with credit cards and because I was not asking for a cash refund but refund to my credit card, I expected them to refund like the clerk had told me she would just two days prior) The guy who told me he would not refund my credit card also refused to let me speak with the owner. He refused to give me the name of the manager and claimed that he was the assistant manager. He also refused to give me his name. (What line of business operates like that anyway?) Like I said, liars and thieves. He had a black eye (I swear it wasn't me) so it looked to me as if he has a habit of being less than classy in his dealing with customers and at least one person was as unhappy as I was. When I offered to call him a cop to explain the legalities of lying about refund policy to make a sale, he said fine but you have to wait outside ( it was 95 degrees at the time). I opted instead to go to my car and get a camera and take a few pictures. He didn't like that. (Liars and thieves usually don't like being outed) and turned his back to me saying you can't do that. You can't do that. (Maybe would have been easier to let me speak to the owner or manager don't ya think? And what public customer service rep is afraid to give their name or have their picture taken?...Thieves and Liars).. Then he whips out his camera to take my picture. (Sorry buddy I'm not doing dirty business so it won't bother me if you take my picture.) What a Freak! I'll just dispute the charge with my credit company. If that fails, I'll file this in small claims court. Not only would I prevail on the fraud part but also, if a business is going to refuse returns, it must be clearly stated at the entrance to the store. This is the worst customer service ever! I would not recommend anyone to purchase here at this location! Their returns and exchange policies are unacceptable. I purchased a pair of jeans and I exchanged them for a different size. I get home and check that the new pair of jeans zipper is broken. I come back with both receipts and tags on the jeans. The jeans were not worn at all. How could I if the zipper is broken. Well apparently the manager couldn't do anything about it? They couldn't exchange them. What am I supposed to do with a pair of jeans with a broken zipper? This is ridiculous that they would sell clothing that has a broken zipper especially because I spent more than $40 on three items. The Prices are great for the cute clothing items! This store carries XS to XL The basic t-shirts for men are 3 for $10. They have XL + t-shirts for men. They sell jewellery, toys, & make-up. There is a fitting room as well. Nice friendly staff. read more

This place used to be a a great little shopping center with fair prices for their clothing items. Due to COVID I'm sure this place has undergone many stressors hence the prices on the items have gone up. Unfortunately this place closed their dressing rooms so you are unable to try on any clothes at all and NOT to mention they changed their return policy where everything is final sale and cannot be exchanged. I asked the cashier if that policy would change any time soon and the cashier stated that they will not be changing their policy. After spending $50 here the guy took my credit card to go and charge it, and he never remembered to give it back to me. I called back and I said the guy never gave it back to me and the female worker said "Yes he did you left it on the counter", when in reality he never handed it back to me. I did love this place, great prices but remember you get what you pay for. My second time wearing a pair of pants I got on January 19 2019 and it's February 8th the zipper brakes on me while I'm at work. I call to see if they can do some about it like maybe an exchange. Nope nothing can be done it's past 7 days. I asked to talk to the manager who I guess only works on Thursdays there. This is complete bs and they lost me as a customer.
